I don t usually leave reviews but I have to warn people because they could potentially save money or at least save themselves a wild goose chase.I went in yesterday to have a battery tested at around 4:00pm. I told the employee that the battery was dead and my car wouldn t start and asked if he would test it for me. He acted annoyed, didn t say anything to me and grabbed the tester. He tested my battery and said it looks like it s at a 17% charge but your cells appear to be good. I asked him if he could charge the battery for me so I didn t have to jump my car. He said no, it s too late in the day (4pm when they close at 6pm). I then asked him if he thought it was my alternator. He said it s definitely something else and not the battery. I left annoyed knowing that it only takes an hour and half to charge the battery to its full capacity and he was just being lazy.I went over to O Reilly. They tested the battery there and said it was at 17% and they couldn t tell if the cells were bad until they charged it 100%. They said they would charge it for me and I should come back in an hour and half to pick it up. I got a phone call an hour and half later and the gentleman said my battery was bad and he has one in stock for me. I replaced the battery and drove my car all day today without any issues.If I had listened to NAPA, who didn t give me the time of day, I would be waiting to have my alternator replaced today. Save yourself some time and potentially money by going to O Reilly. The kid that works there is passionate about automobiles and loves his job.

took a year off from buying parts from this napa....should've given up all together. worst retail store employees i've ever dealt with...worst auto parts store around PERIOD !!! not one of them are worth talking to. autozone and o'reilly's are the go to from now on. and don't go to the castle rock store....same owners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst Napa in the area. If you can t look it up by year/make/model zero effort is put in to find the part. Head to Parker where they actually try and put forth a bit of effort.

I bought an oil filter that had no o-ring found out after I drained my oil they couldn't come to bring me a new one because they deliver commercial. So they decide to leave me high and dry never going there again. Maybe me late to my next business appointment thanks Napa for having me not only lose money in my business but also wasting my time

Not sure about this place. They have always had what I needed. But I priced some oil, and it was $60 more than Big R.

Amazing customer service! My truck's battery had been acting up for a bit, so I took it to this store for testing. The cold cranking amps tester was at a neighboring Big-O Tires, and I was asked very politely if I could come back in when it came back. The next day, I arrived a little earlier than expected and they went well out of their way to get the tester back before they had planned so I could have the battery fully tested. When we found it was nearly dead, I was given a good deal on a brand new battery. All the staff was wonderful, and Steve in particular was incredibly personable and willing to help. Thank you, NAPA!

Good luck getting someone who actually wants to work. If they can't put in the year, make and model and have it pop up instantly , their head will spin.Call up and ask for a bolt and they say " year make and model" !. If it is not a simple easy part , they will give you an attitude and act like you are putting them out !

Took a set of brake rotors in to get machined. Got them back in a very timely manner. Always found the customer service above average

So many thanks to Steve at the napa store in Elizabeth for saving me damage or a tow after i heard a ping and found a piece of metal had fallen off a friends car as she drove away. I know nothing about vehicles, i had her park, went to napa and gave only three clues to steve: it s whatever a beamer is, heres the piece, and i think the car is blue. With ten minutes left till closing, he was able to identify it as a pin to the rear brake, sell me the brakes, and stick around to take my call and verify they fit the vin of the car he suspected. Not only was he correct but I remembered what he thought may have cause it to fall off and was able to make a small adjustment and reinstall it. More than anything it saved my friend a HEAP of anxiety which she is prone too and an evening of tow trucks and mechanic forms. Can t relay how much I appreciate the resident ninja at Elizabeth Napa. I ll be a customer for life.

Need to fix a Ducati with a VW part, done. Need to find a battery for a tractor, done. Need to replace a custom hydraulic hose, done. Need most any other auto part, done. Don't know why I don't always go here first, they seem to always have a solution.

1st off I want to clarify the pictures someone has added to this Napa location are incorrect. Pictures 2 & 3 are of a different location. This location dose not do tire, lube or batteries.I have never used this service from them. But, I believe they can turn rotors, drums, and fly wheels.This location like many other Napa locations. the employees are very knowledgeable about a lot of odd ball things. I have found some hard to get parts here. But Napa is not the 1st place I shop for parts. Their hours of operation are a little off. Considering there s a Autozone on the other end of town. Is open till 9pm m-s, Sunday till 8.

they know their stuff more than any other auto parts store and can give more specific advise.HOWEVER, if you don't know much about cars, like not knowing how to change a battery ECT. , these guys are not where you want to go . if you need someone to put on wipers or swap batteries then go to AutoZone, imo.I made the mistake of leaving my tools and buying a battery and it was an absolute disaster using their assortment of used tools.

NAPA : Never Any Parts Available. But they can usually have what you need tomorrow. Knowledgeable, helpful and always a positive experience.

If anybody that needs parts or anyting Napa has it better place better Parts Napa has it filters batteries basically anything that you need Napa has it Napa's been here for a long time
