I did a walk in and John was transparent about timing, prices and expectations. His team was fast, thorough and checked that I needed an alignment before doing any work. During their inspection, they found my oil cooler housing unit leaking and John called me out back to show and explain the issue. I've actually have gone to a mopar dealerships and other shops for oil changes, multi point inspections and recall repairs, yet nobody has caught this or cared?! These guys go above and beyond in their transparency and professionalism!

Chris and John were such great help with making sure my car is up and running safely! John was amazing and took time out to show me what was going on with my car and what needed to be fixed so I fully understood what was happening! It can be hard walking into spaces like this as a female knowing little about how the mechanics work, but rather than feeling taken advantage of I feel more confident and cared for. I ve seen John during several of my visits and he is extremely knowledgeable and I d trust him with my car anytime. Plus, Chris and John had a great sense of humor which just added to the overall experience!

This was my first experience at this Brakes Plus branch. Moving to a new area and needing to find a new auto shop can be a bit worrying. I was so happy with my oil change! John and his team were very kind and friendly, transparent about prices, and quick with their service. Excited to have a good new shop!

Love this place! Service was amazing but the staff were exceptional! Such a friendly and knowledgeable group. I wish I could have hung out with them longer. Highly recommend anyone go see them and wish I could take them everywhere I go.

Auto shops are always so stressful but these guys were so incredible. I made an appointment and three days later my cars brakes were replaced within the same day. I ll definitely be back whenever I need maintenance on my Volkswagen!

The team there was thorough about what would be done and setting expectations for time to complete. Then they over delivered and had my vehicle ready to go before I had expected. Prices are reasonable, staff is courteous, and the location is convenient.I would definitely recommend and will likely use them again.

My family and I have been going here before I could even drive and we have always had an amazing experience. John is always such a pleasure to talk to and work with, and I always leave knowing that I m getting the right parts for the right price. Trustworthy, dependable, reliable, fast, friendly, honest service. I go there for all my car needs. Travis C and his crew have always given me an honest and trustworthy opinion, even if my car's needs were beyond services offered at brakes plus. Their advice on my car's needs have always been 100% accurate. I have saved time, energy and money as I have always received a preventativeperspective and valued coupons. I drive all the way from Boulder, because the quality of service is beyond exceptional and beyond the 5 star rating. Always clean. I went here just to get my brakes checked due to a grinding noise. I had already planned on purchasing the parts and paying a friend to replace them, but after they checked, John showed me my brake pads while my car was lifted and calmly explained the severity. John was genuine and realistic. The price ended up being comparable to what I would have spent on the parts and paying a friend. He explained my options without aggressively trying to upsell. He was very kind. I didn t feel intimidated or taken advantage of. When paying at the end I was able to stack coupons which was nice for each set of brake pads and an oil change. Chris was helpful in preparing me for what to expect with my new brakes. I made the appointment to get the brakes checked on a Saturday morning and my car was finishing by that same evening. Overall, this place was very affordable, prompt and everyone was kind. I plan to go back to this location for future maintenance and repairs.

Beware!!! I took my car here for a brake check and got called back stating I need all this service done on my brakes. I was told in a pressuring way so red flags immediately flew. Talked to several coworkers who also have had issues with this location. I declined the service and when I went to pick my car up, the cherry on the top happened. I noticed my dash cam cord had moved onto the other side. Concerned, I pulled the video and the mechanic driving my car was speeding. It was very obvious in the video as the car was jumping all over the place. The dash cam flew off the window. When the mechanic went to put it back up, the video caught my gps system that shows the speed limit in the area along with the speed of the car. It showed they were going 20+ mph over the speed limit. That's when the camera was pulled up so most likely going faster. I did place a call into Brakes Plus and talked to John and he apologized and said he would talk to the individual. I appreciate his response but still want to warn other customers. I will never return back to this place! Totally unacceptable!

