I can not say thank you enough to the guys here. I was driving a loaner car to get a part for my fiat. I could not get the car to go in reverse once I got the part. I tried, they tried after I had a complete meltdown sobbing like an ugly Kardashian they came out and helped push the car out of the spot enough which allowed me to put the car in 1st and enough space to get out of the parking lot.They have also been so helpful on many occasions. I love going to that auto zone, even if I have to drive from greeley

Great place but when I ask someone that works there for help I end up with the wrong size part same looking part but slightly to big/small... best to make sure to look and make sure you have the proper part # when buying.

Walked in and was helped immediately with a headlight bulb. Also, I had my truck scanned for an engine light that came on. Great service

A very grateful thank you to AutoZone in Eaton CO. I was on my way home to Utah when my car battery died. Darrell helped me with a much-needed new car battery. The old battery was a mess and Darrell was able place the new battery for me (I won't go into any details). Darrell went above and beyond, I am so very thankful!

I frequent the zone and I am commercial customer of theirs but came in at 5:30 on May 5th and the red shirt was helping me being super helpful way more knowledgeable that most. The phone started ringing and I rang for awhile the red shirt seemed to expect the manager to answer. But instead the manager came forward and yelled at the red shirt very unprofessional.... The phone was still ring while the yelling... Then walked back I was like what the heck. Why not just answer the phone to good to do that manger of the year. I definitely will think twice when they call asking for business.

Nice new store that is really well stocked and very helpful people. Not too busy like a lot of stores. Retail prices pretty much but I got a little discount verbally when I was balking on the price of a bottle jack. I was offered to rent tools that I bought as well. Nice.

It is not their fault all of it I was informed my parts were in and I drove a considerable distance yesterday with a limpy vehicle to pick up my parts and when I got there they weren't there there was an ordering error or some more time was needed to receive the parts so hope I don't get anybody in trouble please have a good day

Great customer service. I was greated immediately after I entered the store. Both the gray shirt and red shirt employees offered to carry the part to my car. I would highly recommend.

The associate wated for a total of 1 hour on hold with his corporate help Center to help me with a shipping and refund issue . He tried his best to help me but couldn't get any cooperation from his superiors.

My visit was great employees where helpful place was clean just the setup of the store confused me when what I needed both window repair/temp replacement where in 2 different spots and not with the other window stuff other then that my visit was great

They had the ignition key switch I needed in stock and at a fair price. Lifetime warranty and all purchases are kept track of on their computer using customers phone number, awesome.

Most Autozone employees don't know much about cars. They sometimes have trouble with the part search screen. It's only convenient if you know exactly what you need because Autozone does are everywhere.

Altara the manager here at this store not only knows what she is talking about but will go above and beyond what it takes to keep you on the road. A few months ago I had takin my mother s car into Eaton to wash it. Both belts broke and left me stranded in Eaton Al (the store manager) drove her personal vehicle to Fort Collins and picked up the belt I needed because they did not have it in stock on top of everything made sure I had the tools I needed to get it fixed in the parking lot. I tried to pay for her gas and she would not except that. I grew up in Eaton/Ault which used to be a small town and isn t anymore but that small town service means the world to me. If your in need of parts go see them I haven t had a bad experience with any of the staff there!

Very uncomfortable and unpleasant/ unprofessional. I was not even acknowledged, I came for a battery and car bra. Walked around the store for about 10min and was never helped but looked over. Worst experience here in Eaton.

While sometimes the salesmen seem a little pushy that is their job, otherwise they have a great selection and are willing to talk to you about parts to find exactly what you need. Also they occasionally have good deals.

This AutoZone is much better than the ones in Greeley I live 5 minutes away from work and this one and eaten is much more helpful and they get the parts fast and correct the first time employees are super awesome thank you guys for your hard work

I have two different managers from two separate locations telling me I can exchange my spark plug wires one in Greeley and one in Fort Collins were I Bought them so I go into Eaton and the manger and cashier were being extremely rude to my wife a couple days ago when we went to order the parts witch is why we needed to get them from Fort Collins well I bought them and one of the wires was defective and short so I took it back since I only needed cylinder two wire he denied me my part and wouldn t let me explain he gave no explanation to why he did it

I didn't know what size of motor I had & it was a DOHV ,SO it was but a simple" let's go see" would have saved me a second trip back to get the right part
