All Staff members I interacted with were courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Bed and linen was great. Stayed 2 nights. First morning came downstairs at 6am and had a breakfast burrito and coffee. Second morning I was surprised not to see any food or coffee ready at 6am. Front desk person said management changed the hours of operation. Also, no more 24/7 coffee in breakfast dinning area . Apparently, management changed that too. New hours on coffee in breakfast area starts at 7am, no more 24/7 coffee.Safety: I felt safe.Walkability: Everything you could need is right next to hotel.

Great stay, lovely hotel but what stood out was the EXCEPTIONAL service ! The front desk were very helpful particularly Eddie. He went above and beyond to help me out on a number of occasions during my stay. Thank you all for making my stay very pleasant.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and services within waliking distance. The closest lift to BC are about an 8 min drive away.

Great property to rest your head. Staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. The manager, Chris, called up to note that our tv remote is missing and personally brought it to us. Now that's service! Very pet friendly too if I might addRooms: cute Colorado getaway vibes.Nearby activities: movie theater across the street and plenty of shops in a 3 block vicinity.Walkability: super walkable, right across the street is a cute movie theater.Food & drinks: no onsite restaurant. But the building also shares space with an Italian and seafood restaurant.Noteworthy details: VERY Pet friendly, you can rent out bikes or polaroid's or Nintendo systems if available; this is included in the resort fee

Updating review thanks to poor response from hotel. Their response reflects their attitude that was received when trying to work with them. I added the invoice change that they claim didn't charge me extra. Their math does not add up. Never even made it. After spending two hours online with my wife trying to decide where to go we picked this hotel. After booking I contacted the hotel the next day to let them know we are bringing our pet and to inquire if they do anything special for anniversaries. Without consulting me the "Upgraded" my room to a different bed configuration and sent a new invoice for $100.00 more. We had booked the room we wanted and were not interested in paying more for an upgrade we didn't request or want. In trying to correct this via email with Chris I began to receive short/deferred responses to why the price was different. I then called the front desk and received snotty and rude response to my inquiries about what had happened. Thankfully Expedia was able to cancel my "Non-refundable" reservation and we didn't have to experience the poor customer service first hand. Such a simple request was clearly a burden to their staff. Not to mention they failed in math class.Initial invoiceReservation Details2Room TypeDouble Queen RoomNightly RateSep 2 $260.51Sep 3 $173.43Destination Amenity Fee$50.00Taxes $6.41Estimated Stay Total $490.35After "Free Upgrade"Reservation Details2Room TypeKing Room with BalconyNightly RateSep 2 $260.51Sep 3 $173.43Destination Amenity Fee $50.00Taxes $6.41Estimated Stay Total$590.35

Beautiful modern Hotel. Our room was perfectly kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Nice touches like complimentary water bottles. The breakfast was great. My husband loved the breakfast burritos. The $8 nightly credit for their snack shop was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, the location was fabulous right at the Edwards riverwalk. Restaurants next to the hotel were very convenient.

My daughter and I flew in for her surgery and stayed at The Inn. Wow, what great customer service! First, Chris was incredible at making sure we had a wheelchair (which I have never been offered at a hotel), he made sure that we had a room for disabilities so that the shower was appropriate for my daughter's needs pre and post op, and he went out of his way to make the hotel more affordable for me since we didn't know we were staying more than a night. Once I found out my daughter had to have surgery and stay for 5 days, Chris didn't even blink at making sure we had what we needed to make it best for us both.Hunter was also great in making sure he worked with Chris to make our accommodations great! Also, the lobby had a 24/7 coffee bar, which was a huge perk for me. One day there was a puppy adoption going on in the lobby. It was the only thing that got my daughter out of bed after being so sad about surgery. We met so many fun people who were staying there and spent some of our time talking in the lobby with other patrons. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! I've never slept 11 hours before in any hotel and I did several nights in a row. The rooms were so clean, smelled great and were perfect for our needs.I am not a breakfast person and I am gluten free but if you like burritos and pastries, it was all there for you to eat!I truly appreciated how everyone, especially Chris, went out of their way to make things so nice for us. I didn't get to use the hot tub or pool but heard so many people talking about how wonderful it was.Plus, the Inn is in the best shopping plaza. Great restaurants, bars, grocery store, deli and movie theater all in walking distance. I will stay here again and honestly, it is the only place I will stay at this point.

