This is a company that hires people who genuinely care about you and your business. They go above and beyond to ensure everything you need is taken care of and it is done cheerfully and thoroughly. After a long day of dealing with companies that send you from robot to robot, it is refreshing to find such a professional service with a personal touch to it. The state of their units are excellent. The prices are fair. If you need to reach them but call after hours, they get back to you in a timely manner. One employee in particular named Anastasia was very accommodating, patient, professional and friendly. She took the time to answer my questions and explained how the process worked as she walked me through it. Thank you Mountain Mini Storage!

Mountain Mini Storage was a great company to work with. I had a unit with them for four years. During that time, I easily switched to a larger unit and lived overseas. They were always very helpful and there was never an issue while I was abroad.

Very impressed with the staff and the facilities. Friendly knowledgeable!. Most storage units are dusty and disgusting they actually take time to maintain these locations. highly recommended

Unbelievably bad service. Said will call you back ASAP, four days later no call, spammed cell I borrowed with text messages and all the time had nothing available - could have put that one one of their messages - felt like I was catering to them.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The units are always clean and you can tell they care about doing a good job.

Don t expect to get your deposit back if you leave the unit in great condition and don t give a 30 day notice. This place is a joke.
