I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with my CARSTAR experience. From the moment I set up my appointment to the time I picked up my car, it was a breeze. Their staff was professional, responsive, friendly, and thorough as they explained their estimate, arranged a rental car, kept me apprised of progress, and returned my car as promised. The repair was excellent with nothing missed. I believe they may have even detailed my car before I picked it up! I recommend them highly!

So far, so good. My car is not repaired yet, because it is old (2004) and replacement parts are hard to find. After 31 days and not finding the part needed to start the repair, I was allowed to get my car back so that I can drive myself around again while the search for the necessary part continues.

I did not have a good experience with this Carstar location. It took them nearly six weeks to repair a single bullet hole in a front fender. I never received a phone call to explain the delay or even the extent of the underlying damage. I did receive less than useful text messages explaining my car s progress through the repair process, but no human contact explaining the delay.When I did call, the representative tried blaming the delay on my insurance company, however, when I checked with them they said they authorized the repairs within a day of receiving the estimate.I can only assume that this company s decision to not apologize for taking so long to repair my car and actually requesting that I write a Google review is that my experience is typical and that they don't have a problem keeping a car for six weeks for what should have been a straight forward repair.I will say that the repair does look good.

Received vehicle back after 4 weeks of repairs only to find my exhaust pipe rattling and hanging from the muffler. Great customer service, but doubt I d return.

If I can give this shop a zero star I would. The worst experience I've ever experienced and wasted almost 3 months in trying to get my car repaired. It took about a month and a half to get an estimate scheduled and another month and a half to schedule my repair. I took my car in at the scheduled appt time for the repair. I waited 20 min or so since I had to meet with the estimator again who was hacking and coughing. Once the estimator looked at the car, she pointed out every single minor wear and tear on the car I guess to cover themselves. During my initial estimate they agreed to put a dab of paint on the trunk but now they say that the paint they used changed and they can no longer honor it. I was disappointed because the change happened while I waited a month and a half to get my car in for the repair. I informed the estimator that I was not happy with the service and she asked why and I informed her. She asked if I wanted to continue with the repair. I said yes since I will probably have to wait another month with another shop. She tried to hand a business card to me and I said that I am good since she was coughing. Within a min another woman (assuming a manager) comes out and says that they will not do the repairs and because I was rude to her employee and that I sweared. I don't recall swearing but definitely said "sucked". Wow - what a waste of 3 months! I don't recommend this business and will never use them again. I should have seen the red flag when I saw their sign on the counter that cites that they charge 3% when you pay with a credit card and do not accept checks.

So far, having a less than positive experience. It took six weeks to get into have an 'inspection' done - which was a 7 minute process of the person walking around the car and snapping some pictures - how somehow they didn't have 7 minutes on the calendar prior to six weeks out is a head scratcher. After the inspection, it took two full months (Nov 18 - Jan 16) to get the appointment booked to have the repair done (that was their first available). Called once at 3:45pm to confirm my appointment time, but the call rung directly (without delay) to the call center because, according to the call center phone answering service person (who knew absolutely nothing about anything - was just there to take messages), "...they probably turned off their phones because it was 15 minutes until closing (4pm)...". Called again a few weeks prior to my repair appointment to ask if I could drop off my car five days earlier because I would be out of town during the actual appointment date - not to move up my appointment, just to let me have the car there so it would be there for the appointment time. Person there told me they were having "....some space availability constraints...", so she didn't think I could drop my car off early (option, of course, being I could further delay my appointment). She said she'd "...ask the manager whether I could bring the car in earlier...". Not sure if she asked the manager, because she never called me back. I'm on the phone now with Allstate trying to switch repair companies. I can't imagine how the actual repair process is going to go....

The customer service here is awful. My insurance recommended this place and I should ve taken it somewhere else.My accident happened in February and they told me to bring my car in June. Being that my car was still drivable, I was fine with this because I know places are backed up and it would give them time to order parts.Once I dropped my car off I immediately got a rental from my insurance company. I assumed they had all of the parts to start working on it but apparently they didn t. They didn t contact me until the middle of July to let me know that my car had been sitting there this whole time because they were waiting on parts. If you knew you didn t have all of the parts, why would you let me drop my car off in the first place? This was extremely frustrating and poor management on their part because they knew my car was still drivable and by this time my rental had expired.I don t have extra money to spend on a rental out of my pocket, so I asked if they had could loan me out a car since this was their mistake but of course they said they don t offer that. They then told me that it would take about a month to fix it.So I asked a family friend to borrow their car while mine is getting fixed since it would take about a month. One month turned into 3 months of them giving me the run around on the status of my car and when it would be done. Every time I would call they would tell me that they couldn t give me an estimate of when it will be finished but that it s in the body shop. I finally had enough and went into the office where I spoke to an estimator. She gave me a breakdown of when it might be finished but was annoyed in doing so. When I asked for her card she pointed to her email and said that s her email unfortunately. If it s so unfortunate for you to communicate with your customers then you have the wrong job.In total, it took them almost 5 months to fix my car when according to them it was only supposed to take about a month. If you can take your car somewhere else, I would.

