Don t do oil change in this center. I did twice. First time, leaked completely overnight. Second time, leaked slowly. But they said they can t detect any leaking. Never come back again.

Worst walmart I've ever been to. Tried to buy ammo the other day. Pressed the assistance button 4 times, talked to 3 employees, and it took 40 minutes before anyone would help me. Turns out the guy with the key was right there in the tire center the whole time, within ear shoot. Guess I was beneath him. Also called for tires twice, it rang and rang, and when someone finally picked up they just hung up in face both times. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

I did have to wait a few minutes, but every employee was working so that was no problem. Everyone was hustling and my cashier was sweet and friendly. We will absolutely be back. Big thumbs up!

Hey this store as a whole needs to learn how to answer a phone. Had my tire installation "delayed" whatever that means. Found out two hours before my appointment. Tried to contact the store, had someone in the Auto Care Center answer and then place me on hold, but they didn't do it right so the phone was just sitting off the hook next to the register. I sat there listening to associates running the register and talking to customers for a while before I realized they had no idea I was waiting to speak to them. Tried calling back several times and no answer (probably because the phone was sitting there off the hook). Tried calling the store operator, HR department, etc. and nobody answered. If you have a delay that impacts a scheduled appointment for hundreds of dollars worth of product and service work, you need to speak with a customer DIRECTLY to either reschedule or cancel the order/install. Marking their order as "Delayed" online is not sufficient.

I had a terrible experience at the auto shop today. The front desk attendant was extremely rude and aggressive. Despite having a warranty, it took the tire technician almost two hours to replace a tire. They showed no sense of urgency or concern for customer service. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand and should have gone to a different shop. I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Made an appointment for a basic oil change. Showed up on time and was ignored, finally got a hold of someone to be dismissed stating that it would be a 2 hour wait despite my efforts I'm reserving a time. It's a free for all here.

Never again!! Wow, got an oil change and they never put my oil cap back on my motor! I would NOT!! Recommend this place. Bunch of little kids working and all over the place.

Ordered a oil change and tire rotation. Went in to pick up my vehicle. Only the oil change was done. This is yhe third time. Management gives lame excuses for why it wasn't done. 6 month old tires from Walmart.

I had an absolutely horrifying experience today with the Walmart Auto Care Center on Hampden. I scheduled an appointment for 7 a.m. to have a tire replaced due to road hazards (with coverage that I had purchased). The tire was irreparable after hitting a pothole. I followed every step required to seamlessly switch this out under my coverage, but was greeted by a belligerent, dangerous, and reckless technician named Kenan. When I saw that they refused to honor their contractual obligation, I requested to speak to a manager. He at first said he was the manager and then acquiesced to have a coach - Esperanza handle the remainder of the interaction. She read the policy with me, agreed that it would be clearly covered, but said I stand behind my professionals and will do whatever they recommend. She stated that every Walmart is in competition with each other and that she would not honor the road hazard warranty because she didn t want to process the loss. I was threatened and chased out of the store. They called the police who then followed me all the way to a Walmart 30 minutes away. Without question or background, the other location immediately identified that this would be covered and began the process to get me on my way. Unfortunately, the tire that I had ordered ahead was still at the first location on Hampden. I had to return with a police escort to the threatening, belligerent experience I had previously endured to repurchase this tire, drive it back to the other location, and have it installed. The police on site stated that these associates had had three other calls to the police just that morning for the threatening service and experience they delivered to customers.I spent 3 hours driving back and forth on a broken tire to receive a resolution that should have taken no more than 15 minutes. I now fear that these individuals will pull my personal data (name, home address, phone number, license plate, vehicle VIN) and harass me at my home. I have had to request police protection at my home. I also fear that these individuals afore named will harm their associates and other customers.This is the first time in my life that I ve ever been placed in a position to require police protection from workers in a store. I m in shock and have not received any resolution as to their placement with customers and the truly dangerous position this will put others around them. I urge you- if you re reading this- that there is no savings worth the experience I confronted today. Save yourself the anguish and fear by choosing literally any other business to provide these services.

This Walmart has the best auto center I have ever been to! Their manager was extremely accommodating and gave me a great deal on tires. The whole team had a great culture despite being short-staffed. If you don't mind waiting, this is absolutely the best place for tires for the price and customer service! Just go in person rather than call to make an appointment if you don't get through on the phone. Thanks y'all!Service: Auto tire replacement

Went in yesterday to get two front tires replaced. Manager took an hour on lunch with a big line waiting for people to check out and be assisted. After waiting I was told their employees were leaving at 4pm and I had to leave keep in mind it was around 2pm. I went back in today just to get told by the manager once again the tire tech was leaving right after he finished up with the car he was working on and once again refused service. Hours of site state 7am-7pm. Definitely never going back there again.

