This was my first trip to AutoImports of Denver, and I had an excellent experience!I purchased a 2014 981 Porsche Boxster S last year, and it needed a 40k major service. I also knew that the car's brakes were at the end of life, and it had an issue with the microswitches on the convertible top. All of these issues could be handled by AutoImports, as they have years of Porsche experience. And, frankly, they have a labor rate that is 25+% below a dealer. Nothing against a Porsche dealer, of course, but I just wanted to get these jobs done right and for a reasonable cost. I'm not trying to turn back time, put this car back on the showroom floor, or anything else. I just want it in top condition, so I can drive it for many years ahead.I was thoroughly impressed with the front office manager, Beau, and his knowledge of this car - which is my first Porsche. He was all over the diagnosis, the recommended repairs, and the detailed communication of what had to be done. The shop also did a thorough inspection of everything else to make sure I had details of the status of the car with me as the new owner. Thankfully, my 10-year old 981 Boxster S is good to go for many, many miles.I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to this shop in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a partner to work with on the maintenance of your car. Cheers!

Been bringing my BMW to Auto Imports of Denver since I ve purchased it around 2019 and have always had amazing service. They ve gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle stays on top notch condition. I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else.

My son bought a beautiful Audi s6 and unfortunately the check engine light popped on not long after purchase so we took it to an Audi dealership and they had it for a week and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and we ended up bringing it here to auto imports of Denver and they figured out what was wrong with it within 20 minutes of having it, they are very thorough and will actually show you the work they are doing. Now his Audi runs perfectly! Thank you guys and especially bo you all do great work.

I brought my car in for a check engine light issue a few months ago. They said I had an engine problem. They contacted my warranty company and said the repair cost would be about $4,900 but my warranty company would only cover $3,300 so I would have to pay the remaining $1,600 out of pocket. They also said I shouldn't drive my car because my engine was about to fail. I wanted a second opinion so I picked my car up. They charged me a $300 diagnostic fee and again said my engine was about to fail. Interestingly, my check engine light was off and I haven't had any problems since. Apparently AutoImports did, however, report to CarFax that my car had an unresolved engine issue. I regret stepping foot in that business.

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC! We were loyal customers, bringing our Mini here for eight years. The past two years we spent thousands, trusting them. Jeremiah, the senior mechanic, was always respectful and Beaux, the manager, was friendly and had a kind demeanor. Things changed very quickly and the owner was really bad.We brought our car in because it was over revving and they gave three recommendations, none of which were the clutch. We paid more than $1,000 this time, trusting them. A week later we brought it back because they offer a warranty on their work and they said they missed the clutch, they should have included it and it would cost $3,800 to replace.Our car is 10 years old and, had they recommended a replacement, we would have gotten a new car (which we did yesterday). They refused to refund the misdiagnosis and refused to return our five polite but concerned calls. Beaux said Chris has NEVER refunded anyone ever . Chris, the owner refuses to take responsibility for poor service and despite our loyalty we were treated like jerks. In the end, the team was terrible and they robbed us of more than $1,000. Go to Christian Brothers Automotive for European cars or literally anyone else. I m so disappointed and hope you all can avoid spending thousands on work you don t need.

I ve brought my car here a few times and they always do a great job and provide honest pricing and great repairs. Beau is great to work with when scheduling and providing updates on the work being performed.

I had a great experience with Beau and Autoimports of Denver! My Volkswagen needed a new alternator and Beau was able to order the appropriate one for my car, had it delivered same day, and my car was ready for pickup within 2 hours of me dropping it off. They also quoted me $1000 less than the dealership. I will definitely return in the future!