Went here today to check the alignment of my nissan rogue. They are very honest and free alignment check up is a game changer! Will use this store for my future services and Will recommend this store to all my network! Good Job

Chris and the folks at Brakes Plus took great care of us today. We were sent there by another shop that had cross threaded one of our lug nuts, damaging the stud. Chris got me right in and took care of that problem, working with the other shop to cover the cost. It turned out two studs had been damaged. I already had an appointment scheduled with a dealer for a 90,000 mile service a few days later but I asked Chris what else they could do while I was there and ended up having them do an oil change, brake flush, coolant flush, and replace the cabin and engine air filters, all at less cost than the dealer estimated. I highly recommend Chris and his Brakes Plus shop!

I find it funny how they took my first review off the review list. But I again will post that this was the worst break job I've ever had. It sounds like grinding on my front right rotor since the day after they did my breaks, they told me it would be the brakes padssetting into the rotors. And they said give it 400 to 700 miles.It's been thirteen hundred miles and it sounds horrible I had a mechanic friend of mine that I let ride in the car with me and he heard it and he just laughed

Outstanding service, thorough and quick repairs despite hassles with delayed insurance estimate (no appts until Feb!). John, Chris and crew did a fabulous job of explaining repairs, taking pictures for insurance reimbursement and getting my undriveable car repaired and back to me within 24 hours. Forever grateful, thank you!

Great service! Called at 8am and got appointment at 9am for oil change. Arrived spoke with John(GM) who greeted me well then proceeded verified my information in which he corrected couple misspelled name and adress. I also presented a coupon i got in mail. Waiting around 40min and service was done, got check out with Chris who was also very friendly which we joke around and had good attitude.

I love this place! They are a very experienced staff. And they re very honest and upfront. They always do a great job and there has been many times they have fixed some small things for me without charging it. This last time, they had the wrong size part and they went and got it, which caused them to have to stay an hour and a half after closing to finish my car. They were happy to do so knowing I needed my car the next morning. I really do feel like they care and that they re not just out for more money. Everyone there is great, but John really does know his stuff. I won t go anywhere else.

Looking for a great mechanic that won't cheat you or treat you unfairly? Even if (or perhaps especially if) you're a woman? Then come to this Brakes Plus location! Way less $$ than service at your dealership, and I've never had a problem they couldn't fix ,all with a friendly smile. My family has been coming here for over a dozen years. It's changed managers and staff over time, but we've always received the same excellent service. A special thanks to Chris today for sqeezing me in when he didn't have an actual spot. Love you guys!

I love this Brakes Plus location. Everyone is kind and helpful. They re good at explaining what needs to be done while not being pushy for additional add ons. The waiting area is a good size with multiple kinds of seating. It s pretty well stocked on coffee/bevs while you wait. Overall easy, quick, and stressfree!

Highly recommend this location. John and his team are wonderful at what they do. When I brought in my 2006 Toyota 4Runner for a Freon recharge they were very forthright about pricing and time. And when they later found that my brake lights were working intermittently due to an electrical issue (yikes!), John honestly laid out the issues they found and what it would take to fix them. The communication of prices was professional and I never felt rushed or pressured. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Electrical repair, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical, Air conditioning

I was a damsel in distress - my oil light came on and I needed assistance quickly. I located Brakes Plus in Englewood, met Chris at the front desk, and he helped me with figuring out the type of oil, and how much was needed for my Audi Q8. The service was professional and efficient - If I lived in Englewood - I would not hesitate to use their services again!

They refuse service to any customer that brings their own parts. For example, if you bring your own brake pads they will not service your vehicle and force you to pay for parts that they source. Absurd business policy and hostile to all customers. Do not do business here (or any brake plus location) and take your business elsewhere.Comments and review are no reflection of any issues with the staff.

Got my car in for a 2 pm appointment a couple hours early and they were able to service it very quickly. Definitely glad I had Chris to help me out.
