Had our car if for front end repair, hit a deer.They did a great job. All parts were replaced as per the estimate. Their body crew does awesome work.The front office was very helpful. They negotiated with the insurance company for us.It was very painless.Highly recommend them.

Make sure to inspect your vehicle before and after you drop off your car and pick it back up. My steering wheel cover was damaged, the inside of my car wasn't detailed when I picked it up like I was told it would be (the outside was washed), and they damaged a piece of my side mirror with two holes that weren't damaged in the accident but they were going to leave it damaged until I pointed it out.I also had to take my vehicle back multiple times to be fixed after the initial pickup, being told it was all finished. I pointed out multiple parts of my vehicle that were supposed to be fixed that weren't even touched, so they had to come pick up my vehicle for a full day leaving me without a way to get around and having to stay put at home waiting to get my car back. When I received it back that time it was missing a whole bracket over my tire because something had broken so I was told I would have to wait until something else was ordered to fix that piece as well. They did replace the steering wheel cover that they ruined and fixed the damages in the long run, but pay attention and document everything so you know what was missed or damaged.

When a deer decided to take out the front quarter panel of my jeep I took it to Alpine for repairs. Everyone was professional and courteous. The jeep came back to me better than new. Thank you Alpine

Alpine Collision was the only body shop my insurance works with within many miles. They are veeeery professional, keep to their schedule, are reasonably priced, communicates easily with my insurance and keeps me up to date on all communications through phone with a follow-up email. Very thorough and kind. Easy-peasy.

These folks did great work. We had a super difficult color to match and it is indistinguishable. Wendy also has the patience of a saint dealing with the insurance companies.

Excellent work and better service! My wife and I have been in Summit and Eagle County for 17 years. We have had 3 opportunities to use Alpine Collision. Every time they have communicated to us on the process and really do look out for their clients. My only compliant is they do not have a Summit County location, but they are 100% worth the drive to Eagle. You are making the best possible decision for your family and your vehicle by using Bruno, Wendy and the rest of the crew there.

I've used this place a couple of times, only awesome things to say! This is a review of my most recent experience, today.I purchased a used Subaru recently, and didn't notice until after purchase that the driver door had been probably pried open and bent out (someone broke in??). Car made a terrible wind noise because of it, on I-70.I stopped by the shop today to ask about the possibility of bending the door back and realigning it, I expected a pricey quote and a long wait list.Bruno helped me, right away, I left the shop in less than 10 minutes with the issue RESOLVED and no charge! Way to reach out and help someone in the community, great job.Many thanks, I appreciate you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is horrible. My mom got in a car accident and her car was taken here to get fixed. It took them over 3 months to fix her car. When they stated it was ready it really wasn't. They said it was ready 3 times and neither time was it ready. The paint wasn't dry the first time so she could not take it when they called. The second time the put the protection on wrong as well as a different part than the original. They did not provide a rental due to their mistakes. They never wanted to admit accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do things half assed and do not care about the inconvenience they cause. They were rude!

This business was selected through my insurance and I couldn't be happier!!!! We we're blessed with this group after we hit a deer on the highway. Everyone from the owner down to the office staff and mechanics treated myself and my family (3 kids, 5 cats, and a lovebird) with respect and the kindness you would hope would be extended to your family in ANY situation. They have two locations..... One in Avon and the other in Eagle, Colorado (I used the location in Eagle). Whether you live in Eagle or are just passing through, I would recommend this business be your FIRST call!

After my mirror broke from being hit head on by a mattress that had flown off a truck ahead of me while going 75 on I-70 in the first hour of my three day road trip (true story) this place saved the day and taped it up for me free of charge. They even stayed past closing to help me and had a great attitude. Very thankful for this place!

Horrable experience with this company. Took a vehicle to them for repair following a collision and they did decent a job with cosemetics but never meet the deadline originally given and air conditioning unit come back not working. Called immediately after getting the vehicle back and schedualed to return the vehicle. Then was later informed that they had to call back with another appointment time to fix the vehicle..... a few months later the vehicle finally made it in the shop and the extended deadlines begin again. I wish this repair nightmare was over. Good luck with these guys.

My grandfather gives them a harder time than necessary and this is one of the few shops that doesn't do me wrong as a result. So yeah, I value honesty and if your car is busted this is the place you want to go

I was really impressed with the attention to details. To top it off they did a decent job at cleaning the vehicle after the repairs. Wendy and Chris were a pleasure as well. Highly recommended.

What a great place! I m in the middle of a road trip, short on time, and have been turned away from several places because I didn t have an appointment. I called this place, and they told me to come right in! They really helped me out in a pinch and I couldn t appreciate them more!

What a waste of time. They told me they could take care of alignment and they don't even offer that service. Talked to them three different occasions, and they seem to find it hilarious that they can't document. Not professional in the slightest.

Once again Alpine Collision gave me excellent service!!!I can't say enough good things about Alpine Collision. Wendy, Chris and Bruno were extremely helpful and professional!They always kept me informed about the progress of my repair. When my truck was ready, it looked like a BRAND NEW VEHICLE!
