I went here on 2-26-2024 because I was driving my car and I heard a something hit underneath my car, then my wheel started to wobbling. Like I said I went to big I to have it looked at. Well come to find out I lost a weight on one of my tires. So they new this. All they had to do is put the weight on that tire and balance that one tire. But that wasn't good enough for them. They did a alignment and balance all my tires for no reason. Even after he told me it was a weight.. The boy who fixed my car was saying some rude comments. I didn't appreciate that. Don't go here. They will charge u more then they need to.. The front desk guys are not very nice either. They act like they hate there jobs.. JUST DON'T GO HERE...

Stopped here on a cross country trip when I had a piece of metal in my tire, they didn t have the exact tire I would have needed but helped to remove the debris and patch the hole. After leak checking it they wouldn t even charge me, I ve had several great experiences with Big-O in Colorado that saved 2 cross country trips. 5 stars for sure, thanks guys

Friendly and professional. I called before showing up and spoke with Windsor. I didn t know the tire size, but told him the make and model to check inventory. When I arrived even before I got out of my car Windsor was there confirming the size and greeting me.

Took my 4 runner there to see if I needed breaks for some intermittent squealing. The guys were honest and informed me I didn t need breaks but offered some solution for the problem- no charge! As a young woman with no vehicle knowledge I am constantly ripped off by companies doing things that aren t needed. Appreciate the honesty and the guidance guys, you are all wonderful.

Wife and I were meeting our children in Durango. Our daughters were traveling together and had a blowout south of Durango and them 20 miles later, the doughnut gave up, leaving them stranded. We had to pick them up late at night and figure out our plan. Big O fixed the blown tire quickly Saturday morning, so we were able to fix the flat and drive the car back into town and get the other three replaced. Good prices and impeccable service. Windsor was phenomenal and I recommend Big O in Durango with confidence.

Highly recommend Big O! My truck wasn't driving right, and they got me in quickly to diagnose. They even walked me to the garage to show me the problems on my truck, and took the time to explain the possible contributing factors and how the damaged (and missing) parts function. The needed repair was completed ahead of anticipated schedule and now it drives like a completely different vehicle: much safer. When the dust shield acted up upon pickup, I returned and they fixed it within 20 minutes. The staff are professional, patient, and highly customer/service oriented. Big O Durango is now my preferred mechanic for tires and drivability repairs!

Win and his team are excellent. Over the last year they have helped me select winter tires that allowed me to safely get to work in the snow at all hours. They took special care to replace a blown out tire mid winter and seamlessly swapped my tires this spring. I trust the local Durango Big-O team and recommend them highly.

I had made arrangements to have my winter tires installed ahead of time. However, I showed up a few hours earlier that my appointed time. They told me it would take around an hour and fifteen. Twenty minutes later the came over to me in the waiting area and said my truck was ready to go.I was pleasantly surprised.It was a seamless experience. I highly recommend Big O for all your tire needs.

Shout out to Jamont. His customer service was excellent. He helped me with my TPMS giving false readings. Topped off my tires before heading back on the road for an 8 hour drive. Big thanks to Big O' Tires

Having not properly tightened the lug nuts after changing my tire, I snapped 3 lugs on a trip from Phoenix to boulder. Luckily I was 2 miles from big o and got in just before closing, they let me keep my truck there overnight so it could be prioritized in the am, as we were on a tight schedule. The next morning they had us ready to go before lunch and the prices were very reasonable. The customer service was exceptional

I can t say enough about the awesome team and service at Big O Tires. My husband had a flat and was able to make it in- during terrible road conditions. Instead of head aches and waits and being over charged- the crew here made the whole process easy and put our minds to rest. The guys at Big O did my family a solid- and they have customers for life because of it. Great local business. Thanks again guys! Merry Christmas! Bring your vehicles to these guys!

Big O Tires in Durango, CO., is the best tire shop I have ever used. The guys there are always very nice, helpful and do a great job. I ve brought every one of my person and work vehicles to them for the past 10 years and couldn t be happier with my experiences there!

Quick and professional service. New tires installed in 45 minutes from time I walked in the door on a Friday morning.Scheduled rotor inspection for following Monday. The service was excellent and they didn t try to sell me a bunch of extras! Durango, CO store is the best.

Service was great and they honored rebalancing my tires at no charge - as the previous visit at a different location did not get the balancing set properly. I was on a cross country road trip with a bad imbalance. The guys at the Durango, CO location did an excellent job balancing, and the remaining 800 miles of road ahead of me was smooth. Thanks guys!

I always have a great experience at Big O here in Durango since I ve been both purchasing tires and getting tire service for the past several years. The owners have always treated me well, with very prompt turnaround time. The blizzaks I purchased last year are by far the best winter tires I have ever owned. Absolutely no complaints all the way around.

I got a new car that came with fairly new tires but they were not purchased at Big O. The guys saw that my other cars tires were purchased at Big O and they repaired my new cars tire for no charge. That's how you keep return customers! Thanks so much for the great service.

Big O Tire in Durango CO is the best tire shop I ve experienced. Kind and knowledgeable employees and quick turn around. Had 2 new front tires put on. Took about an hour. Very Satisfied!!

Every time I go in there too big oh they are always quick to serve and they always have my stuff ready. Even when I had my tires replaced it was quick. Because I live out an oil field road I get a lot of flats and they are always very helpful to fix them yeah

I went to the Big O store in Durango CO with a low tire indicator light on. They fit me into their busy schedule that day and had my tire fixed the same day. All free of charge because I purchased the tires there last year. Big O is my favorite tire shop in Durango.

I had Big O tires fix a slow leak in a tire. They did so in 2 hours and did not charge me. Great business and great people there. I highly recommend them!!
