Basin Co-op has been great to work with so far because of the people they hire. Richard and Mike have both been exceptional, going out of their way to get us situated before winter hits even after moving into our home just a couple weeks back. Everyone I've talked with over the phone has been most helpful too. I'm glad we have the opportunity to use Basin Coop for propane.

This feed and dry goods store is one of the oldest in the area. They have a nice storefront that sells everything from horsemanship items to clothing and even some food stuff. They are also the only working feedmill that I know of in the area. This means that they can do some custom orders for specific livestock feed. This is not the sort of cutesy Home & Ranch store that you get at Tractor Supply. So if you're a hyperventilating nuevuex "hobby" farmer this probably isn't your spot. However if your seriously interested in raising show pigs or even keeping chickens in the backyard this is the store for you.

Went in to get some grass for my lawn and was sold LowGrow mix. I noticed a lot of clumpy light green grass through out the yard after germination. I got on line and found out the LowGrow mix it for fence lines and low maintance areas. Now is get to work harder on then lawn this summer.

I've used them for over ten years and have to give them two stars becuase everyone else gets a lower rating. I've been trying to get them to set up service at a different location and so far, I've had to call them at least six times, have been told at least three times that they would show up that day and three different days they didn't show up after I was told they would. At the other location, delivery has been unpredictable and if you are not "on route" they charge an extra fifty cents a gallon.

I purchased and paid for three items last weekend, one of which was a 50 foot length package of poultry fencing. When I got home and unwrapped it and hung it on my garden fence posts I discovered it was NOT 50 feet long but 25 feet long. It came without any wrap or label so I had no way of knowing until I put it up and no wonder the mistake was made in the first place.. I called this morning to explain my situation and was told by the man working in the "yard" to come by and he would make it right. When I went to the yard the man I spoke with was not there and the man that WAS refused to honor the promise that was made to me. So, I drove over to talk to the cashier and she called the yard and explained again what I needed so I drove BACK over to the yard and was told I had to talk to Kevin. Kevin was waiting on someone else so I waited in his office door (yes he saw me). Another customer walked past me and sat at the chair in front of Kevin's desk. When Kevin was finished with the first customer he waited on the man that pushed past me even though I spoke up about it and pointed out I was here first. He dismissed me completely. When I sat down and explained to him what happened he actually asked me if I brought back the roll of fencing! No, I explained that I had already hung it and that it had not been labeled (otherwise how the heck would I know it was not 50 feet long? DUH!). He rolled his eyes and obviously he did not believe me and he said that he was not going to come out to my house to measure. I said "look, I am NOT a liar and I am not going to sit here and lie to you about 25 feet of chicken wire!" I told him I'd happily take a photo to prove it which he declined. I left with a damaged 25 foot roll of wire because it was the last 25 foot roll they had. I drove back over to the cashier and told her about my experience with Kevin (horrible!). To her credit SHE was nice and apologetic and helpful and patiently listened to me. Kevin was an absolute JERK.

More of a Farm/Big truck place. Dirty old shop and old building (could use a face lift). The person at the desk kept saying on the phone that they were so busy, but I was the only customer waiting and only car out there.I bought 4 tires and they changed them on my Volvo very quickly. They worked great. I even came back a few times to get free a free rotation and rebalanced one tire that the weights must have come off of.The could use a nicer waiting area....maybe a TV, but it is a COOP and I knew what I was expectingThanks for your work

I am paying them exorbitant rates to have the propane drain out of my tank at $700/mo. They hang up on me. They take forever to send help. They charge me ridiculous fees. I am done.
