These guys were great! Needed an oil filler cap for my truck, they had it. When I couldn't get the hood open one of the guys came out and did it for me. My day pretty much was a disaster till I got here. Thanks!!

Such a wonderful store! I needed to replace my window regulator and Tony was super helpful. He helped me determine if I needed a full replacement or just a part. Then when I was replacing it in the parking lot his dad helped me install it. He knew exactly what to do and helped me do it so much faster than I would have just watching youtube. Thank you!

A young man named Dennis from this store went out of his way to help me. He replaced the turn signal bulb on my truck and I was only charged for the bulb. What a great person with a great attitude. Thank you!

Wonderful crew. Went in for vehicle fob batteries. The nice looking guy that helped me was very helpful in having the battery I needed and showed me how to change the battery so that I can do the same to my other fob. Was willing to help price parts for another vehicle.Very happy with this experience. Kai was awesome in helping me and made this experience fantastic.

I recently stopped for some oil and wow Erica is amazing!! She went above and beyond to see how much oil I needed and everything. I was thoroughly impressed. She had great customer service and is very knowledgeable to boot.

I was initially disappointed in the reception that I received from staff. The website notes drive up service with the merchandise being brought to my car.This is important for me since I m handicapped. I made my purchase online. When I arrived to the store, I was told by the evening staff person that I would have to come into the store as they no longerbring the goods out to the customer s car. When it took me awhile to get out of my car, that same staff person came to the door and gestured rudely to me about what was taking so long. Once he and his coworker saw me struggling to walk inside with my walker, he was instantly apologetic.I went into the store to pick up the goods I had bought and both employees helped me to my car, apologized profusely and told me, in the future, to always call into the store, explain that I am handicapped and they will bring the goods purchased online out to the car.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.The inexperienced 18 year old behind the counter was really rude to me as well as made faces at the customer in line before me because she needed to step away to retrieve one item she had forgotten. When I confronted him on being rude he denied this and threatened to call the police I told him please do that because is all he would have to said is I am sorry if it came across rude that was not my intent and all of this could have been avoided. I was a little out of line because I did see the face he made as both myself and the customer before me left because they do have glass windows. Employees need to be aware of this. In the end I ended up leaving without anything because he stated this is all we have so that is it and he could not find what I was looking for, I thought their job is to know car parts correct me if I'm wrong but they are a car parts store right? Please improve your customer service or please let employees know perception is everything in retail. I just want consumers to know that I also leave good reviews when things are great as well, so anyone reading this I will and do give compliments when service is good.

Had just purchased a vehicle and noticed that a brake light was out. I stopped into O'Reillys and Tony was such a help! He got me the right bulbs and changed it for me and was very polite and professional. With his help I was able to make a safe commute home. Thank you Tony!

We had the greatest service one could imagine on the day we stopped by this O'Reilly's. Our truck had a check engine light, and we figured it was the batteries. It was the batteries, but removing them ended up being a ridiculous pain and led to other challenges. The staff here was unbelievably helpful, patient, and got us sorted out. These folks are both kind and skilled, and I can t recommend this shop enough.

The staff here at O'Reilly's are amazingly helpful and do their job very efficiently. Even under the busiest times they take time to make sure they completely answer all your questions.

I had a dreaded HG go out on a 4Runner (3rd Gen) and I paid a local shop to get it fixed. To my dismay, about 2400 miles later in a different state, the HG was blown again (misfires and chortling idle made me get it checked). I feared the worst, having to shell out another 3K, which I paid up front. Tasha and Bobby were great about being clear and setting me expectations about the warranty claim since i couldn't bring my truck back to the shop. This was a big feel bad moment for me as I only have one vehicle, so being out money / work was unnerving. Lo and behold, they fought for me and got me back the full repair cost. I know this isn't going to be relevant to many people, but I do want to say that the people here were more than understanding and pleasant to speak to. Also, they did it and fought for the customer. Thanks!

At The durango store by Walmart I was greeted by Andy who helped me search for parts for my dodge truck. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and humorous. All great qualities in customer service. Thanks for the help and teaching me something new about my truck.

Got my car over there after suddenly not starting one day. They did a free scan and let me leave my car there for the night. Nothing but great customer service. HUGE shout out to Chad, the manager for his help finding the problem AND going out of his way to help install and look at other issues. Nothing but great things to say about this location.

Came in to request a free engine code scan. Waited in line while Stephen was helping another customer. When I finally got to the front to request help, he acted put out and decided to help another customer instead and then two more in line. Visibly two plus employees in store. Horrible location.
