I went in earlier today for a scheduled oil change, inspection, and tire rotation on my vehicle. Talk about major bang-for-buck, it was very affordable, especially considering rotation services can be pretty expensive. They were more than okay with me bringing in my own oil and filter, which did save me a little extra money on the oil change service. I waited for less than 30 minutes and I was all good to go. Their thorough inspection helped me to see what kind of work I need to be saving up for, and keeping an eye on for the future. Super grateful to have discovered this auto shop, and it s awesome they create a maintenance schedule unique to your vehicle and needs. Highly recommend, they ll take good care of you!

We have used this place for a long time they have always been good for a tire rotation or an oil change recently our vehicle was throwing a strange error code and going into limp mode. We spent 2 months going back and forward with jays they kept buying new parts and charging us for them but nothing fixed the issue. We asked several times if we should take it to the dealer as they seem to not know what is the issue. Long story short they wanted to replace the whole transmission $8,000!!!! I said back up let s get a second opinion. It was the catalytic converter w the dealer had it fixed in a day or so. It was less then what I had paid Jays up to that point to not fix the issue. Be very cognizant if you choose to use this place

Just went in to get a flat fixed. Nice clean shop and cool people working there. Had an issue with the wheel not sealing properly but they took the time to get it done. Appreciate what you all did for me today.

I brought my Chevy Cruze in awhile ago, probably like over 6 months at this point. Long story short, a year prior to that they replaced my AC system for well over $3,000 took it back to them after the AC stopped working because I figured it may be covered by warranty, but the warranty had expired because I drive the car a lot and exceeded the mileage limit. Turns out the AC stopped working due to a wire that needed spliced back together. I was in the waiting room for the entire time of diagnosing and fixing the vehicle which was under an hour and a half. They charged me for both their inspection fee and labor to fix the wire which was just under $400. Which seems a little rude to me considering I paid a lot of money for the original AC install to begin with, and I took it back to them to let them make it right. I think they were probably just mad that I straight up told them to their face if it's not covered under warranty I'll just take it too my other shop because Jay's charges way too much in my opinion especially being a small town shop. But when they said it was just a wire that needed fixed I figured I guess just do that since it's already there patch it up get it working instead of not having AC for another couple weeks while scheduling another shop. But usually in easy case fixes like that a good shop will waive their inspection fee if the customer agrees to the repair being done which they did not do. And I'm not the kind of guy that's going to make a scene or complain at the counter over the bill so I just paid it and left. I let businesses prove who they are and how they want to handle their business, and then I just don't go back and I usually don't leave reviews, I was on the fence about this one but still months down the road I think about it and it really makes me angry that a shop is going to charge me almost $400 to splice a wire, after I already paid them over 3k dollars for the AC to be installed, and they should've routed that wire better so it didn't become compromised but that's a different story I guess. Over the years a lot of my family has gone to Jays I've gone to Jays we've taken business vehicles to Jays and we've all come to the conclusion it's just too expensive. I personally have 5 vehicles and won't be returning with any of them I'll drive the extra 30 miles into Fort Collins and waste my time there. I'm only giving them 3 stars because generally the work they do is good and work I have had done doesn't need re-done. But that's the thing, they're going to charge you for that and they're charging a premium. They don't care if it's splicing a wire or a changing a head gasket pay them $150+ an hour or whatever it is in labor. And I understand businesses have to make money and pay their employees these past couple years have been what they are but you shouldn't lose touch of what makes you a successful business and that's your customers. You fix a wire for a cheap price set that good customer relationship and when my transmission blows I give you a bunch of money fixing that because I trust you. That's why I go to my other shop now, I took my car in there for an oil change and inspection on where it's leaking oil, they figured out it was the oil filter housing and cleaned it up, drove it, checked it, drove it again checked it then gave it back to me and didn't charge for the inspection because it was already being paid for by the oil change. Now I can trust them to not nickel and dime me and take all of my vehicles there.But maybe Jays doesn't like me and my business I don't care I pay my bills the moment they're due I don't need financing I don't need discounts I don't need special rates but what I need from a shop is to be able to trust them that I can pay the bill without even looking at a receipt or work order because I know they're not screwing me, and Jays unfortunately failed that test and I don't give my trust back easily. So I hope double charging me for splicing a wire was worth the thousands of dollars I'd have spent at your shop in the coming years and potentially decades.

The price is fair and they give options about how to move forward. I never feel pressured and they get cars in and out fast. Always repaired right.

I never write reviews, but Jay s was so incredible to me, I had to! I caught a ginormous nail in my tire. I was just a couple minutes drive from Jays and they sent Jordan (who was absolutely so kind and great at his job) to put air in my tire to get it to the shop. They were quick and just made my day. Thank you so much!

