Tyler is my family s go-to Mechanic! He s done several significant repairs on our cars over the past couple of years, and he s always down to earth, honest, fair, and reliable. He kept me updated and informed and even shared photos/ videos of his findings.

Very quick to respond to the issue of my truck being stuck in snow. Very friendly and took the time to listen to the issue and get it taken care of promptly. Would recommend when you need towing. I'm sure that their vehicle repair and maintenance is just as great.

Tyler was wonderful, got me pulled out for a rut after 18+ inches of snow. He was positive and made sure he could pull me out with out damaging the vehicle. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Tyler at Krenzelok Customs took care of my repair quickly and effectively and at a very reasonable price. I own and operate my own business, and rely on my truck to earn a living. An issue came up that crippled my truck, and Tyler came and picked it up and towed it to his shop. After diagnosing the issue, he told me that it was a simple blown fuse, which he repaired at a price that was perhaps unfair to him. I made sure to give him a tip. Any shady mechanic, or greedy dealer would have told me I needed a very expensive computer board. Tyler was upfront and honest about the real problem. No words that I type here can convey the value of that. I will call Tyler first every time.Service: Electrical repair

We had to have a 1 ton dually pickup towed from our home to a shop. Our insurance had sent out another company who didn't make contact with us until they arrived and informed us they couldn't tow it because it was a dually. Our insurance then secured service through Krenzelok Customs and Joseph called me right away to ask for information about the vehicle. He was an hour and a half from our location and when he arrived he got right to work. There was a slight issue with his truck on the way to the location we were taking our vehicle and his communication was fantastic. He called me right away to let me know there was an issue and kept in contact with me the entire time to continue updating me. He got our vehicle to where it needed to be and did a great job. I highly recommend Krenzelok Customs for your towing needs.

Our son broke down at night on a 2-lane highway east of Greeley coming home from college. We called Farmers Insurance Roadside Assistance and they sent Tyler. He was on-time, friendly, and professional. It was a 50-mile tow to our mechanic and Tyler went over and above the call of duty stopping my our home in Windsor so our son could drop-off his carload of belongings. I highly recommend Tyler as he is honest and friendly. I plan to use his shop for future auto repairs.

Being knowledgeable and able to fix cars is half the equation, the other half is working with someone who actually cares, who is honest and will explain to you whats going on and what needs to be done without ripping you off. Tyler is good people, he will do everything he can to take care of you.

Tyler and his employee cheerfully worked about 3 hours on a warranty job which not only fixed that problem but also fixed a new, but related problem. Worth the drive to have Krenzelok Customs work on my car!

Known the owner for years, very smart, knowledge and eager to help. Only draw back with this place c(as with others) is limited on tools for newer cars and foreign cars
