Called the service department for the replacement of a compressor that was under warranty. Had to wait six weeks for an appointment. When I got in, I explain to them the situation, that the compressor was under warranty and had been installed by a Ford dealer so it should ve been under complete warranty with no charge whatsoever to change it out. Instead they gave me an estimate of $3400, adding on unnecessary labor and parts. I took it to another Ford dealer and they completed the repair for free as it was warranted by Ford and Napa.

This Ford Service department is very essential to travelers like us. From customer service to service technicians. Walk in is very convenient. Keep up the good work.

Place wrenched my oil filter on so hard it took about 4 hours to get it off with extremely desperate measures. Also didn't bother to reset my oil life meter (which you can do from the steering wheel). I emailed them to double check if they actually changed the oil, it appeared they had, but in any case they never got back to me.

Laziest and least knowledgeable mechanics in town. Don't go here.
