WARNING: When you book an appointment, its to drop off your car not for them to look at it. I went to drop off my car Thursday at lunch time and was told they would not even be able to look at it till Monday. Its a brand new car that should still have everything under warranty but the service advisor tells me if they find the issue is not a defect then they would charge me 250 dollars for having looked at it. Not repaired, not even touched, just the act of parking my car into a bay is 250 dollars. So now I am gambling 250 dollars certain the issue is with the manufacturer. Best part is the advisor never even went to the car to see the issue. Finally they offer me a ride home but give me grief because I lived 1 mile outside of their ride home range. I will never take my car here again.

Wow this service center is absolutely the worst service center I have ever worked with. I dropped off my car(that I bought new from Auto Nation a few months ago) for an appointment on 9 am Monday morning. The car's power steering was going in and out and fluid leaking from the back. Again, brand new car, less than 4,000 miles bought from Auto Nation. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I was told that the appointment doesn't mean anything and that their goal would be to look at the car as soon as they can.(The car still hadn't been looked at after 3 days) Car just sitting in their lot.On Thursday and Friday they said that a technician had the car, but couldn't give me any updates on the car.I let the manager know that I really needed some updates on my car since I have kids and work and would really appreciate some help and that unfortunately I couldn't let my car sit there another week. Rather than offering to check on the car, he said "great I'll pull it out of the shop and you can come pick it up"Complete disregard for customers. Very disappointed with this shop and Auto Nation. I have bought all of our cars from them and expected more from the service department.

Working with Bregan was a great, low-pressure experience. We made an appointment for the evening after work, drove up from Colorado Springs, and decided this was the right car at the right price for our family. Bregan and the finance officer worked to get the purchase done- thankfully taking their time to stay late so we could finish the paperwork/purchase that evening and wouldn't have to drive back. We feel good about our purchase, the follow-up on agreed upon items, and would buy at this dealership again.

I bought my first Jeep in 2010, it was a Jeep Liberty. I fell in love with Jeep. My next Jeep was a brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee. Recently, my health has taken a turn and driving is no longer an option (makes me sad). I wanted another new Grand Cherokee. Since I am no longer driving, I reached out for a quote on what auto nation would buy it from me. The sales guy I worked with was very fair and provided me a great deal. The entire process of selling my Jeep went smooth. I am sad to no longer be a Jeep owner though

My experience with this dealership went from great to poor in a couple of years. The last visit was a follow up on previous visit. I made an appointment to fix a noisy vacuum pump (break system) and broken rear window defroster. It took six days for them to tell me that they had to order a new window, and that the new sound from the vacuum pump was normal. The window was going to take two weeks to come in.They also provided me with a multi point inspection report which was pencil whipped. For example, they tried to sell me an $800-dollar differential fluid replacement, but the report said it was fine. Also, they claimed that my tire pressure was 35psi in all tires, but my dashboard read different pressure for each tire. Two were ove-inflated to over 40 psi, one was at 36 psi and one at 28 psi.I took the car to a different dealership, where they confirmed that the noisy pump was indeed a problem. So I took it back here and spoke to the manager, who agreed and ordered the part.So that brings me to the last visit, where they replaced the vacuum pump and the rear window. That was the last thing I was going to let them do.There is a recall on the clutch on my vehicle. I was going to find someone else to do it, but, they decided to perform the recall clutch repair without telling me about it.So now I wonder, if it s actually done, or if they just did some adjustment. After my previous experience, I have no confidence that they fixed it.I gave two stars, since everyone is always curious (while providing a very poor service).

