I was looking for tint pretty last minute. I got squeezed into the schedule same day and had my car tint done in around an hour. The quality and price were both great and the color matches my factory tinted windows perfectly. I m definitely going to be back and send anyone I know here!!

Erich did an awesome detail and buff job on my Tesla model 3. I needed the service done in a short timeframe and he was able to accommodate me. The car looked like new when he was done. I highly recommend his services and he s a nice guy too!

TruTouch is phenomenal. Erich did an amazing job. He worked late on a Friday night due to the amount of dog hair we had in our car. He went so far above and beyond and communicated throughout the job. Our car looks amazing and brand new. I would suggest TruTouch to anyone! Worth every cent!

Erich was INCREDIBLE. I diligently read the other reviews, and they were spot on: Erich s service, communication, commitment to cleaning and polishing every nook and cranny, and overall workmanship was unparalleled. I d go back in a heartbeat for our dog hair-laden Subaru Forester. It looks cleaner than when we bought it new. I d unreservedly recommend him to anyone.

Erich was a pleasure to work with! He met with me at my apartment at the discussed time. He inspected my SUV and was able to walk me through the services that were going to be done. After handing off the keys he took my dirty SUV and brought it back later that day looking like it had just come off a dealership lot. He took the time to show me all the work that was done to the car.10/10 would recommend TruTouch and Erich specifically to anyone looking to get their car detailed. TruTouch (Eric) did extraordinary work on my new car. I visited him with the intention of a complete ceramic coat. He actually talked me out of it as the majority of driving will be in the city. It came wrapped in PPF but Eric, who first didn't believe it was wrapped, did some poking around and found a line. I'm not sure if that's indicative of a good or bad wrap, but I paid $4K from the dealership for it and tinting.For $800, and what he told me was "some" ceramic coating, my car looked amazing after he was done. Apparently, customers who entered the shop were wondering how they could get such a beautiful vehicle. I've been stopped by a mailman, and a few others who told me how wonderful the car looked after Eric's efforts. It looked great before but I was seeking addition protectant.Eric suggested bringing it in every three months for some TLC (tender, loving care). He picked up the car at my home for the original treatment, and dropped it off at home after he was finished. The work he did was jaw-dropping. Eric is a master of car detailing.Submitting my car to automated, gas-station brushes is a big no-no. Even automated high pressure water washes are not recommended. I believe Eric is aware of this, and applied the best detailing craftsmanship available in Denver.

Erich did a fantastic job detailing my car. I highly recommend this business. He was extremely helpful and even dropped my car off so I didn t have to leave my apartment. The end result was fantastic - both the exterior and interior look brand new again. This is an awesome place. I bought a 2019 buick encore from a friend that can't drive anymore and it was destroyed inside. I knew I needed professional help. I honestly felt bad how bad this car was. I did the full interior detail. When I got it back it was like it was a brand new car! The average appointment time is 4 hours mine took all day and the price was crazy good for how bad this vehicle was. I was expecting twice as much. They came and picked my vehicle up. I got busy during the day so they let me come get it the next day. And great customer service. I just got an exterior wash and it that looked great too. Did I mention great customer service! Anyway I'm beyond happy with the results. Trutouch has two new long term customers my Son just got his first car and well be brining both her for any services we need.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Wow- my car hasn t been this clean since I bought it. Erich did a fantastic job, was upfront about pricing and timeframe and highly professional throughout. Would recommend to anyone in the Denver area!

I was needing a wash and detail for my X5 after my move from Texas. I chose TruTouch after some online research and looking at the reviews.Since this was my initial visit, Erich listened to what I wanted done, did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and explained his wash/detail process. When I picked up my car, Erich took the time to show me exactly what he had done, both on the exterior and interior. My 2018 X5 looks brand new and I am very pleased with the work that had been done... definitely a great value for the money spent.Needless to say, I found my car detail shop in Denver. TruTouch is where I ll take my car going forward. Thank you, Erich, for your great customer service and your attention to detail.

Amazing service and exceptional attention to detail! Erich not only fit my wife s van in to accommodate our timeline. We needed to ship our car to Hawaii for a move with the military and they want cars super clean before shipping. He got it done the next day, and man what a difference! He got inside all the door frames, engine bay, hit the all weather floor mats, and more. This car looks better then when we got it new. I wish he was where we were moving. Erich is the kind of small business you seek out for years and are always happy to find in a town where chains and large stores take over. Would love to go again! Can t say enough good things.

Eric is the best. I came in with tiny brown pinhead drops of sap all over my white car. I mean all over. Probably millions of dots. Nothing I used would get them off. Eric got rid of every single dot. He clearly takes pride in his work. He said it took him 3 passes over my entire car. He thought it would take 1 thorough pass. Then he thought 2 would do it. But he did it a third time because it needed it. No negative vibes, just a guy who wanted to do his best. His shop is small and he doesn't treat it like an assembly line like at other detail shops. This is the best detail I've had done since I left Chicago. He's from Chicago, so he gets it. I'm a customer for life now!Services: Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Owner was so kind and helpful, gave me great advice, even though he was about to close he took the time to walk me through how to remove tough glue from my car hood. He is a lifesaver and I would recommend this business to anyone!

