Highly recommend this location! Pleasantly surprised with the service after having a not so great experience at another location off Broadway.Huge shout out to Thomas at this location who earnestly handled the service on our vehicle. He went above and beyond to meet both our needs and wants, worked with us on timing and turnaround amidst a backed up calendar. He is the heart of the operation and has excellent service to clients.Call center staff- is just that. Call center quality - 1/5 ratingSales crew smiles when you walk in until you tell them you re not buying but there for service then they quickly dismiss you.Older receptionist/ front desk agent sat on her phone all 6 times we went by her, not once looking up- hopefully working on leads The first time I walked in for my scheduled appointment- it took over 10min to be acknowledged, I had an early 9am appointment and the service agents were much to concerned with their office gossip and breakfast burritos to acknowledge me or anyone else. Then Thomas came to his desk- and forever changed the game!Although techs are randomly assigned by the call center when scheduling appointments- I highly suggest you to save yourself the hassle and book your appointment with him!

My biggest complaint is that there was very little communication. I left the car there for an entire week and made several calls myself to get an update, unsuccessfully. After all of that i was told there was a part on order and had to come back for a final fix.

Guy at the parts counter was extremely Friendly. I have never experienced this from any dealership in the service or parts department. Can't give it 4 stars because the lack of the masks here.
