Annette, the parts person in the Jeep service bay, was absolutely wonderful! She kept me informed of the prices for parts and labor and even saved me the cost of a thermostat. I would highly recommend.

Not having the best experiences with other dealerships around gave me a lot of hesitation when going into a dealership to buy a jeep . However it was a awesome experience , Gary Mestas was the sales manager and was transparent with the deal the entire way and allowed for my tire kicking ways and was patient and knowledgeable from point a to b. Chuck Wytias was the sales rep was also extremely knowledge on everything on the lot . Both were easy going , never felt like they were pushing into a deal, but working to get me in the jeep I wanted. Both went above and beyond and are good trustworthy guys. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and honest staff.

Unprofessional and full of excuses. No one will answer the phone or call you back. Twice we have had to drive to the store as you cannot get ahold of them unless you are standing there. Service that was supposed to take two days has now taken two weeks with zero explanation or phone calls. After going to the store we were told it s taking so long because they found more damage . We seriously question this as it was all superficial damage when we brought it in. Seems like an easy excuse rather than telling the truth. If you re so understaffed that you can t answer the phone, then hire more staff. The way you are running this business is unprofessional. 0/10

I won't be going back for service or to buy anything from them, because there's aways some issue when I go there. I'm done with them.Update."I don't have time to argue with you about it" that's the type of sentiment I heard when I called earlier. I've already had the wheels fixed by someone else. I didn't want to leave with more issues or more cost i shouldn't have to pay. Thank you.Update.I went back to their service center today to see if they would fix the issue. I also, spoke with Greg about it; I had experienced one the most condescending attempts to shift blame and him trying to talk in circles. He expected me to bring my car back into their shop and pay them to fix the problem THEY caused. He did say he would refund the original payment for the oil change, however that still doesn't fix my car. Taking a car to them for an oil change is going to end up costing me hundreds of dollars.

Our truck s check engine light came on not too far east of Durango as we were heading in. Because it was a Sunday afternoon, we showed up unannounced first thing this morning. We were heading out of town to Lake Powell, UT, today. So we were hoping to at least find out what the problem was, and maybe get it fixed. The gentlemen at the service desk was professional, and asked us to pull around to just outside the bay door, since we still had our RV trailer hooked up. He checked the code for us, and let us know that it was the fact that we had put in premium fuel in it. He said that s not at all necessary (and not recommended) while driving at this altitude. I asked him what we owed for the diagnosis, and he said, No charge, and shook my hand.I was pleasantly surprised that this gentlemen understood what we saw as an urgent problem, but made us feel at ease, and sent us on our way as satisfied (non-) customers. There still is GREAT service around. Thanks, Morehart Murphy!!!

Last fall we had trouble with our Jeep while vacationing in the mountains and Morehart Murphy was the closest dealer we could find. We stopped at the service dept. with no appointment, and we could see how busy they were. But someone (Service Mgr?) came out, listened while we explained what was going on, and said she couldn't get us in for a few days but could run some quick diagnostic tests to be sure it was safe to keep heading toward home (Michigan). We really appreciated the time and advice and were sorry we didn't have the option of leaving the Jeep there for service.

Great pre-owned car buy experience. Elliot was my sales rep, very responsive. They handled every detail which made for easy smooth transaction. And I love my new car!

I had contacted this dealership about selling my car, and explained that I was physically unable to bring my car in. They very helpfully said that wasn't a problem and they could come get the car, and even quoted a good price for it.Well, the day they said they could come to check it out came and went. I waited another day even, and didn't hear from them. I called up again, and the salesman I spoke with this time was very unhelpful. They said I had to bring it in, and that they were too busy to help me. They seemed most interested in pushing me off the phone.I had heard good things about this dealership. But being told one thing, never getting a follow up, and then being treated poorly doesn't feel good. I just want a dealership that is honest and doesn't play games. Two stars instead of one, because the first guy seemed helpful and the price originally quoted was nice. I just wish I heard back from him.

We bought our 2022 RAM Diesel Crew Cab pickup and have had great service at this dealership. Kudos to Aaron keeping me informed as warranty items and electronic updates are accomplished.

I have a 2020 Ram Mega Cab with 24K miles on it with recalls on the fuel system. I put my name on a "list" over 6 months ago and now I have a check engine light because of the fuel system. I have tried calling them and have left messages but have not heard back. I now have an $80K paperweight in my driveway. A curtsey call back to tell me to get lost would be better than nothing.

I am very pleased with my interactions and service with Morehart Murphy's outstanding team including Gary M., Chuck, Matt H. and Stephen in financing, even the Service Center. My prior vehicle was beyond repair and they did not take advantage of me but directed me to get a better vehicle with no problems!! They took VERY GOOD care of my family and I from service to trade in sale. I felt like they really cared about our needs and were not just trying to make a sale. I received 5 star service for sure! Thanks!! I LOVE my new ride!!

