Rarely do these reviews but wanted someone to know! They inspected my car and very kindly checked the camber free of charge to tell me that I need a control arm. Totally fine . When I went under the car to fix the control arm, I noticed a bolt on the control arm COMPLETELY loose. I checked the car before I gave them it and can tell you for sure this was not the case. Disappointing to see they would do this to a customer I don t think they expected us to do the work ourselves!!!

We contacted A&E tire by phone regarding a repair needed for one of our company vehicles. I walked in so they could see the problem and schedule the repair for a future date per A&E the week prior.The receptionist told me let me be honest, my guys won t want to do your little job. there s not enough money in it .He/Them was more interested in the potential lunch choices than helping a customer.Thank you A&E tire for the humbling experience. We will take our business somewhere else as directed by you counter agent.

BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN THE AREA. I needed a repair to my car, and this place was five stars from start to finish. A person always answers the phone, is always super helpful, and always extremely polite. They knew what my car's issue was, and offered a quick, inexpensive repair. I arrived at the shop in the middle of the day, and was greeted politely. My car was attended to immediately. While I was waiting, I was able to use the wi-fi (password clearly posted, unlike just about any other establishment), and they even had a desk and chair in the waiting area that I could use to get work done while I waited.The repair took an hour, and costed less than I expected. Previous to the repair, I called every car dealership in the area that services my car make and model... That process was like calling Visa or a major airline -- long hold times, robotic, mumbling phone operators, constant transfers to other departments, then other departments. Every car dealership told me the repair would be over $200 to start. Actual parts might cost more.... They also told me that the repair would take ONE ENTIRE DAY just to diagnose....A&E diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, and the total repair took about an hour. AND they did it with class, courtesy and attentiveness. I'll never go back to a dealer, and A&E will by new go-to repair shop that I will recommend to all my friends and to anyone looking for a repair shop. I'll be back. Thanks A&E!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Price Gouging and Not good customer service.Very disappointed in this place. Had a lift kit done called got a price for an alignment. They asked specifically if the steering wheel was off I said yes they quoted me I said ok I scheduled the alignment took my truck in and get a phone call from the mechanic of them wanting more because my steering wheel being off I said no that s not what I was told on the phone they argued with me and I said just align it the best you can and I went to pick up the truck and the guy at the counter tried telling me that it was not noted that that the steering wheel was off. I told them well that s on them because I said yes even when I dropped it off and that I would never do business here again and left.Pretty sad the owner doesn t even respond to any of the comments whether they re good or bad not even a hey sorry for the problems let us try to make it right with you either give you your money back or come get a free service or I m sorry have a nice day.

Excellent service and transparency. Great customer service and not transactional.Today 12/21/23, I took my vehicle in for an alignment as required after DIYing my lower control arms, inner and outer tie rods, cv axles, and upgraded coil-overs.. These guys were great! They informed me that it's possible my inners and outers may not be compatible, but tried to get my alignment done and my toe was just not true enough. When they gave me my vehicle back, I noticed my steering was no longer offset to the left when I drove to work afterwards. It drove smoother, and responded better. I just thought they plugged into the alignment machine and it spit out current specs... Then I came back and let them know it's just a consumer error so just charge me the alignment fee since I don't want to put the shop in a position for unpaid labor hours. I know how it is to put effort into vehicle maintenance and repairs + that's how mechanics and shops get paid. The gentleman at the counter understood and it was straight to the point, get the correct parts, not compatibles, install them, and come back, they'll do the alignment job, and then charge me after the fact. I was very surprised and also very pleased at their customer service. You may not get the same discretion, but I thought this was a perfect example of transparency, reliability, repeat business, and customer satisfaction. Lots of other shops can be very transactional. Plus I was referred to them by a good local friend. I'm not from Colorado, and I just work here so it's good to know there are shops like this worth a consumer's time. Transparency, they show you the problem, tell you the problem, and let you decide.Some of these reviews are very one-sided so I just want to help change the perspective when it comes to this shop and location. If you're looking for professional wheel alignments and tires, go here and they'll take care of you. Also, I was advised the day before to come in from 7a-12pm and they'll be able to do the job. No appointments and depends on the severity of your job, and what they have already in their bays. You need to understand the health of your vehicle, what it needs, let them confirm it, and be mindful of the hours they put in to get it back to you properly.kudos to this shop for providing me an opportunity to correct these parts and get back to them for corrections. Hopefully it goes smooth this 2nd time!!!

I took my car over to A&E Tire to have a tire replacement. They charged me 20.00 to mount one tire and ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE DOLLARS for labor! Big O Tires in Englewood charges $25/tire!Service: TiresService: Tires

I ve had to have two tires patched within a month. Both times I came here, paid $20 a patch and was out within the hour. Laid back, polite and professional, I will get my tires changed here.

I love these guys! They are honest and take great care of you when you are on your 3rd flat in 3 months. They have a desk that has my name on it by this point. Bring Jason and the guys donuts they appreciate it. They also appreciate our furry friends in their shop.

These people are dishonest: Brought in a classic car to have an alignment done. It's old, so it takes some effort to adjust the tie rods. Instead of admitting they'd rather not spend the time or effort they tell me the car needs 4 new tie rods to hold an alignment. This car doesn't even have tie rods in the rear. Never coming here again. Seems like this place survives on cushy corporate tire contracts.Service: Wheel alignment

I have taken my cars to A&E for 16 17 years and would not use another shop. They are fair knowledgeable and take care of the customer. I will always get tires an oil change you name it from them. They are good people who you want to do business with.