I brought my Jeep in after getting into an accident. It was not my fault, so the other parties insurance (State farm) agreed to pay for any damages associated with the accident. I was having problems with my breaks after the accident and I had a strong gas smell inside the car ever since then. I just replaced my break pads and rotors within the year and never dealt with the gas smell prior. I explained all this to the service adjuster, Rex, and after the diagnostic they found that my break pads and rotors were in fact damaged. Instead of telling State Farm that these damages probably did pertain to the accident, Rex told them it could just be wear and tear. Any damage from an accident could just be wear and tear if no one saw the vehicle prior, so I m curious as to what they would deem associated. If I m telling you I didn t have these issues before the accident, why wouldn t you believe me and relay that message to the insurance company. Not to mention they couldn t find anything pertaining to the gas smell inside the cabin which is shocking because it s very strong. This caused State Farm to not pay for any of the damages as the service adjuster told them it s just wear and tear. They left me to pay the $220 diag fee plus my rental car for the 3 WEEKS it took them to figure all this out and get back to me. Rex, the service adjuster, was extremely hard to get a hold of the entire time and quite terrible at communicating. I gave him the State Farm paperwork when I dropped the truck off. He lost it within 3 days and instead of telling me he lost it he just told me it s my responsibility to communicate with State Farm, which was not the case. They needed to speak with the dealership, not me. I couldn t be more disappointed with the service I received, or lack there of, and will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership for service. They do not have the best interest in their customers nor will they take the time or energy to make things right in the end.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep service center, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received. The staff surpassed all expectations with their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. They not only expertly repaired my car but also took the time to explain the process in a way that made me feel truly valued as a customer. The facility itself was immaculate, reflecting the care and attention to detail that the team puts into their work. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking unparalleled automotive service and a truly wonderful customer experience.

My car was kept for 8 days. Day 4 The service rep said we will test it and have answers by Monday. Ironically he was ill Monday. I was able to pick up the car 8 days later and was told the software needed an update. I paid $296. The very next day the same error message was appearing regarding the 4WD. I don t believe anything was updated or fixed. What a scam and inconvenience with out the only vehicle I own.

I came in for my very first service and a few recalls on my Rubicon. They were very courteous. What I really liked was that I was automatically set up for this appointment. I was able to work as I waiting using their WiFi in their waiting area. It was clean and had plenty of refreshments, both free and to purchase. What I did not get was my vehicle back cleaned, I might be spoiled from other car companies but I miss that.

Service center seems very disorganized. Making an appointment is only to drop the vehicle off and they will get around to diagnosing the problem24-48 hrs later, if your lucky. Good luck receiving any status updates. Had to call numerous times to see if it had even been looked at. The quote for the repair conveniently left out disposal fees/taxes. disposal for a small switch $65. Have had really good experiences with the sales team, but cant recommend the service department. And come on guys, the whole spiel about please give us a 10/10 review or it hurts us and takes food out of our families mouths, really.

I have seen significant improvements in the service department at AutoNation Jeep Arapahoe. I have been going there exclusively for the past 4 years and past experiences have not been great, but it looks like they turned it around. Good Job AN!! My recent repair was a big one, and they did a good job keeping me informed and completed the work sooner than expected.

Disappointed. Left my car which was not drivable (much) the Friday before holiday on Monday. Later in the holiday week, they sent a photo and a finding for something that wasn t related to what I took it in for. They wanted several hundred more $ to diagnose what I came in for, which I agreed to, but never heard back from them. So, they still had not diagnosed the problem 10 days after I left it. No offer of a loaner either. So I picked it up drove a couple blocks, found another shop nearby. There I got great communication, and a fix within 2 days with high confidence and a 2 year, 25K warranty on parts and labor. My impression is that Autonation never turns customers away, instead tap dances to keep on people holding while they slowly churn through actually working on cars. They also blamed the person who did the intake with me as being responsible for communication, saying that person called in sick- that s what went wrong. So apparently, when someone calls in sick, their process doesn t plan for coverage. Unprofessional! The good thing I can say is that they didn t try to charge me for the diagnostic of the secondary problem. The shop I ultimately went to found that too, and I ultimately paid more for that repair than Autonation wanted, but it felt reasonable because of the better customer relationship they d established.

Preston at Autonation Broadway was simply AMAZING! From the time I stepped foot into the dealership to the time I left! Every other dealership let me down but Preston never gave up on me, although I was picky about the choices I had he found exactly what I needed and wanted in the end! He got me into an 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I Love it!! Everyone here was great! I definitely recommend!! They won't give up until you are satisfied %100!

Our Jeep was under warranty and needed an oil change, sunroof lining and blower. We dropped our vehicle off Friday morning and didn't get it back until Wednesday evening. The turnaround time is definitely slower then other shops. Also our service advisor Jacleen wouldn't return our calls so I had to keep calling to follow up on the progress. My husband said she was a bit chippy with him too when dropping the vehicle off. Next time we're going to try a different Jeep dealership for service.

