I took my car to performance as my car kept overheating and I didn t want to drive it back through the canyon. They were very welcoming even though I was stressed out and didn t know what to do. I decided to leave my car with them and they diagnosed it to be a head gasket issue which I got repaired. It was expensive but not in comparison to other places I looked at. My car is running perfectly now. Overall I thought they were very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use performance again if I am in the area. I have a 2012 Subaru Outback.

Excellent guys!! Very helpful and honest. We were going to get smaller tires and wheels for our SUV, but their knowledge and honesty about it saved us about $5k in doing so. We are customers for life. Thank you Jake and Ian!Service: TiresService: Tires

After being quoted thousands of dollars for a new transmission at a shop upvalley, I talked to Ian and he recommended to tow my car to Performance. They took a look at it and found a clogged transmission filter that was not letting any fluid it. They replaced it and had my car running. The business was purchased. The old guys were great after walking in and meeting the guy at the desk I immediately walked out and made an appointment somewhere else for thousands of dollars worth of work. Simply because they're unfriendly and the guy is anything but impressed that you're there. They have work because people feel they have no other place to take anything. It would really suggest going somewhere where there are nice people

I paid a large amount of money to replace my front brakes and ABS system but my ABS light kept coming on. The brakes kept giving out making it extremely unsafe to drive anywhere. I contacted them multiple times and they said its probably nothing until it kept happening. I dropped my truck off for a week for them to experience the brakes giving out while driving. They claimed to have driven the truck around town multiple times claiming there wasn't a problem but when I picked up my truck the the odometer was the exact same. So clearly they didn't drive it at all. My battery was also dead when I came to pick up my truck which required it to be jumped, so clearly they did nothing to see if there was a problem. I would never go back to this place especially since they clearly lied and have put my family's lives in danger driving our vehicle. I now have to spend even more money at a different location to fix what they couldn't.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The team at Performance Automotive is exceptionally helpful, and they have gone out of their way to make sure my vehicle is in good shape. I went in for an oil change, and I asked them to take a look at my battery. This is a 2015 CRV, and the battery was replaced a year and a half ago at another shop. My lights are dim and the car doesn't have the same pick up that it did before I replaced the original battery. The guys at Performance Automotive were able to replace my battery under warranty through Auto Zone, even though the receipt is long gone. I'm happy to say these guys are professional and trustworthy mechanics, and I highly recommend their services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Questionable customer service and disappointed in Jeff's handling. My son is 900 miles away from home doing a summer internship in Eagle. Three days after he arrived he ran over a screwdriver and got a flat tire and needed a new tire. He put the mini spare on and took the car and flat tire to Performance Auto. Jeff the Store Manager was kind enough to help us out of the jam (hence the 3 stars and not 1) by ordering a matching replacement tire for $155 which came in the next day. But when my son went back to have new tire put on, they mounted the tire on rim, billed us $185 then rolled the wheel out into the parking lot and told my son, "here you go." They never offered or asked him if he wanted them to put wheel and tire back on the car. So, we paid $185 and my son 900 miles away calls to tell me that he is in their parking jacking the car up and taking the spare wheel off with a lug wrench himself, instead of Performance Auto doing for a paying customer. Wow. Shocked and Disappointed. Jeff's only response was, "I cant read his mind and he never asked us to put the new wheel/wheel back on for him." Come on man! Really?

I found a screw in my tire. I called and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule. Fortunately there was no damage to the tire, and there was no charge for checking out the tire. These guys are the best.

My parents and I are loyal to Jeff and Caleb at the shop. Caleb keeps the front desk and customer service well organized. Jeff helped to replace all of my break pads and checked my vehicle engine light on my way through Eagle.Thanks guys!

For me I have been going to see these guys for 40+ yrs, first in Vail now here in Eagle. They get the job done right weather its an oil change, alignment, swap differentials, i have never had a problem. Between my wife & I we have 5 vehicles.

My check engine light started flashing on my way to Colorado Springs, and even though they were backed up with work, they took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car, and fixed it - at no cost to me, because it was an easy fix. They were very very kind to me when I was incredibly stressed out.

Fixed my Jeep valve covers. It was at a descent price. However. You need to schedule ahead of time. 1 star off on how long it took to actually get in and have the service completed.

We are from out of town. We needed a quick oil change. Called this place, and was told they couldn't get us in until Thursday when it would be too late. Ridiculous service!!! They should have been kind and helped us out!!!