Sean O Neil and Matt Blanchard made my buying experience one of the best I ve ever had. They worked hard to get me an unbeatable price and their customer service was top notch. Once I picked out my vehicle, we signed the papers and were on the road in our new ride in less than an hour. The whole experience was outstanding and I will surely return time after time. Love my new Jeep!

"Won't service anything over 10 years old" - Service department turned me away today for any services on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi. Said they can't service anything older than 10 years. All I needed was an oil change and have the emergency brake looked at. Scheduled service about a month ago, never heard anything until today. A courtesy call would have been nice.

Very disappointed. As a former Chrysler employee and lifelong Chrysler/Dodge owner I was extremely upset that the young man in the service was indifferent to our needs. My husband and I are from Tennessee and are having transmission troubles. He could have sent someone out to do a 5 minute diagnostic but instead told us we could wait and see if he could fit us in with no guarantee. We said we would wait while trying to figure out our options. He didn't take our names or numbers, he was not friendly and had no intention on helping us. This is why people buy Toyota etc. Sad.Update: Per your response, I have no desire to call and discuss. Booked up or not, your service person was unprofessional and unhelpful. We rented a truck and towed our van to Beatrice, Nebraska where the dealership there was booked and yet more than helpful. Their transmission guy was on vacation but they offered us a free diagnostic and then a referral to a reputable transmission place who got us right in. It would have been so easy for your service department to have done that for us and it would have saved us the money, time and aggravation of towing it. I think your team could learn a lot from them.

I took my vehicle in for warranty service, and the process went fairly smooth to begin with. However, upon my vehicle being returned to me I noted that some parts had not been placed back on the vehicle. Assuming a simple human error by the tech, I contacted the service department and asked when I could pick them up. Service department personnel were rude and accusatory in correcting a simple mistake on their end. On follow-up survey from Jeep, I provided honest remarks as to the situation and what had occurred. Several days later I was prompted to complete a second survey. Among other questions on the second survey it asked if I had been contacted by the dealership to discuss my concerns. I marked that I had not, and thus did not change any of my remarks on the survey. Shortly after my vehicle developed issues relating to the warranty work the dealership had performed and upon contacting them to attempt to schedule to have it checked I was told they would no longer service my vehicle due to the poor surveys I had left. Rather than attempt to correct their mistake, they chose to refuse service to avoid future poor reviews. This leads me to believe that they are incapable of providing any better service than what I received the first time. Jeep corporate, on the other hand, was quick to help me out and help me to resolve the issue with the assistance of another dealership. The other dealership was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I cannot speak as to the sales staff, or any other department at the dealership, but the service department uses highly unethical business practices and should be avoided at all costs.

We're traveling from Oregon through Durango when our engine light came on. We called & We're told to come right in for a computer check. Annette did the check & set us up for a repair appointment. Annette & Eric where so friendly & helpful & they had us back on the road. We were given the best service one could ask for

Brought my 2019 RAM 1500 to the body shop to fix an 8 inch crease in a door. Took them 3 weeks for the repair! If it takes them so long to get in parts, they should wait until they get the parts before they take in the vehicle. Unfortunately the only ones who can recognize what parts are needed are those doing the work; those in the office are apparently incompetent to do estimates.Since there were 2 recalls on the truck and the service department is just across the street, I thought it would be a convenient time to also have the recall work done. I asked both the body shop and Antoinette in Service to coordinate to get this done. One would think 3 weeks would be enough time to make this happen, but no, they couldn't be bothered to do a simple service for a customer. When Jim Martin ran the body shop by himself, one could always expect efficient service. Now the 3 or 4 people there apparently don't give a damn about the customer. This was my second of two bad experiences involving Antoinette in Service. Because of her incompetence I now have to go Farmington to take care of the recalls. Jim Morehart has to start paying attention to what's happened to his business.Note: The people I dealt with in both the body shop and the service department are women. I wholeheartedly applaud Morehart for employing women in normally male-dominated positions, but gender is no excuse for incompetence and poor service.

These guys have been giving us a run around like none other. It's taken them 3 weeks to even tell us our pickup needs a new engine. The pickup is under warranty and it's been an absolute nightmare to get this fixed. Not to mention they tell us it's going to be at least another month or two. Mind you we broke down in Durango on a trip so we were forced to tow it here because that's the only dealer close. It's been a terrible experience.

They always provide great service for routine maintenance. Also they do their best to get you in and help. Took my car in unexpectedly the other day and they were able to get me in and fix the issue in just 30 minutes. The staff is always very helpful.

