Standard O'Rielly's What sets this place apart is it's staff. The staff is great. As an example, I bought a 5 gallon jug of oil and without realizing it, I had grabbed used oil that was out on the floor (who knows why). When I returned it, the manager, Tom, actually remembered me purchasing the oil and checked his inventory and noticed that he had 1 more of the exact oil I had purchased than he should, confirming that I was truthful and not trying to get a free jug of oil. He went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of and seemed pleased to do so.Tom's level of customer service is lost in the industry and I continue to shop at this store over the other box auto parts stores becuase of his customer service.

O'Rielly matched Napa price and replaced battery in pickup truck as well as validated no issue with alternator. I would recommend this location any time.

ordered part over the phone. they said it would be in later that day. I had to call the store and was told it did not arrive.Never heard back from the store if part came in. no follow-up or return phone calls. got part at another store.

They have everything. Great selection, clean store, incredibly helpful staff.Tom the manager was so wonderful. He helped my husband and I trade out batteries in our old truck. He pulled the old ones and put the new ones in. A lot of hard work. We were extremely grateful for the help. Definitely above and beyond.Thank you.

Ivan is the very best. He understood so much about my car and helped me figure out my coolant issue and also explained The process of how to fix the issue. Super nice guy very very helpful. Will not go to anybody else but Ivan at O Reilly!!! Beyond impressed !!

Emily is always really helpful. And they also deliver, which is great. And if they have to order something in, the turn around is short. Same or next day in most cases.

Always appreciate the service at O'Reilly and this store upholds the standard to a T! Mike Myers was happy to help me test a battery and alternator, get me quotes on pricing with options, and reminded me they'll install a new battery and wiper blades free of charge. Thank you Mike and team!

Stopped in today for a battery and Emily and Ivan were both super helpful. Ivan changed both of the batteries in our truck which saved us a lot of time and effort. For sure the best help ive ever gotten at an O Rileys or any other auto parts store before!

Ivan & Tom - 2 MOST amazing gentlemen in all of Elizabeth on this Thursday night!! I brought my vehicle in with a suspected weak battery and they not only attempted 2 new batteries trying to figure out WHY I didn't have lights, zilch, etcBut went so far as to check every fuse, etc.... turned out to be wiring behind negative clamp....Ivan worked diligent until it was running!! Awesome guys!!

Love going here for all my cars needs. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. The head guy and girl spent a long time helping me get all new light bulb replacements in my car. The reverse lights were very tricky. They both stood outside for a long time trying to get them in. They did it!!! Very pleasant during the frustrating process. We laughed and joked with eachother. I highly recommend this store because of their service. Getting harder to find that these days. If you find it....then give them your ongoing service.

Tom at the Elizabeth O'Reilly Auto Parts has been SO gracious in helping me with simple car issues (well simple to him but not to me). He is extremely personable and had no qualms about helping a 62 year old "damsel in distress". I use to go to NAPA in town, but will continue to do my car business at O'Reilly. Close to home, deliver when we re overbooked, clean, well stocked, always on point when having to order parts, the staff treat each other great, you can tell a lot about a company just on the way the team bounces off one another. Jerry is beyond great when I go in for my husband & know what he needs but have to explain in the office girl knowledge. Never a bad experience. They worked there tails off during the ups & downs of coved staffing & deserve raise! Thank you guys,& Emily!!!