Unfortunately, my family s experience with this shop was not very good. A good friend who uses them a lot recommended them, and he has been pretty reliable with other referrals. I went to get an estimate on several issues with my Mazda. I worked with Wayne and he was very helpful initially. When I picked up the car, I was told that it wasn t really worth fixing and I should trade it in. The problems were not mechanical (air compressor, struts and a problem with the gas tank). I was kind of surprised, but he didn t charge me for the estimate. Since then I was able to find a shop who were able to fix it for a reasonable cost.I then referred my daughter to them with a Subaru that had a check engine light on. She took it in and left it. They gave her an estimate and she agreed to the work. When she went to pick it up, they charged $150 above what they had quoted. They said they repaired some oil leaks and that was causing the check engine light to go on. They refused to honor the initial quote. A week later the check engine light went back on. She brought it back in and they looked at it again and said it seemed ok and couldn t find the reason for the check engine light. She asked if it was OK to drive it up to Aspen and they said yes. On her way back the car started having trouble and she took it directly back to A & E. They told her that she had blown the head gaskets due to oil leaks and that it would be a $3200 repair. They refused to credit her the $600 she had already paid them. She talked with Matt mainly but also the owner. Since that seemed outrageous and perhaps dishonest, she took it to 2 other shops getting a quote of $1800 from one and $1300 from another which was a Subaru dealer which would normally be high.The entire situation really smells of someone taking advantage of a young woman who doesn t know cars and was not respected by the person she works with at A & E. This has put her in a bad situation financially due to their handling of the repairs. What a shame that people still behave this way. SO, WATCH OUT! I feel badly I recommended them. Better to find a more honest shop.

Poor customer service. Called me to tell me vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up, they gave me the keys to another vehicle. I told them these aren't my keys they said someone else picked up my vehicle. I informed them it was in the lot they insisted these where the keys for it. I said again these aren't my keys. Also they didn't have the paper work showing the vehicles alignment adjustments. I question if the work was even done. Its a different shop since they moved to their current location.

I needed new rubber for a skid steer loader and Wayne was knowledgeable and down to business. He got me a great set of HD tires at a fair price and had them mounted quickly. He even helped me acquire a spare wheel for my spare tire. I'd recommend him and this shop.

I ve been going to A&E tire for about 25 years, moving with them from one location to the next.They are without a doubt the best in the business. As a senior and a female, I know I never have to worry about any unnecessary charges or services. I can t recommend this place highly enough. I have been going to A&E Tire for years now because I can count on the staff to be knowledgeable, and accurate. Matt knows his stuff and has taken good care of my mother s car, my daughter s car as well as my brother and nieces. He is someone you can trust. They are professional, courteous, and always helpful.

I found a nail in my tire when I was changing the rotors on my car so I made an appointment to patch my tire. I arrived on time for my appointment but was told there were no available bays and I would have to wait at minimum an hour before any of the bays would open up. Since I had an appointment, I asked if there was any way my car could be taken back sooner, or if a mechanic could just jack up my car (since it was just one tire), to which the man replied "What's the rush? Our appointment times don't actually mean anything. It's all first-come, first-serve."Don't make an appointment here expecting to actually have an appointment.

I haven t purchased anything from A&E tire, however I recently called to get a quote on six new tires on my motorhome. They were friendly on the phone (didn t try to rush to get off). They asked multiple questions such as the type of tire I was looking to purchase ie. winter tires Highway etcetera, to insure I got the best for my specific needs. Unfortunately I found the same tires a bit cheaper elsewhere, but would definitely consider them in the future.

Where to start? They arrived promptly after my distress call, Vinny was very professional and friendly. If i could give him 7 stars I would.Changed my flat right before 5pm, saving me an extra overtime fee($50 saved).And even torqued down the tire for added safety. Thank you Vinny!This guy deserves a raise.

Charged me double the quote just to mount tires and didn't bat an eye. When I said something they played dumb and said they made a "mistake". Truth is, they do it to everyone and hope folks don't notice. After telling someone at my work about it, two others chimed in "could've warned you". So, apparently the fact that these folks are thieves is common knowledge in the area.

I went into A&E tire thinking I knew everything about tires and cars. I had been having a vibration in front passenger side and was convinced something was broken.When Wayne explained it was my tire I did t believe him. So he quietly arranged to have my tires rotated around for safest configuration..On my way home the vibration was gone and it didn't cost me a penny!!They could have charged me hundreds of dollars but instead showed true integrity by being kind patient and honest.Thank you Wayne. I'm an idiot and you have a new. Lifeong customer.

Fabulous service! Great group to work with! Had some BIG concerns with my car that Autonation Subaru (West and Arapahoe) serviced and sold to me. When brought to the dealerships' attention, they pushed the blame on each other...but didn't do a damn thing. Pretty much Subaru "fixed the noise, but not the car." A&E fixed the car!!!! Yea, it's a mechanics' shop. I read a review that the waiting area wasn't fancy. Who cares? They have coffee, they have internet, they have a computer to use if you need it, and their bathroom is clean. I don't want to pay extra for sitting in a fancy waiting room with fancy coffee drinks and pastries. Fix my damn car. A&E fixes your car. Prices are very fair...and they let me hang out in the waiting room all day while they fixed my car since I drove down from the mountains. They also showed me what Autonation did to "fix" the car, when technically they should have done "this"--and mechanics showed me everything. Car is running great. Again, a big thanks to A&E. Highly recommend this crew.
