Had an appointment at 9am today, not sure if they just didn t grab me when it was done or were waiting for me to come up to the counter, but waited 2 hours before I went to ask how much longer and was given the keys right then. No oil change should take more than an hour, as I have done oil changes myself and it takes around 30-45 minutes, but whatever. Also got charged $100, would ve been $115 without the discount, which I think is a bit ridiculous even for a synthetic oil change. Won t be coming back unless I get some type of reimbursement but I doubt that ll happen at this point. I m sure you can find cheaper and faster, anywhere else. If I get some type of reimbursement, then my review will change otherwise it was definitely a one star, if not worse, experience.

I have had several issues with this Tires Plus location. From incomplete work being preformed and being fully charged to lack of inventory for tires purchased that your online inventory was saying was in stock. I went in for a tire rotation and wheel balance with an alignment. All of which I was under the impression was under warranty. After dropping off my car for what was estimated to be done in 2hrs, my car was kept for an additional day since the work was not preformed. Then when I picked up my car I found out that the work had not been done. I was told I needed to buy new tires since the tires I purchased were not under any warranty. My wheel alignment was only done for my front wheels nothing on the rear wheels which had never been done since I first brought it in on the last visit. I have requested the Regional Manager reach out to me directly but that has fallen on deaf ears. This has been one of the worst experinces I have had as a Tires Plus customer.

Dropped my car off at 9am for an appointment. Come back at 2pm and my car was exactly where I parked it still.They said we are sorry and will work on soon. Waited another hour and a half. They said they are too busy today and can t take it.This appointment was scheduled days in advance. Wasted 6+ hours of my day

I waited 5 hours for a scheduled appointment to install tires. No one talked to me about the install just mumbling employees that seemed unaware that they worked there. I walked by the install bay to see my tailgate on n my suv open. Why open my tailgate where I have thousands of dollars in tools be open to install tires?? On top of all that my tires were not balanced properly and my steering shook all the way back up the mountains to home. Never will return.

Made an appointment for 11am, have been waiting for 3.5 hours for a simple tire swap of my winter tires. While sitting here I ve read other reviews, this seems to be a regular thing that your appointment is treated as a walk in and you will spend most your day waiting. I would suggest finding a different tires plus as this location is not well organized/punctual at all, I know I will not be back to this location.

Thank you, Tires Plus! Paul was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He answered all of my questions (without being condescending) and got my car taken care of in a timely manner. I will definitely be back for my car care needs.

Had an appointment at noon and was waiting in lobby today. My 4 tires took almost 6 hours was there a point to having an appointment? The prices were good but seriously 6 hours for 4 tires that s more than an hour per tire. I should have read the reviews about waits because seriously who can sit at some place and wait for 6 hours.

I think one star is way too generous for this business. This is my first time doing a google review but I felt obligated to warn my community of this poor service in our area. We ordered tires to arrive at this facility but they changed the order based on their software (which was wrong and they never admitted to ordering the wrong tire size). It took them the whole day to change the tire and even after they called us to come pick up the the car, I had to wait for another 30 minutes. The lady at the desk lacks basic communication skills and unable to carry out a simple conversation without getting into an argument. I would never go back.

Terrible experience. Will not be coming back. Dropped off my car at 11AM (with an appointment) for winter tires to be swapped, went back at 2:30/3 and then proceeded to wait with no information for 2.5 hours. They then were giving lessons to other technicians on my car as I was waiting for hours. If you intend to schedule a timely pick up, choose somewhere else. Wasted my day waiting here.

Husband made an appointment at 1 to do a simple oil change. It s currently 3:30 and he s still waiting. Busy or not this is what appointments are for. There s no sense of urgency - this tires plus is awful (we ve had issues in the past). Do not recommend.

Had an appointment for an oil change in Sunday at 1 pm. I made it clear I needed my car that same day and was told no problem and I'd get a call when it was ready. At 3:50 pm I called to see if it was ready as they close at 5 pm on Sundays. Arraya said they didn't get to it and she was closing early to go get her kid. I asked if they were even going to call me and same said no. I told her I'd be in in 20 minutes to get my car and she said no, I can leave the keys in the car. Mind you, car theft has been on the rise everywhere and she wanted to leave my car unlocked with the keys inside. She even suggested I go get a spare key if I was concerned. It's bad enough appointments aren't honored but to add in closing early without notifying customers and assume they are/can leave their cars overnight is absurd. Arraya was incredibly rude and threw my keys on the counter when I did arrive to pick up my car. Stay far away from this place.

My experience was terrible. A failure at every juncture, this business deserves no stars. Will not return. Will not recommend. I should have gone anywhere else. Wasted my time. Wasted my money.

IF I could give this a 0 rating I would. How frustrating. I called on Monday and scheduled and Oil Change Appt for 10am Friday Morning. I made arrangements to be dropped off at work so my car get the maintenance. My dad arrives to take my car and first he is told I dont have an appointment. So he calls me I inform him I do have an 10 am appointment I am them told well, you were scheduled as a drop off so you can leave it and I will get to it and can have it ready at 5pm. I was told on the phone it would be completed no later than 1130 am as I am traveling and wanted to make sure my care was ready to for the highway drive. Now I will instead rent a car and find another place to take my vehicle too. This is awful that appointments continue to be handled in this manner at this TiresPlus.

Made an appointment and had my car towed to replace a tire. They tell me after I have to pay for 4 tires. Wasted a bunch of my time and money. The customer service was bad too. The lady on the phone didn't even attempt to save my business or correct it.