On Monday, May 2, 2016 I called your dealership to request a Recall repair (airbag) on my Dodge 2006 2500 truck and air conditioner repair. I spoke to Pat who scheduled me for Thursday, May 5, 2006, at 9 am.I also informed Pat that I would be waiting as this is our only vehicle. I was very surprised when I arrived at 0850 am that I was not on the schedule and the service representative said they would fit me in(invoice#388511). After 2 hours of waiting, at 11am, my truck was finally taken into the garage. I found out at 1200 noon that they did not know what the problem was and they were going to lunch. It was not until 1:50 PM that I finally found out that the problem with the air conditioner was a bad compressor. This would not have been so bad had they written down my appointment and kept it.At 3:50 I was presented with the bill and in the end I was there for 7 hours due someones failure to write down my appointment. On a good note Arron Reinland, service advisor, was extremely apologetic and did what he was authorized to do.It is with a sad feeling that I have to write a bad review as I have had good work done at your dealership. Overall I am extremely disappointed that I had to sit at your dealership for seven (7) long hours.James Hughes

Very good service and quality team. I was having some issues with a major repair that led to further problems with my vehicle. Arron and his team were very kind and professional to stand behind their work and resolve the issues for me without any headache. Also the shuttle driver is very nice. Thanks Morehart!

Oil change and check up. The service manager was great. Took the time to let me know about a warranty fix that I need to accomplish. I cant use them now that I have moved. The only complaint was the timing. It was a long wait for the service and not a real comfortable waiting room in the afternoon. Other than that - good to go.

About 10 days ago our vacation got just about ruined, oil pump on my truck had an issue. Got it in the service and got lucky. Annette took over, coordinated parts arrival, rental car, dealt with my warranty company and long story short, all was done on time. Professional and corties,, she is surely great asset to any organization! I hope I don't have another brake down with my truck or car, if I do, I hope it is in Durango. Thank you!! Annette

I travel the US full-time and have had my truck serviced with many different dealers around the country, as such I ve come to develop quite low expectations when I visit a new dealer service department. I just wanted to share that my experience with Morehart Murphy in Durango was by far the best I ve ever had. The service advisor and technician went well above and beyond my expectations, making their best effort and even staying late to help restore my custom programming after having flashed the computer for recall work, this was not their responsibility but it was very much appreciated. Also, the front driveshaft of the RAM 2500 has a grease fitting buried deep inside a double cardan joint, it s hard to get to and most dealers do not even know about it, I always ask them to lube it and they usually tell me it doesn t exist, they can t, or they have repeatedly lied and told me they did when it s clearly still buried in dirt, in this case the tech had a problem getting grease into the fitting because it was dirty and corroded so he specifically took me back and showed me the problem when he could have easily just told me it was done and I would have believed him because it was cleaned and covered in grease. Just wanted to share my experience and say thanks for the great service.

This is kind of a long review......in a nutshell, Janet (Service Manager) is awesome and and obviously knows the value of providing excellent customer service!!! We are from the SLC, Utah area and we were on a great camping trip at Mesa Verde NP until we woke up one morning to a flat battery in my 2017 Subaru Outback Limited. We got a jump, but then the rear hatch wouldn t close properly and was beeping all day even though it was closed (and we could not get it open to access our gear) the control panel was eliminated all the next night saying rear hatch open, so the battery went flat again. After trying everything in the manual to no avail we headed to the closest dealer in Durango. Janet, the Service Manager greeted us right away and although we could see she was very busy on this Friday, she immediately told us she would get us in and take a look. We went out to the car to get some things and the hatch opened right up, most likely the long drive had properly charged the battery, but we were not happy and Janet insisted on running diagnostics to make sure we didn t have any more problems. She arranged for a shuttle into town and we did some sightseeing for few hours until the car was ready. Bottom line it was kind of a mystery as to what happened and I am very unhappy with Subaru in what appears to be poor engineering design for auto rear hatch issues, but Janet provided some of the best customer service ever, especially in this day and age!! Thank you Janet and the staff at Morehart Murphy Subaru for helping us salvage our trip! Mesa Verde is awesome!

Chuck is an awesome salesperson. We had to travel from TX to pick up a dually and he was very accommodating to make the process seamless. Highly recommend this dealership and if you are looking for a Ram ask for Chuck he will get you taken care of for sure!!!

From Dean's initial contact, to John's friendly, no pressure, knowledgeable sales help, to Stephen's candid and efficient F&I presentation, this was truly a five star dealership. I walked in after wasting 2 hours at the competitor across the street accomplishing nothing; I drove out in a new-to-me truck that fit my budget and needs to a T. It is VERY difficult go get this level of service in the Four Corners; this native New Yorker highly recommends you go to Morehart Murphy if you want to cut the BS and just do some business!