Glorified holiday inn. Clean but lifeless. The vibe of a motel 6. Lipstick on a pig. Great location for business trip but not a vac. Not a fun place to be. Outrageous price for what it is. Staff never said hello. Even the staff was not happy to be there.Walkability: Lots of great restaurants in walking distanceFood & drinks: The free breakfast burritos had a use by date more than a year and a half out. Maybe they were MRE from the army?Noteworthy details: The only plus was the fancy coffee machine.

When we arrived for check in the gentleman was very nice. We stayed on the 2nd floor room was very clean with exception the bed looked like some one was sitting on the bed. House keeping needs to learn how to put the feather topper on the bed. They need to be fluffy after each use so bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bath tubs need to have something put in the tubs as they are very slippley.

Terrible. Service and staff 0/5 stars. They charge a $25 amenity fee and THEY DONT CLEAN YOUR ROOM. I have never stayed at a hotel in my whole life where they don t clean the rooms. The first night there must have been a sewage backup and our entire room smelled like human remains.Seriously don t save the money just stay in a nicer hotel

this charming boutique hotel was a refreshing change from the Avon Comfort Inn where we often stay. Nice hot tub and heated pool acres ski, cute shops up the street including my favorite resale shop, and good restaurants really close. I let my teenagers loose to walk around and didn't worry at all. There's not much trouble they could find in Edwards CO. The ski shuttle wasn't running so I was glad we hadn't planned on it. The parking and access were fantastic. Nice Staff too. 5 out of 5 stars!

I stayed here on a bit of a long haul trip and the accommodations could not have been more comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located next to lots of interesting shopping and restaurants. More than anything though, the staff went above and beyond to help my cat, who was traveling with me and stressed beyond belief, feel comfortable and happy. It might be a little hard to find parking in the evening, but it's well worth a stay here for the hospitality provided by the staff.

The rehab really made this place great. It is reasonable value in the valley and there are plenty of good places to eat in walking distance. The staff is friendly and the pool is decent. We stay here at least once a year on ski weekends. It's pretty friendly as well which is great.

My partner and I had an amazing experience at The Inn At Riverwalk.-The room was clean, spacious, and was stocked with toiletries.-The staff, shout out to Erika, was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.-The resort fee was well worth it. Gym access, free parking, bike rental (with a stunning trail), free coffee/tea, the pool/hot tub, $8 store credit, all made us feel taken care of.-Really close to great restaurants and stores-Easy drive to Vail. I definitely preferred this area to Vail as there was less people/less of a tourist vibe.

If you are considering the condo space, beware they are on the 3rd floor of adjacent building. Garage parking is very low so with carrier not an option. The rooms are furnished nicely but every else is 1980 s (showers/sinks/molding/televisions in bedrooms!). The elevator was not in operation. If it wasn t for Leo ( valet) who helped lug bags and gave us his parking spot so we didn t have to wait for someone to leave, we would have been hung out to dry. No robes to walk to the outdoor pool/hot tub and no shuttle to slopes (which properties we ve stayed in Vail still offered) and front desk staff simply said sorry, it s due to covid and dismissed. Still the Inn charges premium fees. Not many guests there. My kids loved the pool! Restaurants all in walking distance are fantastic- I ll save fir a different review.

The hotel was great for a quick stay in the mountains. Amenities were slim but the room was nice. The coffee though could be better, it's awful watery! The only thing I think you have to be OK with is the bar excitement that carries on to 2am which isn't horrible but if you need serious sleep maybe ask to be placed on the other side of the hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful. Best part about the hotel though is that it's a great price compared to its surrounding options!

Sam s customer service made this experience so pleasant. She was so kind and understanding while I booked my hotel and was having a difficult night. She made it easy and painless. She is knowledgeable and deserves a raise 100%. Hotel was clean, comfortable and modern. Literally couldn t have asked for a better experience staying here, I hope to be back! :-)

The Inn is a nice enough hotel. Clean, friendly staff, decent location, but the rooms are extremely small and the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it made us both sick. I got dizzy and nauseous so much that I had a hard time walking back to the room. Ruined my evening. She got sick the next morning having to stop and vomit on the trip back to Denver. It took at least 3 showers before I didn't smell the chlorine anymore. Both of us threw out our swim suits because they were so bleached out. Also, the room was very noisy due to the loudness of the hvac system. It turned out to be a horrible stay.