Erich did an excellent job today (06-22-2021) on my 2016 Subaru WRX! Everything he said he was going to do he did with my car. He is very professional, honest, reputable, and sincere. His pricing is very comparable to other s in the Denver Metro Area. Erich, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, flexible, honest, professional, and very friendly. He doesn t try to rip you off like most auto shops do. All of those traits are hard to find in today s society at a car shop. Erich and his crew took the time to clean the interior of my vehicle and the quality of their work was outstanding. Not a single speck of dirt, dust, crumbs, etc. was found in my car when they were finished. My car honestly looks and smells brand new! Their prices are fair and they offer many other services too (interior and exterior). Erich updates you throughout the process, which I appreciated. I will definitely be going to TruTouch of Denver from now on and so should you!Side note- Erich and his crew are very cautious regarding COVID-19. They offer a complimentary COVID steam service which I thought was very cool and unique from other places.Services: Seat shampooing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

TruTouch made our Ford F-150 look better than it did when we rolled off the dealer s lot! The truck is our mountain vehicle, and between trips off-road and an infant in the backseat, she needed some love. Eric made every inch of the vehicle look brand new. He is a terrific communicator and was very flexible when I needed to change my appointment. I would trust his expertise with any vehicle!

If you're not getting your car detailed here you're doing it wrong. Not only are their prices super reasonable, they offer pick up and drop off service. Erich is super friendly, honest, professional, and passionate about his work. The artist who detailed my car was phenomenal. After 3 years of dozens of ski trips, hikes, hauling landscaping and other supplies and worst of all, carting around 4 constantly shedding and muddy huskies, my car was literally cleaner and more pristine after detailing than when I bought it. The communication was frequent. professional and clear, the job was (somehow)finished on time and price was more than fair. I will never use another detailing place and wish there were 10 stars I could give. In an era where everyone is cutting corners, this experience was a reminder that some still commit to excellence. Eric did an incredible job detailing my car after it was stolen and trash. It looks like it rolled right out of the dealership. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to get work done. He even went and picked it up at impound for me. The best customer service.

All around great company and great service!I was looking for a car detailing service at least somewhat in my area, but most of what I found were places with less than stellar reviews. TruTouch was a little further from me, but BY FAR had the best reviews, so I went to the website. They had as low of prices (or lower) than any other place I saw, and they were offering FREE steam cleaning with interior detailing as their way of helping people with struggles of COVID-19.Erich was extremely flexible, helpful, nice, and thorough throughout the entire process. My interior was spotless (or as spotless as a somehwat used and abused 8 year old car can be lol! Some stains/scratches are there forever.). Every cup holder, every nook and cranny spotlessly cleaned. I would and will definitely recommend their service to others.

Eric was fantastic! I called Friday afternoon to inquire about having my car detailed and to do a smoke odor removal after a renter smoked in my car. He was able to take my car in the next morning and gave me accurate pricing and estimated times over the phone. I had to pick up the car after they closed and he even called the next day to make sure I had picked up the car okay and was satisfied with the work he did. Not only is my car cleaner than it's ever been, he was able to remove the cigarette smoke smell! I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again. Excellent work and excellent customer service!

Absolutely fantastic service and they did an amazing job! Kept me updated and gave me a courtesy call just to let me know it was done but not dry, and then insisted that I take a plastic cover just in case so I wouldn't get damp on the way home. The before and after is just beautiful! My car has never looked better. I will definitely be back and Eric is a great and super friendly owner!!

With all its 5-star reviews, I came to TruTouch with high expectations. Still, I was stunned by the intensity and quality of Erich's work. The interior of the vehicle I brought in was a mess. In 15 years, it has only been cleaned sporadically. Erich spent a good part of the whole day and some of the evening going over every spot and stain, front to rear. The next morning he continued to dry and and touch it up. The result was an unbelievable transformation: virtually good as new. All this cost me $250, which I think is about $100 less than several other places would not have charged for less diligent work. If you have a seriously challenging cleaning job, or are serious about the look of your vehicle (Erich specializes in high-end work), call him right away.

Erich at TruTouch was very professional and did an amazing job on my Acura. I got a full internal and external detail and this is the best it has looked in years! On top of that, Erich was able to fit me in at the last minute which was a total lifesaver. I would definitely recommend TruTouch and plan on using them again in the future.

I never take the time to write a review about a business, but because of my experience at TruTouch I felt one was warranted. Not only did they make my car look immaculate, but the customer service I received was top notch. Its obvious that TruTouch is not just about the bottom line, but also the relationship with their customer as well. Did I mention they made my car look awesome!?