Best car shop ever!Beau and his team are the most kind and helpful people. They helped me work with the warranty company (who were not easy to work with) and beau did it with patience and grace. After confiding in beau and letting him know that I have a teenage boy that has type one diabetes and my car is definitely a necessity , he had his team work effortlessly to fix my car once we had approval from the warranty company. If you own a foreign vehicle like myself, which is a Mercedes Sprinter, then you know having a mechanic can be your best friend! While traveling from Tennessee to Simone Colorado my wheel sensor light came on and of course wreaked havoc on a Mercedes. Knowing that my next load will be picking up in Denver I did some research and came across Auto imports of Denver. Probably one of the best calls I've ever made. Spoke to a gentleman named Beau and he was more than happy to assist with what I needed. Told him I would be in the very next day after I drop my load off to have the wheel sensor replaced. When I arrived I was greeted and my concerns were addressed. This place is super friendly and each person I came in contact was a pleasure to speak with. A big shout out to mechanic Mike who worked on my Sprinter. He was very knowledgeable and completed the task without hesitation. Even turned off all the lights in the dash and confirmed everything was working properly. Beau and Mike, you have no idea how relieved I am that the issue has been fixed and resolved and I thank you very very much! Being a long way from home from Tennessee, having van problems is not something you want to have. I would highly recommend AutoImports of Denver!! If you own a foreign vehicle I would highly recommend giving them a call. If I ever need anything for my van and I'm in the area you can best believe I will be calling them first!

I brought my 1997 vw passat here to be diagnosed and repaired. Prior to this I had just had the glow plugs replaced at another shop, but this shop insisted that they had to replace them again in order that they would be covered under the repair warranty. They also replaced the glow plug wiring harness which was good. But in the mean time they were recommending to replace many other parts that had nothing to do with the engine. They some how managed to rack up a $3000.00 plus Bill and after all of the repairs, my car still does not run smooth and it still smokes a lot. I honestly think they just racked up a high bill for me and didn't fix my car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

After busting my oil pan 2 weeks ago I found Auto Import and appreciated them getting my car in and working on it promptly. I had an insurance claim with the oil pan replacement, and they continued searching for other issues- which I didn't mind, as it seemed thorough.They have a nice system which ranks discovered issues in order of importance and photos are included too. They ended up finding the thermostat and serpentine belt needed replacment in addition to the oil pan. Ask questions and seek to learn, and these guys should take care of you.

Responsive and thorough! My Land Rover broke down in Limon .towed to AutoImports blindly and could not be happier with the outcome. Great team, knowledgeable and very customer focused. I've been a customer at AutoImports of Denver for almost a decade and am thoroughly satisfied with their service. They quickly diagnose problems with European cars that can stump less experienced mechanics and make repairs in timely fashion. Highly recommended!

Although I wasn't able to get my car fixed here, because it was still under warranty, I will definitely bring my car in when I have issues without the warranty.Very friendly, and helpful.

Great place that got me in when I needed help at the last minute. They also did a good job on my car. Usually when I take my car into the shop, I drive home and find that something else is broken.... not the case here. I will be back in the future, this place is a top notch shop!

First impressions are huge and Beau/Bo couldn t be a better fit to start communications with at AutoImports - honest, reliable, and communicative.For the shop itself, my concerns were addressed immediately and repairs finished (quite extensive repairs) within the same week time frame. This experience was following about 3 months of back and forth with another shop, so I am very appreciative of the quick turn around and direct answers and options provided. GREAT import service is rare to find, but I highly suggest this team after my few services with them.

Took my Jetta for a new wiper motor and oil change, boy-oh-boy they did a great job just in time for the rain. Plus my car sounds and runs so much better with the oil change they did. I'll always bring my car here for any future problems I may have. Highly recommend this place with flying colors :)

Owning a foreign vehicle could be expensive to fix but at Auto Imports of Denver, they do quality work for a good price. While other Mechanics are charging over $200 an hour for labor Auto Imports of Denver charges a lot less. I was in a tough jam with auto repair expenses, Bow really helped me out by suggesting a finance company to help me cover the cost of repairs. Thanks to Bow everything worked out. Nick was incredible during our car buying process. Friendly, knowledgeable and fantastic customer service skills. Took my brother's Audi here to get looked at because it had a nasty misfire. They took it in and found multiple vaccume leaks requiring a ton of work. We decided to go ahead and go with the repairs, and they were very professional, even working with us with how expensive the repair was. They also offerd us a 3 year warranty, that says if the car were to stop working because of anything that they had repaired, then they would take care of us! That really gave me confidence that they really stood by their service! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a European vehicle repair shop!Service: Engine repair

I may be a Colorado Native but I am terrible at driving when it s icy out. I had quite a bad accident with a curb and my car was not drivable at all. Auto Imports and their team literally saved me. When I struggled with my insurance company they stepped up to help, they made sure that my car was safe before letting me drive it again, and I swear it runs better now than it did before. Jeremiah, Beau, Dylan and every else there THANK YOU for rescuing this damsal in distress!