I made an appointment first thing in the morning. I had a check engine light come on in my vehicle among three other things I needed looked at. They charge diagnostic fees so it was going to be $250 per item they looked at. Over a thousand dollars JUST to look at it. So prepare to spend a ton of money. I ended up saying just look at one thing. They got me a Lyft home which was great, but then I didn t hear from them. I checked in around 2:30p and my vehicle hadn t even been looks at yet. Around 5:30p I ended up calling and it still hadn t been looked at! I was told didn t they tell you it d be a day or two?! What? To check a check engine light? No, they didn t. I ended up having to pick my vehicle up outside because they closed at 6p. An entire day wasted and my vehicle still has its check Nguni light on. They want your money. End of story. I have an appointment with a different dealership.

Yanin was my service advisor. He was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. The maintenance and repairs were completed as expected (had regular service plus a recall fix scheduled). I was very happy with the efficiency and quality in which the service was taken care of

Ronnie was great and kept me informed throughout the process and did some extra checks / diagnostics on my car just to make sure all was well. Great turnaround, great service, best price I could find. I take our cars here for all things they need for good reason.

We recently took our Jeep Wrangler to AutoNation Jeep for a check engine light. This shop is crazy busy, but we were helped with very little wait time. That day they were able to diagnose the problem, told us what was covered under warranty and what wasn t, and sold us four new tires on a great deal. Unfortunately to no fault of their own the parts for the warranty work were not readily available and so it took much longer than expected. Rex, our service guy, kept us informed every step of the way. All in all, they were fantastic to deal with.

They honored my scheduled appt and got my Jeep in promptly after trying to upsell me on service. Had a warranty covered oil change and tire rotation. Completed timely. Did some errands and by the time home smoke is pouring out of the vehicle in my driveway and oil was puddling. I was without my vehicle for 2 days over New Years. They did fix it and gave me a service credit. They said they would send someone to clean my garage and Drive and no one has shown up.

I dropped my car off for a 1:30 appt. I was told it would be ready at 5:00. I showed up at 5:00 to learn (talked to a man moving my car into the garage) that nothing had been done. Went to front desk (and got an email at 4:45) and told my car would be ready at 5:30. I was furious, was told one item was completed. This is exactly what happened on my first visit only I didn't have a ride then and was waiting in the lobby.I bought my Jeep from you, service means everything to me and I won't be back - for a purchase or service.I am a 73 year old woman made to feel taken advantage of, invisible, disrespected and dismissed. I won't return.

Brought my Jeep in for some work. They had agreed to do when purchased. All work was done wonderfully, there was great communication with Jorge and he took excellent care of us and my vehicle. 100% satisfied with the Service Dept!

The service agents were very helpful however I made an appointment and when I got there they told me it would be 24-48 hours until they could look at my car. When i inquired about my car after 48 hours they still had not looked at it and took them another 3 full days to even check what was going on. Whats the point of an appointment?? If you cant take in cars dont allow for appointments...

I took my daughter's Hornet in to diagnose the issues that another dealership failed to diagnose and fix. Thomas Hatch, my service advisor not only got it looked at for me but he and his Tech figured out that the previous dealership failed to diagnose correctly and flash recalls correctly, and basically they gave back to me as I delivered it. AutoNation CJ Arapahoe, Thomas and the service team found the issue and fixed it in a couple days, I really appreciate the quickness of getting it done and the great communication they had with me to keep me in the loop and updated; that is something I noticed other dealerships are lacking at doing. I will absolutely be back, and also bring my Challenger if needed, it is my baby and I worry about it; but I think I will trust Thomas Hatch and AutoNation with it.Thank you.

Service advisor and techs were great. Work on vehicle done on time and seems fine. Only issue was difficulty not getting a call back when trying to set up auto recall.

This place is the worst. It's really unfortunate that it's the most convenient Jeep dealership for me. I dropped off my vehicle the night before (Sunday) using the overnight drop box since I knew I wouldn't be able to make my 10:30 appt Monday. After 3 days, they still hadn't touched my vehicle. I asked what the appt was for and was told 'it's only a spot in line". I explained that is not how appointments work. I don't go to a restaurant at my reservation time and hope I'm able to get in that day, and I don't go to the doctor at the time of my appt hoping they will see me in the next few days. On Wednesday I was told a diagnostic turn around time is 2-3 days. On Thursday (4th day) I didn't hear anything. Friday they told me they couldn't do one of the diagnostics since the fuel level was too high and asked if they could drive the vehicle for a half hour to burn off the fuel. I said no since they should have planned ahead since they had it already for 4 days and could have let it run at the shop. The main issue I was in for they said was fixed and I could pick up any time. They hadn't even mentioned what the fix was to get my approval for it but explained that it was a connector that had moisture in it and it had been removed and cleaned and after a test drive, it was fixed. I explained when I booked the appt and during the week of back and forth that it only happens when it's snowing, but they tested on dry roads in good weather and said it wouldn't only happen in the snow. After some arguing and explaining that there was no way it was fixed, I reluctantly picked up the vehicle. Guess what happened next, the first snow that I drove it in, within a few miles the same exact issue happened. I've reached out for a resolution but was ignored.

