Such a friendly and helpful staff. Dropped off my car for some body work and came back to a beautiful brand new car, just like the day I first got her from the dealership!! They always answer their phone. If they don t have an answer for you in regard to a specific question, they will actually call back and get back to you once they do.My cars interior wasn t the cleanest before dropping her off so imagine my surprise when i came back to a spotless vehicle, inside and out.Cant rave enough about them!!Thank you for doing such a great job on my car and taking such good care of her. (:

I highly recommend Werkheiser Collision to anyone looking for auto accident damage to hail storm repairs. Their customer service is second to none. They facilitated dealing with the insurance company on our behalf and constantly keeping us informed. Keith's goal was to get our vehicles good as new. The body shop repairs are outstanding, exceeding our expectations for my vehicle and my husband's vehicle that was hit by a hail storm. Thank you for a Job Well Done!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Werkheiser Collision, and I am extremely impressed with their service. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the repairs were flawless. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Last may my 2020 f250 got absolutely smoked by hail. I figured it was totaled. I loved my truck and didn t want to replace it so I researched the best body shops around and this shop came up. I have had many bad experiences with other shops. Werkheiser did take a very long time to complete the job but it was done well and with oem parts not Chinese garbage that most shops use. Their communication was lacking a little but in the end the truck turned out great. There were a few issues after the repair that were taken care of with no questions.if you want your car fixed fast this may not be the shop for you but it will be done well and they will stand behind their work. I won t go anywhere else.

They explained everything clearly & were proactive about passing any savings they got along to me. When's the last time you had a company call you to LOWER the quoted price because they got it for less? It happened at least twice on this repair! You've earned a customer for life. My 2014 Corolla looks like new!!

Keith, Paul and the Werkheiser team are amazing! They really do look out for their customers and will not bs you. They fought so hard with my insurance to get the funds I deserved. This is the spot to take your vehicle. My vehicle looks better than before thanks to their hard work.

I had a great experience with Werkheisher Collision. Keith was extremely knowledgeable and professional in providing the estimates and reviewing the condition of my vehicle. I called many places prior to Werkheiser they were the top notch choice. Hands down I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their vehicle.

An uninsured driver hit me and my insurance refused to cover it, so I came to Werkheiser to get an estimate for legal purposes. I did not end up getting any work done on my car but Chris Haynes was happy to provide me with an estimate and give advice on what to do with my car given my situation. Thank you!

So, I'm usually the one to point out the bad ones. In this case I feel like I should mention one of the good ones. Long story short I visited three collision centers. One of which is very well known. We won't talk about that. What I will say is Workheiser made the whole process effortless. I made a call expecting to be placed on some list. To my surprise, and happy to do so told me come on down as he'd get right on it. 30 minutes later I had an estimate and a set date to bring the vehicle in for repair. In fact it was so easy I questioned the work that would be done. Today I picked up the vehicle and WOW, they did everything they said they would. The work performed is beyond my expectations and to top it off had my vehicle detailed. In my book that's going the extra mile and deserve a little something in return for all of the above. You guys nailed it and you have all of my business moving forward. Thanks for the amazing job and reminding me there are still some good ones out.

My front driver side got backed into, they took the car in and made her brand new. Paint matches, everything looks great and works great! Definitely recommend!

Didn t actually get my car fixed here, but I did run in to use the restroom and let me say .never have I ever been in such an immaculate bathroom in a body shop. Keith has really outdone himself! Whenever I do need to get my worked on I will absolutely be coming here, just to be able to use the restrooms again. 10/10 recommend.

Keith and his crew directly tried to scam all the insurance companies using us the customers as collateral damage. They destroy your car tear it apart from the inside, where there was no damage before causing so much damage that the insurance is forced to do a total they do this, in the chance of winning and then they get a big check from fixing your car, but worst-case scenario you lose your car, and they win the money that the insurance have to pay them Estimate on the car and pulling it apart labor they should be a shame of themselves. I would give them lower stars if I could do not bring your car here.

These guys know what they are doing. Take great care of you. Anytime I would go in they would stop and answer any questions and show the progress of my car. Love the detail they put into it.

Without a doubt if you ever need repairs done this is the place to bring your vehicle. Keith is so knowledgeable and professional to work with. He kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. When offering the estimate he ensured quality OEM parts would be used and made sure to include costs that were overlooked by the insurance shops estimate. He is very thorough. My car was determined totaled so I did not get repairs through him. However, if I ever need to have a vehicle repaired in the future this is the only place I would go.

Keith and ALL (especially Raul!) of Werkheiser is absolutely incredible and I could never recommend them enough. Keith got me in quickly to fix an issue that not many shops had knowledge about. Super personable, fair, honest, and efficient. Absolutely brilliant.

Had my truck towed here and they kept it in storage under a roof in this hail season- as it hasn't been declared totaled yet. Liked that. Kieth here is a busy man but he took the time to help me with an issue on my truck without asking for payment or my having promised anything in return. That's good people. Their shop looks nice too. Highly recommend.

I have to admit I was scared about taking my car to a small shop. Everyone at Werkheiser has been amazing. My car was totaled and they were helpful thru the entire process. They took the time to show me why my car was a total loss and should not be repaired. I appreciate Werkheiser how they helped me thru this stressful situation. If I ever need a body shop again, Werkeiser will be the place I go.

Werkheiser collision fixed my car after it was practically totaled! They made sure my car was as good as knew and kept in touch with me the entire time. They are very friendly and do a great job fixing cars! I would recommend going here if you need repairs. Keith is awesome!

The guys at Werkheiser Collision are absolutely awesome! I believe I spoke with Paul on the phone first to explain my situation and he was so helpful!! I was able to get my car towed by a vendor they work with and was told there was a chance the shop couldn t get to my car for a while depending on insurance.Keith was my point of contact once my car was in their hands and he was able to get my car repaired within just a couple days!! Seriously! I went from preparing to be without a car for a while to being back on the road again within a few days. Amazing!Super fair prices and fast work! Keith and his crew are amazing! If I ever need auto body repairs of any kind, I ll go back to Werkheiser, no hesitation.Go to Werkheiser Collision!! Super nice humans. Fixed car so it works till parts come in. Totally took call immediately, saw me the second I pulled up, called a contact about a part and then went above and beyond to help till the part comes in. SUPER GRATEFUL. Definitely coming back. Definitely recommend to others. :) ******

Excellent service. My truck got sideswiped by a city bus and this place was very responsive with me, punctual, the work looks like it never happened, and my truck runs great. They also worked well with my insurance. Good service is hard to find these days but you ll get it here. Thank you Keith and the Werkheiser Team!

Had my truck towed here after figuring out someone had drilled a hole in my gas tank. Communication was extremely thorough and we decided to just plug the hole. Keith was great and didn t charge as it wasn t really a permanent solution. Seriously, best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic.