I've been in and out here several times over the years. First I have to wonder how hard a local small town business must be. I hope you consider that also. Having said this. I've always been treated extremely well. Today with just a tire plug needed it was as before. Smiles kindness and extremely pleasant. Really hope the LORD continues to bless this business and all Eaton businesses, especially when the same attitudes are exemplified.Thank you to everyone at Jay's Automotive

Stopped into Jays Automotive to ask for help with low tires. Turns out I had 2 broken sensors that needed replacing and Gage was just about ready to go to lunch but instead he spent 45 minutes fixing my broken sensors and his boss told him not charge me. The customer service at Jays is amazing. I feel so very lucky to have this company here in Eaton.Services: Tires, Oil change

I m always a little nervous going to get my car worked on. Especially after the dealership charged me $120 for windshield wipers I didn t ask for. But Matt and Carson with jays automotive were remarkably friendly and didn t try to sneak any extra charges in. They got my car done quickly and kept communication with me when they found they needed one more thing to finish.

Bought a 1986 corvette in July for pretty cheap. I knew the previous owner was hiding a few things, so I searched for a diagnostic. After 2 different mechanics misdiagnosis, I began to get frustrated. I am a educator and I don't have the money to be bouncing around mechanic to mechanic. I took my corvette in a couple days ago and got a call from Jay's. I finally received answers and more about my car! After the initial repair the car was idling high. I emailed Jay's auto and they instantly asked me to bring it back without a fuss. They were very eager to help me get back on the road. They spent countless hours locating the issue. These 1986 corvettes are very difficult to work on because of their early advances in computer technology. Many mechanics would of told me to get lost. Jays auto fixed the issue and provided affordable parts with warranty. They worked with me knowing that I didn't have much money to put in at the moment. This is the most honest, caring, and trusting automotive team I've worked with ever. They earned a lifelong customer including my family. Thank you for everything .Service: Engine repair

The guys at Jay s are awesome! They ve taken care of us in a pinch a couple times. My alternator went out, and they stayed way past closing to complete the repairs so I had my car back before the weekend (and I did not have an appointment). They do great work and always make you feel taken care of. Great customer service! I feel so lucky to live up the road from such an efficient and reliable auto shop. Thanks, guys!

I was extremely happy with my first visit to Jay s. My vehicle is older and needed a lot of issues fixed that my previous repair shop never took the time to do only fixed problems as they occurred. Carson and Brandon took the time to show me everything that was wrong and Carson even got a part warranteed that was just put on a few months ago to save me money! Jay's was fantastic. I called them at 7:20. They got me in at 7:30 when they opened and then an hour later I was done. It was amazing and I won't go anywhere else now. Not to mention the tire repair they didn't even charge me for and I didn't buy my tires there. I am 100% switching to this amazing small town shop as normally I dread the wait elsewhere, convincing me to buy things I don't need or have time for. They did none of that and shows only kindness, truth, and respect (even though I'm a woman who doesn't know anything about cars). I can't say enough great things about them. Thank you again Jay's. The team at Jay s Automotive were very good at being accommodating, thorough, and able to work within what I wanted to fix at the time, what must be fixed now and what I need to realize may need service in the future.Everything seem to be done just as it should be, and seem to have a personal touch and attention to detail that sometimes can be lacking today.One of my biggest issues was getting my car up to Eaton, but provisions were available and made to make that a minimal concern instead of what I had seen before as a maximal concern and it actually prevented me from going there previously.I would definitely recommend this business for anyone who needs automobile maintenance or service done.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Honest and these guys know what they are doing! Drove from Greeley to get my air intake issue fixed, and my front differential changed out. they offer courtesy cars or rides when you take your vehicle there. Definitely will go back for my next repair.

We had a great experience at Jays Automotive! We were about to start our 12 hour journey back home when our tire needed some help and the workers at Jays helped us out and got us back on the road quickly. They were very kind and so very helpful! WE LOVE JAYS AUTO!!!!! At Jays I never would question their recommendations or expertise. They are always great to work with and trustworthy.The guys at the shop are seriously the BEST! They always remember what vehicle I need what done to and they will help me set priorities on what needs to be done immediately or what needs to be done next service appointment.Super easy to schedule! Always same week or available when it works for me. Drop off in the morning and pick up later or they have had Courtesy vehicles available whenever I needed them. What a life save this courtesy vehicles have been for me.If you want a trust worthy, local family owned, local business you can take your vehicles and feel confident you are being WELL TAKEN CARE OF, go to Jays Auto!!

Just left Jay's very happy and relieved. I had work done on my car there previously and enjoyed their hospitality and honesty, but wasn't sure if they worked on patching/plugging tires. I called and they told me to come right over and then took my car in right away. It didn't take very long as I waited comfortably in their waiting area and then the icing on the cake was that there was no charge. Great service ! So glad to have them so close to home.

Extremely pleased with service and personality here. Came in for an alignment, it was dropped off and done in a very timely manner. They offered us a loaner car so we were not out of transportation while they performed the service. This is a locally owned shop and you can certainly tell. They take their time explaining all that was done and why. Unlike the big corporate driven places around that your just a number, not at Jays ! Here your a friend and a customer for life. Thank you guys.By the way the alignment on our car turned out sweet!!! Done right the first time. Like it should always be.Just outright awesome! Simply the best.

My family and I have been frequent customers of Jay's over the years and have had nothing short of exceptional experiences with them. All of the employees are so friendly, genuine, informative, helpful, competent (the list goes on). They know what they're doing and get the job done efficiently. They truly are the best in northern Colorado! It's a great feeling knowing that we can trust them with any of our automotive needs without the worry of being ripped off.
