The best choice for your car. The mechanics here really good and have tons of experience. The office staff is always friendly and everyone truly cares about the customer. They work hard to squeeze you in the queue when there are emergencies. They bent over backwards to find those hard to find parts. Everything they do makes you feel like you and your vehicle are their top priority. They have been taking care of one of my trucks for about twenty years and it has almost 250k miles. My vehicles are old, but run and look like new, thanks to the Toy Doctor. I don t trust anyone else with my toys.

As per usual service received at Toy Doctor are and for me have been excellent. By providing straight forward info and rates you are truly working together for the best interest of your vehicle. They never coerce and are truly looking out for the customer. Thank you for the consistency in customer care and optimal service it is appreciated.

I live in Thornton off 136th and I 25, I ll drive 45 minutes one way to Toy Doctor. I ll even pay $30-$40 to Uber all the way back home. If that s not a testament of their customer service and work ethic I don t know what is. I will not be taking my Toyota/Lexus anywhere else !

I recently brought my Toyota 4Runner to Toy Doctor to be worked on, and I m glad that I chose them. Their service was exceptional all the way from the people at the front desk to the sales and service team. The overall price was fair, and they had my vehicle back to me within just a few days. I highly recommend them!

I love Toy Doctor! Excellent communication, excellent service, and they can get you in within a couple of days, instead of a couple of weeks. I drive an older, high mileage Toyota and they are still willing to help me keep it on the road.Strongest recommendation to Toy Doctor!

Absolute stellar experience all around. It's rare to find a shop that proactively communicates with customers during the course of the repairs and also does top notch work. Toy doctor does both extremely well. I brought my 98 4Runner in for a second opinion after a horrible service experience with another body shop regarding an insurance claim repair. Toy doctor handled everything and vastly exceeded my expectations along the way. They communicated with the insurance company, filed paperwork with them and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was so pleased with this that I agreed to have Toy Doctor do the repairs too! Why can't every shop be like this? It's so hard to trust any shop these days but they earned my trust and all of my future business as well. Thank you!

Place is pretty solid for getting certain things done on your Yota. They quoted me cheaper for timing belt and water pump than several other places I called, by a pretty decent margin too. Their staff that work the front desk are also very knowledgeable, which I feel is generally uncommon so that was really awesome to see as well. They do quick work with no hassle, great spot for sure.

I used Toy Doctor for a second opinion on my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. They were very responsive, helpful, and waived the diagnostics fee in order to provide their opinion. They then provided competitive pricing and worked with me to stay in budget on a large repair. Communication with the team was easy and the job was done well and on time. The also provide better nationwide warranty terms than the dealership. Highly recommend.

Awesome, excellent auto repair shop with outstanding service! I went to Stevenson Toyota and paid way too much for service they did not get corrected, nor did they even try to make it right afterwards.This place absolutely handled it and kept me in the loop. The prices were fair and they offered an outstanding warranty.God bless the ones practicing ethical business and setting an example. It s nice to see these places more now outperforming big corporations.

These folks are fantastic! Not only do they do great work, but they never pressure me to perform extra services.I overheard one of the most kind and compassionate conversations I have ever heard. There was an elderly person asking one of their gentleman all kinds of questions about how cars work from engines to crank shafts. He was so sweet about taking his time and carefully listening and responding in a friendly and caring way. He even walked her to her car.You made my day yesterday team! :)

Toy Doctor is a great place to take your vehicle for service or repairs. They have always given me an honest assessment of what needs to be done on my Tundra so that I can decide if I want to do the work or not. Highly recommended!

This is the only mechanic I trust in Denver. If I have an issue with my car, they immediately get me in the same day because they want to car to be safe to drive. They are very responsive, so friendly and are great at what they do. The price is very fair for the work they do. They always attach photos so you can see what the damage actually is to your car. Amazing mechanic and the only one I trust!

