Jose was very professional and was able to get my windshield chip repaired quickly. I would recommend using this company again based off the experience I had from booking the appointment to getting the repair done.

After having quite the terrible week so far, I came here for a chip in my windshield that I got coming home from Denver a couple days ago. The guy that fixed up my windshield did a great job and I didn't catch his name but thank you so much for getting my car taken care of today, I appreciate it so very much. I will definitely be sending anybody with windshield issues over your way.

Matt was immediate to respon, since my situation was an emergency. He had my windshield in stock and replaced it within a couple of hours. He also vacuumed all of the glass everywhere in my vehicle. Excellent service.

Fas-Break Auto Glass is going to be our go to place when we need to get our windshield glass on our vehicles replaced! Tanesha was accommodating when I had to change our location for the replacement windshield! She was prompt with providing a quote from the online request and most importantly she stayed on top of the emails that I would send to her! Great communication skills! Jose was the technician that did the installation. He was awesome to work with! Jose has the right mindset in this line of work! He was friendly and very professional! I had a chip ocurre in the cold weather so used some glue and a sticker to prevent further cracks from developing. It was a plastic UV repair glue that I have used in the past. I have done this in multiple times and it has never been an issue. The gentleman who showed up at my house was in an unmarked vehicle in street clothes. No identifiers such as name tag or uniform. He was not very professional and immediately refused to perform the repair. The chip was very small. He told me I should be fine that I had already repaired it . It blew up to a large non repairable crack in two days. The vehicle is equipped with heads up display and other advanced technology. I ended up have to pay $1400 to replace the windshield. I had been very fond of this company and used them many times and never once before this had they been so unprofessional. Not only In the presentation of the employee but his lack of motivation to actually work. He seemed eager to leave and not complete the repair. I called the company and they confirmed that he was on his way home so obviously he was eager to get out of the repair.

Very easy to work with. They answered all of my calls in person, called me when the windshield arrived to schedule an appointment, and fit me into their schedule in less than one week. Fas-Break is our go-to auto glass service here in Eagle for a number of reasons: Matt and his team are local and incredibly responsive. They are on time and have great communication along the way. Matt is knowledgeable and can assist with insurance questions - connecting all of the dots in the process of fixing your damaged windshield. Awesome! I called and Matt was able to meet me outside my home in minimal time. After contacting my insurance company to handle the billing, he quickly and effectively repaired two chips in my windshield -- you can barely see where they were! Matt was courteous and efficient and the entire process took less than an hour. I couldn't be happier or recommend Fas-Break more highly!

Excellent customer service. When I was shopping around for a quote I called Fas-Break. They guy one the phone was very courteous and explained that my insurance may cover most of the cost of the windshield. He immediately contacted someone from my insurance company and it turned out I only had to pay $50 out of pocket, saving me $250! On top of that they were on time and did a great job, haven't had any problems.

Quick service and nice people. But I am giving them only 3 stars because it s clear that none of the staff are aware that there is a pandemic going on... no one was wearing a mask nor gloves, getting in my car and touching inside my car and handling my car keys etc. It made me feel very uncomfortable. They definitely need to practice better healthy and safety measures.

This yahoo not only left a giant pile of broken glass next to my car that he didn t even bother to clean up but also there s tons of glass stuck in the door of my car that now I can t get out because the new window is over it! Every time I open my trunk I hear the glass rattle around inside and there doesn t seem to be any way to get it out. Very very sloppy work, I m very disappointed. If you don t mind dealing with broken glass he s a fine glass technician I guess.