Great communication, Skylar kept me updated on the progress of the repairs to my car. CARSTAR did a fantastic job on the repair and even cleaned my truck. I would recommend CARSTAR to anyone looking for professional work.

Great service. The repairs took a while but that is the business right now with shortages for parts and so many repairs needed to be done around town. They kept me well informed about timing and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Carstar.

I absolutely would never recommend this location to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My car had been involved in an accident and the at fault driver's insurance was supposed to cover the damages however I walked out paying over $700 to get my car back and they did not even fix all the damages. I was originally quoted $500 would be my responsibility (due to tire life) but imagine my surprise when it was much more and no one ever contacted me to advise of the increase. Obvious damages to my passenger door were still there the day I picked it up. Those damages were even in the pictures taken by the adjuster yet those weren't fixed. Dash lights that had come on as a result of getting hit into a concrete median were not resolved but definitely related to the accident. They told me I'd need two tires replaced (only one was damaged as a result of the accident). I went along with it but they replaced the two tires on the passenger side, not both front tires. Then they charged a 25% upcharge (because they don't get a break on tire prices and have to make money off them somehow is what I was told) and then there's no warranty on those tires even though they were purchased from where I usually buy my tires (Les Schwab) because Carstar bought the tires, not me (really???) They could've told me about the upcharge and no warranty and I would've handled getting the tires replaced on my own but they wanted their 25%. I called so many times they quit responding to my calls and ghosted me. Good thing I'm a 1st responder and can tell people where NOT to go. Super shady business.

Excellent, friendly office staff, who keeps you informed of the progress throughout the process. They are upbeat which makes this inconvenience much easier. The work done was excellent.Hard to find any short comings with this shop in South East Metro Denver area, near Regis High School.

I brought my F150 in for a repair after hitting a deer. Carstar called and told me that they took the car apart before getting approval from the insurance company and the insurance wasn t going to cover all of the repairs. So I owed them $2500 for the repairs that insurnace wouldn t cover. Not a great business practice.I showed up to pay with a check and they don t take personal check. They also charge 3% for paying with a credit card.I have used carstar 4 times for vehicle repairs. They aren t looking out for the customer and their policy s don t make it easy to do business with them. I won t use them again.

3 stars mainly because Skylar at the front was absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. Ended up not getting my car fixed here because they were so far behind and I was waiting for a long time to even have my car go through dissemble process . As a self pay and not going through insurance this meant I was paying 29 dollars a day on a rental car while I awaited this process with no idea how long it would take for them to get to my car. So frustrating. Hopefully it was just my luck and their work is better than their delayed after Labor Day process. I didn t feel like my time was worth anything.

Gave my car to fix the back door, they have noticed a small chip on the front windshieldafter I gave the car and didn't even notice to me, later after 2 months when they are returning the car they still didn't tell me the windshield cracke and didn't even give me a walk through around the when delivering my car and when I noticed the cracked windshield and went back in to ask they tell that it was cracked before and say they forgot to notify me that the windshield cracked, I wouldn't ever go there or recommend anyone to that place. 1 to 5 I would rate 1 because they didn't even clean the car outside when delivering the car

First and foremost I realize that CARSTAR was at the mercy of the parts being on back order. With that said, they completely abused and neglected my vehicle while it was in their possession. Work was being performed on the top of my truck, and the windshield was being replaced. -To provide a visual - just imagine a truck sitting on their dusty lot, fully exposed to the heat, wind, dust, etc for over 2 months without a top or a windshield and no cover. I only discovered this because I had to grab something from the glove box and made a surprise visit. They had assured me it would be completely cleaned and back to the way it was when I dropped it off. Fast forward - I arrive to pick it up and the interior was musty, with a smell of old dirty water. It was apparent that they took a rag with a bucket of water and sloshed it around. I spent hours cleaning and detailing it back to its original condition. The repairs were sloppy as well, the trim on the top was loose, they replaced my interior headlight in the back with a generic plastic cover, and dont get me started on updates. Unlike their competitors - you have to call them weekly for any kind of an update. Communication and customer service does not exist here. Terrible experience - I would highly recommend, going anywhere but here and make sure they have all the parts in stock. They originally informed me the parts were in stock only to discover they went on back order after I dropped it off. These folks have had my car for 33 days now and they are still telling me today the same story they did two weeks ago. They are waiting for a part. This was just hail damage and it's a piece of trim for goodness sake. My insurance stopped paying for my rental car 5 days ago, so as you can imagine I'm not very happy

Through many calls and drive to find the right place. I found it! Carstar on Hinsdale. I was T-boned and my baby was left with a lambo door. Atleast i should of just converted to it to both sides. Lol. They took good care of her and the girls were very nice and helpful. They stuck out from many places ive had experience before from other places. Communication was great and they made my car sexy again. I would highly recommend this Team! Take care of your baby. Thank you Jessica, Leah and the great Team in front and back! 2nd time I ve used CarStar. Very satisfied with the work performed, however it was 7 days before they started to work on my vehicle which cost me an extra week on car rental although they had the parts the day I dropped it off.
