We always have a great experience with NOVUS Glass of Eagle and never use anyone else. They're professional, friendly, and have great communication before, during, and after an install or repair. Joe did an excellent job on our latest chip repair. Highly recommend!

Fantastic, professional customer service. Stopped by on a whim after taking a huge rock to my brand-new windshield that Novus had just installed, not thinking for a second they would have time then to help me. They were just as upset as I was about it and got me in and I was out the door in 30 minutes. No reason to ever go anywhere else in my book, customer for life.

Great service and technician. One minor detail is the car door was left ajar and car was not locked when I went out to get into my car several hours later. Thankfully the battery was not dead. Would still highly recommend Novus.

This was my second experience with this company. They are friendly thorough and do great work. They need to develop a system of scheduling appointments. They operate on first come first serve which does not work for anyone who doesn t have a second car to use while the one needing repair must stay at the shop in a cue. You can make an appointment but it is not honored if someone comes in ten minutes before you to drop off their car. Plus the biggest insult is that they send you text reminders of your appointment time and when you walk in the door they say oh we really don t have appointments. Fix this please!

Great staff friendly and efficient. Repair completed in a timely fashion and the little details which were unexpected several transponder stickers were carefully removed from the old windshield and put on the new one. Nice touch

I called Novus at the last minute to get my windshield replaced before I was going out of town. They promptly looked into their inventory and had my windshield. They were able to scheduled me the next morning. Very grateful for their fast and friendly service.Thanks,Rose

Britney and Matt were terrific! In the last several weeks they replaced three windshields for my family, including an enormous piece of glass on our motorhome. They are diligent, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I want to send out a huge Shout Out to Novus Glass and their team. This family-owned business goes above and beyond, I had a windshield that needed replaced but it was one that had to be ordered, Maggie helped me with the ordering and dealt with my insurance company to make sure it would be approved, she called and emailed to set my appointment and did a wonderful follow up to make sure I was taken care of. The technician was so friendly when I dropped it off and installed my windshield, he also followed up with me to make sure I was happy! I highly recommend Novus Glass of Vail.