This has got to be the worst Tire Plus in the whole state of Colorado, made a appointment at 9pm on a Saturday they weren't done till right before they closed ...I was pissed. So unprofessional this place, and that lady they have working there needs to quit cause she has know ideal what she is doing

Horrible place. Was once good but now horrible. Told me my car was almost finished so my wife dropped me off and I waited 3 hours. Nobody ever came to the desk to explain. Terrible service. Don t give them your money.

Had an emergency flat while at work, aired my tire up, called in they said they were closed but would assist with the change of my spare.When I showed up my spare was not in my vehicle.The amazing employees stayed late to help service my tire.A+ customer service.Great experience would recommend

Patrick was my hero tonight!My daughter and I got a FAST flat en route to the haunted house 13th Floor in Denver and - when I called Tires Plus in a panic(!) - Patrick a) invited me to drive over/come in for help even though I was calling at 6pm as the shop was closing; b) removed my deflated tire and showed me the giant piece of scrap metal he found in it; and c) because my tire model wasn t in-stock to purchase, Patrick put my spare on and made sure we d be safe to drive home refusing to take any payment from me (aside from sweetly accepting mom-snacks and Capri-Suns I had in my car.) ; )Patrick was wonderful and welcoming and good-natured, even though we delayed his return home after a long day.The other members of his team also were friendly and **full of smiles** (again, this is AFTER hours on a Saturday night when everybody had to be tired and ready to be done.)I highly recommend this business and hope to return the kindness given to us today.Thank you, Tires Plus and Patrick.Much gratitude. <3

Making an appointment on the phone for the next day to have tires rotated and was told we were in the wrong as we scheduled it online which was not the case. Came back the next day to rotate tires and said our front brakes were gone and quoted us $650 for front pads and rotors. Took it to Midas for a second opinion and they test drove it and saw no issues but recommend to have them changed in the next 5k miles. They quoted me $436 out the door and since they took the time and were honest. I had them done there the same day in under two hours.

I discovered I was suddenly driving on a flat from 40th and Central Park Blvd. Remembered there was a tire shop here near Walmart. Once I arrived, I was told that they didn't have time to fix my tire. It was late in the afternoon. I went to go lock up my car, prepared to leave it there overnight. When I came back inside, Paul, the manager, said he had talked to the technician who was willing to work overtime 30 minutes put on a new tire. The old one was trashed. Stellar customer service is what I experienced at Tires Plus. They went above and beyond to help me out. Cheers to Paul and his team!

This place is just one of the many reasons that robots should take over.First, I called and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday the 16th to have my car looked at because it s grinding when I turn. The lady told me to bring it in and that it would take a couple hours to get ahold of silver rock (the warranty company) but they d take care it. I take it in at 840 on Wednesday morning and the guy the tells me that she placed it in there as a drop off so it would be at least 5-6 hours before they even see my car. So I rescheduled my appointment there with him for the following Wednesday, Aug. 23rd for the same thing only this time I d be waiting. I take my car in, after a few hours they inspect it and tell me that my sway bar is crooked that s why is grinding. They said they ll contact the warranty company that day and contact me to let me know if it s covered.They never called!! I waited until Friday and called them back at 1035 in the morning. Paul answered the phone and I explained to him the situation. His response was I wasn t here on Wednesday so I don t know who you talked to . I asked him if he could pull my information and tell me what they learned from the warranty company and that it was Lou who inspected my car. He said it would take him 30-45 minutes to find out and that he d call me back. That was on Friday August 25th. Today is Saturday Sept 02 and no one from the company has attempted to call me back about my vehicle. I have to go through this company for my warranty. I also asked them how much it would cost incase the warranty company didn t cover it I have yet to receive that information either.This place sucks! And it s extremely frustrating because I m still within my warranty time but literally can t do anything if they don t make the call and start the process. Silverrock needs to partner with a different company too.

Three stars because their appointment scheduling app is established by corporate, not by store owner. Scheduled 2 appointments for a weekend. Arrived- limping the cars across town, only to be told they didn't have actual mechanics available on Sundays. They were kind about it, but corporate office needs to provide a better online scheduler.

This tire shop is the best in town, I purchased new tires from the shop this past summer (went on a road trip and blew 2/4 tires) the old set of tires came from the Subaru dealer... was very happy this winter driving on the icy snowy roads we've had in Denver this winter, they did not steer me in the wrong direction, went in for tire rotation today the crew was very fast and efficient. I give this tire shop and their crew 5 stars. Will use this shop again 10/10 service today!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I took my car in for brakes, rotors, and an oil change on 7/15. It has never stalled or had issues accelerating until after I left. Approximately 2 minutes after I left, my car stalled in the plaza. This was after they had closed, but they helped push it back. Unfortunately, they didn t fix what turned out to be an air intake issue caused by one of the mechanics removing tape and not replacing it or informing me of any cracks in the air intake. I stalled yet again heading to Gunnison for work and had to replace it in Conifer (stressful but grateful). This experience has been nerve wracking and disappointing.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Do not take your car to any Tires Plus!! These guys used to be my go-to for anything car related as they were reliable and honest with good prices. I don't know if they've switched management or what but they quoted me 1350 for brakes and rotors?!?!! Seriously??? Come to find out, not only are they trying to overcharge me on services but they're also LYING about what services needed to be performed. Took it to another mechanic and the rotors are FINE. It's just the brakes that need to be done! $50 per side and we are good to go. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable mom and pop mechanic because these guys will try to scam you for every penny they can get out of you. Never again will I step foot in their door...which is saying a lot considering I've been taking vehicles there for 20+ years. Absolutely unacceptable.