Customer service was amazing! Had a last minute emergency before a big planned road trip and they were able to look at it quickly and get it fixed and I was on my way. They're also doing work on other rigs for me and can't recommend them enough thanks everyone.

I have been taking my 2006 Highlander Hybrid to Toy Doctor for several years after experiencing less than ethical practice from a dealership. The staff at Toy Doctor are always professional and responsive. They provide accurate and reasonable estimates, finish at the time frame they indicate and if needed, provide a loaner vehicle. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my battery in my 2017 RAV4 and I took my vehicle to Toy Doctor without an appointment in the middle of the day and it was fixed in a few hours. They also found and replaced a broken tire sensor that had been rattling around for months and not found when I requested that Auto Nation Toyota, where I bought the vehicle, check the source of the noise at my last oil change. I had used Toy Doctor for 20 years with my previous 1999 Camry and I trust them completely. I've been recommending any Toyota owner that I know go to Toy Doctor.Rachel is the best at the front desk and all the employees are great!

Probably the best run auto shop I've ever visited. Their online scheduling is better than the dealerships. Also they offer free ride shares back to your house (my dealership didn't). And they offer free rental car if they need to keep your car overnight. Top notch!!

I found Toy Doctor in a blown-radiator emergency - calling around for tows and repairs, and finally Toy Doctor was recommended and I haven t looked back. Even in that first incident, they quickly hooked me up with a tow from Lakewood that came out way more affordable than tows in my area. In the repair process I am always so grateful for their use of the Tekmetric platform that has all my car details, work progress, and detailed estimates of cost and work for me to either approve or decline. I no longer have to wonder what the costs will be, and I don t question the work because it s all laid out for me, and I have yet to pay over their estimated repair, parts and labor! Aside from these great aspects, the folks at Toy Doctor are very kind and immediately helpful with any and all inquiries, they re accommodating: and when I needed to pick up items in my car mid-service, they were quick to grab what I needed and when a small item broke in their search, they quickly found a solution to replace it!For all these reasons I will always recommend Toy Doctor for any service you need - they are quick, affordable, considerate, and very transparent and accurate!

Toy Doctor has great technicians, especially for my 1991 Toyota Pickup. I have a gremlin somewhere in my starter/ignition system and they searched and searched and I think we've got it sorted. It took three visits to get it sorted - but - they're committed to the service that they've provided and make sure that they stand behind their work. I will be going back to Toy Doctor again and again. I appreciate their expertise and I would suggest their services to any friend.

Toy Doctor serviced my newly purchased Lexus for three years at the recommended service intervals. After moving, I went to a dealership for routine maintenance and the technician told me that the car did not appeared to have gotten serviced in a long time. He specially mentioned the car had very dirty engine oil. I suspect that the Toy Doctor not done their due diligence for routine maintenance.To respond to the owner, you had serviced the car in 2021, and I took it to the dealership in 2023 which is the next recommended service interval.

I took my 2016 Runner TRD Pro in this week and I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with not only the warm welcome, but they made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me prior to service. They kept me in the loop and did an incredible job with my baby! :) Thank you Toy Doctor!

A great shop that specializes in Toyotas. The treat their regulars like family, and are super accommodating to new customers. They will fix only what you ask them to and are not pushy about extra things. A great place!

Can t recommend them enough.In my experience, they were very patient with me as they walked me through everything in fine detail to explain the misunderstanding, which was on my end. Special kudos to Rachel for her patience and customer service, as well as the technician Mantas for allowing me into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and explaining everything like I was a 5th grader (because I asked, not because he was patronizing). He is very knowledgeable on Toyota enginesI hope toydoctor recognizes these two for the individuals they are, and I will send everyone I know with a Toyota that needs work done to speak with Rachel and Mantas specifically.Again, thank you to everyone at toydoctor

I went to Toy Doctor to have my Lexus repaired. The repairs were MAJOR, and they did an AMAZING job! They stayed in great communication along the way and took GREAT care of me and my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
