Amazing customer service. My car had trouble starting and I went in to talk to Rigo. He went out of his way to test and install a new battery. My bmw makes it tricky to access and remove that battery and he had no trouble helping me and teaching me. Amazing guy and a great store!

Durango staff are amazing, always friendly and helpful. I am in frequently and due to work it's usually right before close and even tho I'm sure they're ready to go home they always take care of me with a smile and they never rush me. Appreciate you guys and girls. Its also a bonus that they play good music.

Rigoberto was such a huge help. I went in not knowing exactly what to do when my daughters car wouldn't start. He took the time to explain and even show me how to jump a vehicle. I cannot say thank you enough! The whole crew was so kind and understanding!! Huge kudos!!!

After a few years of being misinformed by employees at another parts store, I really appreciated this store owner Gina's knowledge in solar batteries.She directed me to some awesome Duralast Platinum AGM RV batteries which are now working fantastic for my solar.Thanks Gina,Keep up the awesome work!

This place has what you need to get any small or major job done. Autozone is a do it yourself mecca. It's a great place to ask questions and get the parts you need. They also can diagnose your check engine light.

Zach saved us tonight. We called the store in a panic from several hours away and he helped us figure out what we needed so that our friend who was meeting us could pick up the tool for us. He s very knowledgeable and kind. Our weekend would have been so much more of a nightmare without his patience.

Gina and Zack saved us from being stranded from a dead alternator by diagnosing the problem, expediting the order of a replacement, and referring us to a dealer that could install it over the weekend. I make it a practice to never leave reviews unless they're positive. However, this is my hometown Autozone, and I have consistently received the worst service here. I tried it again a few minutes ago. There was one person behind the counter assisting someone. I was in line with one other person in line in front of me. After we were virtually ignored for 10 minutes, the person in front of me left the store. I assume either due to the wait, or perhaps the impatient manner in which the employee was treating the customer that was currently at the counter. I left a minute later due to the latter. I see a lot of great reviews here. It appears the customer service is splotchy at best. Won't waste my time again.

This Autozone is AMAZING! We came there with battery issues; they tested the battery and got us a new one installed right away. They helped us determine that one of the connectors was bad and immediately found the right part to replace it. We were in and out of there in under an hour, and it was plenty busy. This is the first place I would go in Durango if I had car trouble. Zac M. was beyond helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Give this man a raise!

Ashley Tilly at the durango Colorado store I m at took my phone call at 8:55. I called O Reillys both O Reillys and nobody answered so I called Arizona and she answered the phone she pulled apart. I need it and have it ready for me and waited an extra minute or two for me to get there and and get the part so she was awesome customer service and she should be recognized for this. Thank you for everything.

Coming from a former employee I ll be honest, the company doesn t care about anybody and me being the ASSISTANT MANAGER!!! I thought my opinion would matter, they treat their employees like slaves with little or no compensation. I was promised stuff over and over and as an employee .. we never got anything. They are suppose to be competitive with wages with other businesses, their is an employee who was getting paid $13 an hour for 4 years. New hires were starting out at $15 and hour before I left ! He is a manager for crying out loud!!! I suggest people from the top actually do some research and find out how things are done at that store .. I m not surprised at how things have declined since my departure. I am Benji, the guy with all the amazing reviews!!!!!

Stopped in this week to get a read on the check engine light.The place was slamming busy and the staff seemed a little green. But the managers were top notch.One of the managers, I believe her name is Gabriel helped a newer staff member through the processes of helping me during a chaotic rush in a way that not only trained the new guy but let the rest of the crew know she was available to assist them as well.I was totally taken care of, the new guy learned something, and other customers were still taken helped.

I bought a car battery then realized that my car engine seized which wasn t a battery issue. I brought the battery back the next day and they refunded me. The folks that work here are friendly and easy to work with.

Benji was an amazing help, me and my friends were on a huge road trip and car had a bunch of errors pop up and we went to several auto shops for help and couldn t get any. Benji was the absolute best, helped us out so much and we got the right fuse fixed. Overall no complaints, he was insanely nice too and he went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road.

Usually a great place and helpful staff. Recently went in and staff was upset I was hugging my SO in the store while we were looking at products. One gal who works there came up and got WAY too close and whispered in my ear that "the boys were watching me from the back and to keep it public appropriate". They then proceeded to glare at us the entire time we were in the store. It was very unprofessional and made both of us uncomfortable. We will not go back.

Woman in management was extremely rude after making me come back to their store for their mistakes four times...Fuel cost for their mistakes exceeded the cost of part four times over. found many friends that refuse to go in there, as well as long term employees that quit because of her promotion...Never using Autozone again! Don't deserve a single star!

We were visiting Durango on vacation and our battery died...AutoZone had the best price!...The most friendly staff and Ethan P. Was so helpful with information and switched out the battery so quick that we didn't miss a minute of our vacation!! Thanks AutoZone

I wish I knew the young man's name that helped me. He was very courteous, went out if his way to be helpful. A stellar example of customer service. He should have a raise. They were busy and neither young man working showed any sign of being stressed. Friendly kind and store was clean and organized. Thank you !

Bought a cv axle got charged 50 bucks for ot having my old one or a core . They said I could bring it back after putting the part on and they would refund me 40 dollars. Went back and they told me I got ripped off and they can't give me I refund for something that they don't do. Basically told me there is no core charge or refund. Won't see my business and recommend others don't put themselves in the same situation. I paid 200 dollars for something that should have been 50 dollars less.

Let me just share a little about the peeps at Auto Zone. The store manager Geana is a woman with a heart of gold. She approaches you with the upmost respect and customer service you can get. I live in New Mexico and I'd rather drive up the 45 minutes to Durnago to get what I need for my car. Every single employee is super nice and willing to help you with your car needs. Very clean and organized as well. Easy to shop and able to find what you're looking for! Great store, super awesome Store manager with an outstanding team to help out! Best customer service I've received from any Auto Zone anywhere in my area!Thank you Geana and your wonderful employees for helping this single momma out

I went in because my service engine soon light came on and I wasn t sure what to do. From the moment I walked in Frank immediately greeted me with kindness and enthusiasm and was so helpful in helping me get more answers! He answered all the questions I had, printed out what the reading said, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable! Thank you Frank, you are a super star!

My battery died so I came here to have it tested. Jade was my helper and she tested my battery and it ended being bad. I got a new battery and since I didn't have the proper tools, Jade did and she did the battery change for me. Jade was such a great help and was very nice and professional. Will be back to this location.
