Holy Guacamole?!!! These folks are stellar. They helped me out immediately at 730am sharp and fixed my taillight. Ed and the owner? What are they like??? Fabulous, professional, friendly and down to earth. These people have integrity and fix cars properly. When you go, be sure to bring bagels or donuts to these wonderful folks. The BEST mechanic I've ever gone to, and I don't even live in the hood anymore. I live in Central Park and will drive to receive their awesome work on my beloved Honda Civic Hybrid 2007 (still going strong!) If you're shopping for a good mechanic, look no further. Seriously. Thanks y'all at Urban Autocare on High St.!

This crew was incredibly helpful in the diagnosis of my car and giving me the best options. Super honest and trustworthy. Towed my car for me out of their concern for me driving it. Highly recommend and will be bringing my business back here. Hopefully not often LOL but when the time comes will for sure be them.

I have been looking for a go-to auto shop in Denver for five years. Urban Autocare is that place! After paying $250 and waiting three days at another shop for exactly nothing to be done, I tried again at Urban Autocare. We started with a test drive to ensure what I thought was the problem was also what they understood to be the problem. Initial diagnosis was done same day. Phil called to walk me through their assessment and lay out my options that was very easy for me to understand and make an informed choice. All work was completed next day and I was able to pick up the car the following morning. I drove away feeling like I had a brand new car! Thank you, Phil & Urban Autocare! We will be long-term customers.

Almost immediately after I got in my car this morning, my tire pressure warning went off with a tire quickly losing pressure. I pulled into Urban Autocare because they were just around the corner and it was an emergency even though I had never used them before. They were so kind and helpful, and even though the tire was back ordered nationally, Leland called around until he found a new tire for me (the tire couldn't be repaired, as it had a nail in the side wall). I was fixed up and back on the road very quickly! What could have been a super stressful way to start my day instead was about as close to a best-case-scenario that you can have with a flat tire.

Zach and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful - and more importantly - honesty and upfront. Our car had quite an issue and instead of them trying to figure it out and charging us a ton, they gave us their best recommendation on where to take our car and I appreciated their transparency.

I ve never had a better experience at an auto shop. Everyone I interacted with had the best attitude. My car was done faster than I expected. I will definitely be returning - hopefully not TOO soon, lol - for any other car needs I might have

Here is the reason for my 2 star review:Car: 2006 Kia Sorrento about 140,000miPros:Initial appointment (8/2/2023) paid $150+ for diagnostic. It was great. I liked the detailed report. Scheduled an appointment for them to do top priority items. Took car in on (8/17/2023). All was well. They were pretty nice. Took vehicle back in check engine light was on and got a/c diagnosed and fixed (9/11/2023) diagnostic charge for check engine $150+ CO2 sensor problem said it wouldn t be worth fixing.Events that caused 2 star review.Cons:Charged too many times for diagnostic over a short amount of time. Prices are a bit inflated (I mean I get it, kind of-small shop, have to balance out overhead/profit we all have to eat-and it s a business).Made an appointment (9/26/2023) because car started making a crazy sound. Charged $87 for diagnostic. Said they had to adjust a belt.10/5-oil was leaking from somewhere was told I would have to pay another diagnostic fee! Also belt noise came back. I scheduled appointments, but canceled because I explained to them I shouldn t have to keep paying diagnostic fees. They over explained that different problem different diagnostic. I explained to them they were the only ones that had touched the car so I just wasn t understanding why another charge would be coming-they had to diagnose the leak they said.I traced the leak myself-there is a small hole like thumbtack size in the power steering rack. This was not there in the initial diagnostic or in any of the other diagnostic they did. And the noise was from the power steering pump.It s great and all that they have a 4 year 40,000 mile warranty, but won t do me any good because I m not going back.

This was a good experience. Zach and Ed are great explaining things also great listeners. They make you feel comfortable leaving your investment (car) with them. I now have a new shop I'll be taking my car from here out. Thanks UA!

I had a problem with my car while on my way to the airport to pick someone up. I pulled off the highway and googled auto repair shops. Urban Autocare came up so I made my way there and asked if they could help me. The nice young gentleman at the desk looked at the issue and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes (probably much less but I wasn't really paying attention to the time, being pretty stressed.) This was above and beyond excellent customer service! Thank you so much!!

My car had a squeaky front wheel. After doing some internet research, I was sure it was a wheel bearing and I was prepared to pay $500 to have it replaced.The mechanics drive the car and found the squeak in the BACK wheel where Just Brakes had recently replaced the brakes. There was a piece of wire in there and they took it out for free and I drive home happy.

Urban Autocare always provides great service and fair pricing. They are honest about what work needs doing vs what isn t necessary and they never push to upsell or sneak any extra charges in there. Best shop in the area, hands down. The customer service is fantastic, and the service is speedy. They don't upsell customers on things they don't need, and the pricing is competitive. Highly recommend this shop!

Do not recommend. They wanted to charge me $1,100 for a power steering leak that I ended up getting fixed at a different shop for $300. Either they were trying to rip me off or were not as knowledgeable about how to fix it.

Highly recommend! The staff was really friendly and even had treats on hand for my puppy, Wally, when we came in to drop off the car. I found them by chance when i got a flat tire nearby. they had my car ready to go in just a few hours and their pricing was also very reasonable. I would go out of my way to go back here

I m never disappointed when I bring my Jeep in for service . Many places refused to work on my vehicle because of its age (1997) But urban auto treats my Jeep like it s brand new. Their service, professionalism and friendliness is the best!!

This is a great place to get everything with your car fixed. I had a ton of issues with my car and they made the process easy! I usually dread getting anything fixed with my car, but everyone who I met was super friendly, and they got my car finished the same day. I ll definitely be coming back here for oil changes regularly, and any other issues that come up.Services: Transmission, Auto windshield repair, Air & cabin filter replacement

I ve finally found an auto shop I love! When I reached out, they were quick to respond. TJ helped me when I brought my car in and he treated me with respect and took the time to look over my car with me. He never tried to upsell me on maintenance I didn t need. TJ really went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I understood and was comfortable with all my service options. They provided a Lyft for me to get home, which I wasn t expecting and makes it so easy to use them in the future. They did a great job with my repairs and maintenance at a reasonable price.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I ve been super happy with my experiences at Urban Autocare. Love how detailed they are when going over the work they ve completed as well as work they suggest to do in the future. Have never felt pressured to something that I didn t want to do. During my most recent visit to the location off of Evans, Ryan provided excellent customer service, very professional & friendly. Highly recommend!

I am always nervous going to mechanics as a woman, as I think we get scammed a lot. I didn't have that experience here though! They were super honest and I thought I needed more work done than I did and they didn't take advantage of my original thoughts. They were super communicative and my car is running great now. I appreciate the crew!
