They had everything I needed. The gentleman asked if I needed help, I had a list so he walked my daughter and I through the store. When we checked out he asked my daughter if she was getting good grades she said yes and he let her pick a hot wheel. She was so happy. Kids love incentives. Thank you Advance!

If I could give a 0 I would!The lady at the front desk was so rude. I wasn t able to get her name but, it happened on1-3-2024 at 11am. I think when the person who is the face of the company should be kind and friendly to there customers. Not rude and unkind!

Was refused a return of a faulty ignition coil. I had my receipt but was told they couldn t take it because it was already installed and removed. I responded, I would not have known it was faulty if I did not install it. A bad policy. I m taking my business elsewhere

Extremely arrogant lady at the front doesn't listen to the words coming out of your mouth. Waste of time coming to this location.

I was really surprised at the level of care I recieved here. I had purchased a battery aboit a year earlier at a different location and that battery had gone bad. This is not a reflection on Advanced but what is, was their kindness and patience in searching to find the purchase record. Receipts just don't last long and, even though I had a receipt, I wasn't able to read the faded paper. The gentleman (a word now reserved for a select few) was empathetic, professional, hard-working and kind. The issue was resolved, under warranty from the manufacturer, quickly. Thank you Sir! I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I recieved for an issue that didn't make your company a dime this time. It's the type of service that assures I return.

This location was clean, well stocked, and the employee on site was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and quick to get us our battery. I'll definitely return to this location if I'm in need of emergency parts again. Thank you sir for the experience.

Employees didn't seem to want to be there. But knew what to pull for us. Ok customer service over all. Store cleaned and stocked.

I was in desperate need of my part. I messed up and ordered from the wrong store online, these guys let me in a few minutes after closing to pick up my part after my drive down. I didnt check closing time. They had not been able to pull the part yet, even though online said it was ready.They stuck around and let me stay untill it was located for me. Super grateful they were able to help. I installed my new window regulator and motor before the sunset. Super grateful for my window being functional.Thankful for the help even though they had the doors locked when I showed up. I wouldn't expect that from anyone..

Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL. The evening guy hit on me and I denied him. From then on I have recieved poor service and lied to. Call for a product a bit before from my boyfriend's phone and yep have said item, I call 45 ish minutes later and get put on hold for 30 minutes and then I'm watching from the parking lot and DUDE TAKES SAID ITEMS FROM FRONT AND PUTS IN BACK THEN SAYS THEY DONT HAVE IT!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING HOW REJECTED HE FEELS!!! IMMATURE AND WARNING LADIES STAY FAR AWAY! DISTURBING HOW DEDICATED HE IS TO MAKING ME HAVE TO GO TO OTHER STORE LOCATIONS smh. Stay away don't waste your time!

Interesting place, I give it to the staff or trying to find a part since the inventory was screwed up so bad. He gave it his all. I I asked if I could use the restroom, The staff said I could not because they did not have one. I apologized to them and said I hope corporate treats you better and you don't have to pee on the floor anymore.

Got a thermostat and the rep knew exactly what I needed also gave me some great advice. Turns out he was 110% correct. Great knowledge staff. They look young, but damn did the kid know what he was talking about.

Great customer service! The prices at Advanced Auto Parts are very reasonable. Especially if you join their membership club. I recommend this Advanced Auto Parts store!

Very unfriendly service. Advanced is usually my go to auto parts store but this particular store and management especially let me down. She (the manager) was flat out rude. I was going to perform a simple exchange but she was simply unwilling to help. I hope advanced can find some people with better customer service skills for managing their stores, until then I will never come back. I m sad to say they have lost me as a loyal customer.

Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. His extra effort and patience with my special needs son made all the difference to me! There are a million shops that carry the same items but they don't all have this kind of customer service. This store will be my go to place every time!

We had a fabulous experience purchasing a new battery from Kevin. Super friendly, informative and helpful and he changed our weird trunk battery for us in less than 10 minutes. He said he can do a "normal" battery in 5! Next time we need anything we'll definitely come here and hope to receive help from Kevin again. I also just insisted to my friend that she must go there and ask for Kevin!

Okay is fine with me, but I needed good service the day I went and with little business and multiple workers I wasn't asked by anyone "If I needed help" either way it's okay, depending on the day.

They don t accept core returns here, it s a scam. They charge you a fee and refuse to return the part

Service was amazing had the 2 cars of my college students very helpful checking batteries and with the read out device for engine light. Quickly changed the one battery we needed.

The absolute worst! It didn't have my order when they said they would, then when it came in the next day they neglected to notify me. When I got there to pick it up, it was the wrong product, but they charged me for it anyway. This particular store seems unable to accurately manage their inventory AND their technology. I have contested the charge with PayPal, trying to get a refund... $77!

I'm having a problem with my car's engine not cranking over, which is super frustrating. These guys have really helped me puzzle through the problem, they've offered suggestions and they've been positive and kind through the process. I highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts because they are helpful, knowledgeable and they have awesome attitudes. I wrench on my own car, if you do too then go here.

The guys at this location are awesome! Very willing to help and very patient with me. They took the time to not only help me but research and correct the errors I had made,thinking I knew what I was doing. LoL I would definitely recommend this location even if you have to drive a little bit out of your way

Went in for a new battery per my mechanic's instructions and, after a thorough diagnostic test, walked out with a printout showing a clean bill of health for the battery, alternator, and starter and instructions to come back if it acts up again.I went in again seconds later when my car wouldn't start and drove away with another printout showing a bad cell, a new battery installed (covered 100% by their warranty) and a recommendation for a new mechanic.The employee (name tag was covered) was more than just courteous and professional, but also friendly and intent on my best interest over making a sale. He didn't even bat an eyelash at lugging the battery back off the top shelf moments after hefting it back up.

Rich and John are the digs!! I made a mistake and drained my differential which means I wouldn t be driving anywhere I show up at advance auto parts on 3100 South Broadway late. The doors are closed and locked. My new friend John opens the door for me says come on in and then just to put the icing on the cake Rich rings me up and shows me what to get and a trick to do with it!! these guys are awesome!! I would recommend this advance auto parts location to everybody and it s all owed to Rich and John!!

This store is great. It's a friendly staff, there to help. Even if they don't have what you need, they offer some great options for solutions to auto/truck problems. I would recommend driving a few minutes out of your way to go to this location.

LeRoy was so incredible! Helped me with my spark plugs and was patient throughout. They also are willing to explain things and help you locate what you need.

People were great. A bit more expensive than ordering but parts guy was great. Worth a few extra bucks. Had DEF on sale too.