Worse experience I ve had at a Walmart. I love Walmart because I love finding all the savings I could find. Saturday I went into take advantage of the Black Friday special on the Goodyear tires. I only needed two tires and they re associate let me buy them. They did not have time to install that day, so they just had me buy them and hold onto them in the rear of my vehicle. Set up my appointment for Monday, I come back Monday and I deal with the most unprofessional man KEN in the auto center. Says I have an all-wheel-drive and they will not only install two tires. I expressed how that should have been addressed the day that I had purchased the tires. I try to get the manager Jocelyn involved and she is no help whatsoever. They just said well you can either buy all four or just return. Unfortunately, my budget only allowed me to buy two at this moment therefore I had to return. This is the first time that Walmart does not take accountability and make it work for me and I am very disappointed in the auto center and I will never give them my business in the future. Such a shame because it would have been amazing to be able to give Walmart more of my business. I don t know if all auto centers are this bad, but I would not recommend specific auto center and hope that you do not get the associate Ken because he has no customer service skills.

Nobody ever answered the phone after weeks of trying to call. Tried to order my tires online twice and the order got cancelled with no follow up or explanation both times despite it saying they are in stock online. When I went in person to talk to soneone they were closed despite being there over two hours before they were supposed to close. As a business, don t post your phone number if you have no intention of answering the phone. Don t post your closing time as 7 if you have no intention of staying open past 5:00 Had to go in store and talk to 4 different people only for them to tell me that can t help me and it ll be at least a couple of weeks just to order my tires. Just don t with walmart. Spend the extra money and go to small business that cares about their customers. The money you save with walmart is NOT WORTH the frustration. Read the reviews and trust them.

For one the guy who checked me in didn't speak English and didn't know how to operate his I pad or tablet it took 30 minute to change one tire because the Mgr comes in and cracks jokes for 20 minutes but get this out of 4 techs and the manager of the month none of them knew how to drive a stick I had to drive my car in and out of the bay...I wonder how much I could have sued them for if I fell down in the bay? And she tried to rip me off by charging for a warranty without asking

terrible. The oil change took 2 hours even though there were 3 cars in front of me. Employees are overly nervous. There were insufficient workers. Is wallmart, a big company, closing the day with 2 employees?

I just wanted to share my story hereI went to Walmart to purchase a car batteryThe car service manager his name is KenanOr something like thatHe gave me a wrong battery and he assured me that the battery he gave me was the right one- i took the new battery and leftFew hrs later i came back to the store and tried to return the battery because he apparently gave me the wrong oneHowever, he refused to return it according to colorado state walmart doesn t return batteries -PER HIMHe has zero customer service and he was so rude when he was talking to meI politely asked to talk to the store manager and he says that the store manager is on PTO for a month and he asked me to sell the battery online sarcasticallyI just wanted to say to KeenanI went to the other walmart store and they were able to return the battery they also says whatever you said to me wasn t trueYou don t deserve to work for a good company like walmart and you definitely don t deserve to be a manager just for the way that you talked to me as a customer and you know very well walmart number one rule is the customer is always right

They did a great job on my counter but the black guy that was working the counter was extremely rude at first. It was my 1st time visiting the auto department and of course now they do everything by an appointment an appointment and the gentleman behind the counter Appear to not be happy because I didn't have an appointment. I can't know, what I don't know. And he should put that into consideration. They weren't busy and he was able to take care of me. They Quickly took care of me, even though he said At 1st that it was gonna be a long time.After the process was done and they thought that I had A nail and a tire and they quickly took care of that as well and I was very thankful that they that they had saw something, Cause I was getting on the highway and I needed to know that the tires were all good. Though I was very appreciative of that. And the man behind the counter was very nice and helpful at the end.

Never again. Made appt online 2 weeks in advance to get tires changed. Arrived at 3pm for scheduled appt time to be told they are closed and can't change tires today. They claimed the online system is taking appts but they aren't scheduling or working with the actual store. Came back next morning dropped car off was told would receive text or call when complete. Never received text or call and when called they never answered the phone. Tires were put on doesn't seem to be any issues but I'll never deal with this location for anything else.

0 stars. Awful employees. They don t answer the phone or they just hang up on you. There s no one to give service at the counter or to buzz you out. Employees are no where to be found. Terrible even for a Walmart. I just wanted to know if they had my battery in stock. Our battery died today and my girlfriend had the car for work. She got a jump off a coworker, drove there and they didn t have it in stock. Would have been helpful if they actually answered their phones or were present to give service. Avoid this place.

I called approx 3 on a Fri. In aug..Needed an emergency battery..no answer..their web page said open..I drove there..closed..hmm..bummer.

I should have known there would be a problem watching the unprofessional auto techs goof around. I noticed the next day after getting my battery replaced a new strange noise. Popping the hood the air filter was loose from its compartment because they never properly reattached the parts that were loosened to fit the battery. I would never trust this center for repair or maintenance.

I was one of the first people In line. It took them over 3 hours to swap over my my all season tires to my winter tires. Not only that I got in my car and immediately my tire pressure light was on. Plus they are expensive. $100 to do this job. I was also not impressed with the attitudes of the service people.One of the most frustrating things I witnessed is watching the employees standing around and they did next to no work. Which explains the 3+ hour job.So now I've got to take it back so they fix the tire pressure light. UPDATE to this story I went back to get them to fix the tire light and they essentially told be deal with it. What an awful experience

The Manager told my wife to come before 3 pm, and sure enough she arrived at 2.20pm he told her come back tomorrow. This is a problem poor customer service, or get a new manager.
