Very professional, kind, and fast. I waited inside of business while Xavier replaced my window. The atmosphere was so inviting and comfortable, I fell asleep . But not for long.

Auto Glass Now on Federal and Hampden gave me an exact best price quote over the phone down to the penny, and I was able to make a next day appointment.I chose to being my car to the shop. When I got there I was greeted by Shannon immediately. The shop is very clean and relaxed and she was very knowledgeable and professional while also being personable.They were able to get my front windshield installed within an hour. It looks great! The shop exceeded my expectations with the customer service by Shannon and the installer. I recommend using this location for all auto glass needs and will be back if I need another repair or replacement in the future.

Josh came out to my truck and replaced my back window. He was very professional. He was on time, his communications were crystal clear, and his work was very well done. If I have glass issues again, Auto Glass Now is who I'm going to call.

These guys are great! Best customer service I have experienced in a while. There was a miss communication about being able to drop me truck off early before they opened. When I got to the location there was not an after hours key drop. When I called after they opened the employee offered to meet and open the shop early to accommodate me the next morning. I really appreciate this gesture but was able to change my schedule. They did the repair quick and a great job!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I have been to this location and the Alameda location. They are both great. The staff on federal was able to fit me the very next day for a windshield repair. They even called me to confirm my appt. The receptionist and office manager were very knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman doing the work addressed concerns I had and was above and beyond friendly. Solid business and customer service. Definitely recommend.

This is a new location and my first time in. It was THE BEST experience I've had with Auto Glass and I've been in Denver for over 30 years. Crystal and Kiefer have the best customer service EVER! I could have stayed all day just to continue with the awesome visit. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for Auto Glass services. Thanks so much for your great customer care. Everyone was great and very communicative. Crystal helped with an issue after I ordered online, and even gave me a call after the replacement was finished to remind me when to remove the tape and when I will be able to wash my car (1 week, for anyone wondering).I highly recommend this location!Service: Auto windshield replacement

This glass company went above and beyond to find the glass for our really cool old 1988 Dodge truck. They did an amazing job!! The Englewood location is cheap for a reason. I took my brand new car for a windshield replacement and ended up with damaged interior. There were cuts and black glue marks all over the right windshield panel (the interior is beige). There was also black glue all over my white car on the outside, which the staff got rid off after I came back the very same day. However, the staff did not take any responsibility for the damaged interior. I was told it was damaged before (which it was not). I was also advised to find a junk car and, I guess, replace the damaged interior with old disgusting parts.I m very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and commitment at this location.

I went and got my quart window replaced by them and when I went and picked up my car they told me if I have any problems with the window rolling up call them and they d fix it for free. Well the window doesn t roll up. My car had been there for 4 hours and when I picked it up they didn t tell me. I found out when I got home. I called them and let them know to see when I can get it fixed and asked why I wasn t told the window stopped working. The manager started trying to guilt me telling me I broke the regulator and that she s lucky she only charged me 400 to fix the window instead of 600 and telling me that she was busy today and couldn t find time in the 4 hours my car was there to inform me the regulator broke. ONTOP of all of that they want me to pay to fix it after I payed for a warranty. Extremely disappointed and I wouldn t recommend them to anyoneService: Auto side window replacement

I'm extremely pleased with how the Englewood location treated me the moment I walked in. The workers are funny and personable. I had issues with my new windshield when it was installed at the sister store and this store found the problem and replaced the windshield at no charge. I greatly appreciate the service that I was given.
