The female wanna be manager is horrible and not because she is female. She is more of a McDonalds in the Ghetto type employee with no sense on being a mgr or running a business. As a business owner now and someone who was a commercial account manager and shop manager, I couldn t believe how she carried herself or spoke to customers on the phone. As for the other younger guy at the counter you could tell he had no auto experience at all and she was not teaching him. He did have a good attitude. I had to look the part number up for them and they still did not know how to find the part on the shelf. How do you stand around in a small store all day and not know where your inventory is??? I did finally get the part ( a common item) about 1 minute before giving up and going to Napa. Corporate really needs to audit this store and see what a joke it is! I can tell you in the few minutes of being there the management is the problem. The people here are killing the sales and just punching a time clock and not giving a damn! There might be one decent employee, but I have not met one after multiple visits. And with management like this you wont keep any employees with talent that can improve the place. I know if I were a shop owner I would not even bother to call this location for a part.

Went in and the staff was very friendly, the part off the shelf was not in the system so it wouldnt let them charge it out. They worked it out and I left happy

Manager is unprofessional and rude! Unless your a man then she's more then willing to help them! Complete joke! Go to O'Reilly or napa, at least you don't have to be a man to get good service there

Until today I would have been leaving five stars. Not this time. We purchased new headlights for my husband's truck - expense $100 LED lights recommended by the store - and they were a disaster. They only work on high; the AutoZone employee said we needed to install a voltage regulator to manage the higher draw. But only one guy knew how to help us with it and we could never get there when he was in. So we decided to switch back to regular lights. TJ the manager was gone by the time Rob got there. The two employees in the store couldn't or wouldn't help. Dennis was nice enough but unskilled. Xavier was rude, told Rob "I don't care," when asked for help. I've been a loyal AutoZone customer for years. Now, I guess I'll go to Reilly's or Napa.

Awful location. Staff is incredibly rude and cannot be bothered to do their job or provide any amount of customer service.Update: must have been a bad crew that day because the two guys who helped my mom today were fabulous! Extremely helpful and kind.

I saw some poor employee getting patronized by a customer for not being able to perform a service on their vehicle because they didn't have the correct equipment. The man still provided great customer service in the greater scheme of the situation. I honestly don't know how they do all that hard work and don't get paid accordingly. These guys are a great asset to the town, and help whenever they can. Take some of the other reviews with a grain of salt, and remember that they're parts salesmen and not paid technicians.

My maintenance required light came on on the trip from Mississippi to Colorado and the guys working here were so helpful even told me where I could get everything checked out the next day. Awesome customer service.

My go-to parts store in Elizabeth. The folks working are always knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the right part. The other guys in town usually end up handing you the keyboard because they just don't know what they're doing! Save a step and just go here. Their prices are better too!

Disappointing visit to this store, none of the employees or other customers were wearing masks. A kid behind the counter was coughing when I walked in, this place is gross. Good thing there is an Oreillys and Napa nearby that will get my business for now on. While I can imagine it s not easy to police your customers for mask use, there should be no exception for employees.

James and RJ are two amazing humans!!!Yesterday I went to buy some oil for the engine for my old truck and insted of just selling me the oil they checked why my engine light was on and they added the oil for me!!! Last time they replaced the windshield wipers for me . I have never found that kind of service in an auto store before. THANK YOU

This auto zone is a very nice addition to our community. Because they stay open till 9pm m-s and 8pm Sunday. They have been open late enough for me to get parts and fix my truck still making it to work the next day. Thank you.

My battery died and I couldn't leave the store. The manager Nick helped me select a battery and put it in my car!! Best experience!! Will always come back here first!!

Amazing selection, if they don't have the part they will order it and get it there within a day or so. The prices are really reasonable and I've never had a bad part unlike at NAPA.

When asking about a compression test tool. Hal, an employee at my local Auto zone, walked me through all the parts involved in the tool kit and also he was very knowledgeable when explaining how to use it. I end up buying the compression test tool.