I wish I could rate 0 because after my experience it justifies that rating. This is my first time servicing my Jeep here, I always go to Jeep West, but they were booked out. First flag should have been how available they were. I scheduled for 30k service and when I scheduled it, I scheduled for all of the recommended 30k mile service. When I arrived the advisor Hope was very kind, but admitted she was new and asked a peer by the name of REX what was covered under 30k. He reviewed the computer and informed me the only coverage I had was simple oil change.I did inform him that I am in fact covered, but of course as usual he decided, I'm assuming based on the fact that I am a young female had zero knowledge regarding vehicles. I tried to explain that I am covered and I had this problem once before at the littleton location, and they were able to figure it out. He proceeded to "educate" me on what I was covered on.I of course got nowhere and asked my household to send pictures of maintenance plan since they couldn't find it. In the meantime they proceeded to try to sell me 1,000 dollars with of maintaining that I in fact was covered for. After 1.5 hours and several upsell attempts my car was ready and I was able to show proof that I had a MAINTENANCE PLUS PACKAGE FOR 60,000 miles. Once that was proven they took an additional FOUR HOURS to address the maintenance. I genuinely appreciate Hope the advisor for advocating for me during this ordeal and providing a lyft home and back. Please please ensure REX receives some training considering he isn't well versed in his role. Not once did he acknowledge or "own" up to it or even apologize for making a mistake unless it was intentional! He even walked away when Hope was apologizing and explaining I had to wait FOUR hours for a service I scheduled originally.Honestly worries me knowing I could have spent almost $ 1,000 on service that I was covered under, and how would I ever have known that????I'm sure if I was a family member of REX I would have been treated differently. If you can't avoid coming here PLEASE PLEASE BRING COPY OF SEVICE PLANS!I also rated them on the general survey that is sent via text and got no response so I decided to bring it here instead in hopes a customer sees it.

This is an update to a review I made a week ago! I called Monday the 11th to let them know 2 days after my 5 hour appt and 30k mile service that my Engine light was on. The first thing Hope told me was that it was 99.9% not their fault, and I need to make an appointment to come in and of course they could not offer me an uber due to distance since of course "It wasn't their fault". Something in my gut told me DO NOT GO BACK, especially after what I went through on 3/9. So I was able to get in to the Autonation Jeep in Littleton on 3/22 at 7:30am. The second I opened my car door it was already a 100% better experience I was greeted by multiple people who wanted to help asap. I met with Ryan Shaw, and I told him my Engine light was on. I told him I recently had work done at autonation Arapahoe, and 2 days later my light came on. He put the code reader in and popped my hood open. All this happened in front of me, he and the tech asked what work Arapahoe did and I told him not sure, it was the 30k service recommendation. He proceeded to show me under the hood that ARAPAHOE LEFT SEVERAL THINGS UNPLUGGED! 5 HOURS AND ARAPAHOE DIDNT EVEN COMPLETE THE WORK! Ryan told me that was the cause and took him SECONDS to plug it back in and clear my code. Also Don't bother replying and saying how sorry you are and please call the GM. I did yesterday, all you gave was a general number, and I got put on hold in a endless loop. You have my name and record from my appointment on 3/9 with Hope. You have my contact info. If you cared you'd actually reach out to all these people.

Made a diagnostic appt for Thursday morning at 8am..didn't hear from my service rep until after I called him twice and ultimately called main line on Monday at 2pm. Despite his promise to check in daily. And then my car's concern wasn't even fixed! I wanted to turn around and drive it back immediately bit am having trust issues.

Autonation Chrysler Jeep was awesome to deal with. Scheduling was easy and they completed the work ahead of schedule. I did have to have a return visit for a software issue and they got me in right away and had it explained to me what the issue was.
