Sarah was great really knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to show me multiple units so I could decide which size was the right fit for me. She was also very friendly. The facility is super clean and in perfect condition.

Sarah was very helpful first thing in the morning! The unit I had ended up being to small. She showed me a bigger unit which was also cheaper. She got my information switched over as I was moving units. Highly recommended!

I kinda wrote my last previous review on a limp. So i will say this. They were very very nice at the desk. Everything went very smoothly. The new girl that was training did an excellent job and sure she'll continue to do so.100% recommended

Sarah was great! She walked me to my storage unit and gave me all of the info I needed. My storage unit is on the second floor but the building has large elevators that will fit all of my items.

Perfect for my Trike. I needed to store it for the winter and I just picked it up and (temporarily) closed my account until next winter. I want to emphasize that SARAH was so helpful that I even told her, teasingly of course, that she was my new best friend. Great place, easy access, simple to find, terrific service.

Sarah, in Edwards was a pleasure to work with and was ultimately the effective solution provider in navigating and correcting the administrative hang-ups that I experienced/dealt with going thru the mandatory corporate route. In securing a storage unit. I m really grateful I had a chance to speak with her in person as well. All I had to do was walk thru the door and introduce myself. She made the rest easy. Very responsive and great correspondence.

Super helpful staff to assign me the right unit and help me when I was expecting overflow to find another one shorter term. Very friendly, ease of entry great, lots of roller carts and dolly units available. Secure. Enjoy doing business with them.

I used the storage facility for around 3 years and my experience was in general very positive ... the only issue that I had during such period was that the elevator in the back building (were my unit was located) was broken sometimes and then we had to use the back stairs to reach our unit ... Aside from that, buildings were adecquate but above all and the best part, is that all the managers that I worked with (while moving-in, during storage period and while moving-out) were extremely understanding, supportive and went the extra mile to help ... thx a lot Tanda for all your support while moving-out.
