I had Alex and the team work do timing, fluids, and check over my imported Subi and they did a great job. It runs great and they did a very comprehensive review with the pre-purchase check-over. I would highly recommend their services if you're looking for a trustworthy shop. Thanks guys!

The guys at The Subie Doctor are the best when it comes to anything Subaru. I went to them after reading and hearing such great reviews and experiences from people all around Colorado that own Subarus. They got my project car 2005 Subaru WRX STi fixed and running healthy very quickly and they were very friendly and professional. Anytime I need Subaru work done I am going to them. Their knowledge and experience speaks for themselves! They answered all of my many questions and have earned a life long customer

Great shop. Honest, fast, and do quality work. I had transmission issues and they immediately identified the issue, got the parts, and got my car back up and running. Also had wheel bearing issues which they fixed as well. Jake was the man who implemented the fix and he did a great job. I will be returning to this shop in the future for any mechanical work that needs done on my vehicle. Anyone with a Subaru in the Denver area this is your place.

The Subie Doctor is the best Subaru shop around! I ve been getting my regular maintenance done by them for a while and always have a great experience. When my car got hit and had some pretty significant damage, I knew where to take it! Alex, Dave, and the whole team were very responsive, informative, and proactive. My car looks and feels as good as new thanks to the Subie Doctor!

The best Subaru shop I ve experienced in my time in Colorado. Recently had the pleasure of buying an awesome car from them, and the experience couldn t have been better. Jake was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They have an extremely knowledgeable team throughout the whole shop, and their work and vehicles show it. It s hard to find a trustworthy Subaru shop in Denver, but if I ever need anything I ll absolutely be calling the Doctor from now on. . Thank you to everybody there!

I was caught in a pinch on a road trip across the country. My clutch started to slip and became very evident that I could not push it any further on my trip. I called The Subie Doctor and explained my situation, he put me on hold to see what they were working with. 30 seconds later told me they could have it done by the next day! They did me a huge solid and I can t thank them enough! I ll be moving to the Denver area in two months and I hope my forester never needs work! But if it does I will be back for sure! Thank you so much to the whole team.And on a side note the whole staff and facility was solid! Good environment. Not always the case when visiting a shop!

Had a fantastic experience buying a car from The Subie Doctor. This is a great shop. Alex, Dave and Jake have all been super helpful throughout my experience. I had a few issues with my Subaru that proved to be difficult to diagnose, but they were all super helpful and accommodating, they even gave me a loaner car for a bit because I live up in the mountains. Made me feel like I was well taken care of, and the car works great now! Highly recommend.

Subie Doctor was recommended by the local Subaru Club. Went to them to have an inspection done on a potential Outback purchase. They flagged some potentially very serious issues and we didn t go through with the purchase. Turned around the next day and bought a Forester from them that they had engine swapped and done some maintenance on. We ve now put 30k miles on that Forester without issues and its been a great family car! 10/10 recommend and have sent multiple friends their way.

Alex and team are top notch! They saved us from being ripped off by an auto repair chain where they told us we had significant problems with an oil leak. First, Alex said the prices being quoted were far too high, but they also found that the other shop was completely wrong about the problems. They gave us peace of mind about our car and saved us a ton of money by avoiding unnecessary work. This is a truly honest team who cares more about people than money. I will definitely trust them and keep going back.

I was in the market for some decently hard to find side skirts. These fine guys at The Subie Doctor came recommended and had what I needed ready to ship. Not to mention the condition was top notch! They always answered me quickly so communication wasn't an issue. Will definitely do business with them in the future if I can.

Had my clutch replaced yesterday, brought it back in today had a cover slightly hanging not to bad, they did such an amazing job with replacement and taking care of a cover they didn t have to take care of! Amazing customer service! They made sure I left happy and called to check in to make sure I was still happy and how my car was doing. We ve been long time customers and will continue to be, we don t trust anyone else with our Subies! This is the place to bring your cars, trust me you re in great hands!

Great folks! Always very professional and helpful. I run a subaru specialist shop myself and recommend all my east of the divide customers to them. Multiple times they have gone out of their way to help me and achieve the goals I was after. They have sold me multiple parts over the years and they have always been on above par with quality and pricing. Alex over there is an absolute godsend and has allowed me to connect to customers out here and has gone out of his way to help my customers out there. Subie doctor is industry leading and a great friend! For sure recommend them 10/10,

The service was great although a bit more expensive than I was expecting. Still cheaper than a dealership, and better than any other independent shop I've been to. The waiting area was excellent, I was able to get work done on my computer just as if I were at home.The technician that spoke with me at the end was super friendly and helpful, eager to answer questions and very supportive of me doing my own simple maintenance like oil changes etc.I'll definitely be coming back.

Always professional and do great work. Highly recommend. I was having issues with my Insurance company not giving a fair cash value for my FXT and Alex was awesome and helped out by providing comps of cars they have sold recently.

This review has been a long time coming. TLDR great shop, knows their Subarus, awesome company :)In June 2021, I sent my 2001 2.5rs from California over to the Subie Doctor to get an engine swap. As far as I know there weren't as many reputable shops in my area so out of state was the next best option. Prior to sending it out, I spoke with Todd over the phone to get estimates and he was very upfront about total cost/extent of the work needed to be done. It took them around 3 months to get everything buttoned down, some things had to be rebuilt (not the shop's fault it's just how older parts go). Alex, one of the techs, kept me informed the whole time sending me pictures next to their other RS's and answering any questions I had. When they finally finished in early October, they were actually organizing a drive. I flew out there and got to meet the team that did the work on my car and went on a drive with them (pics attached) I have to say the level of work they put in was phenomenal! My car pulled hard and hasn't had any issues since coming back to California. If you're in the area and need Subaru help these are the guys! Or if you're not in the area like me (lol) these are still your Subaru guys :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been waiting 3 weeks now for a quote on service. Called back after the first week and was told it takes time to do and they would call me guaranteed in the second week. Here we are at the end of the 3rd week with no response.To give even more context here I called 3 other shops after a week and each one was able to either quote me over the phone or call me back the same day with a quote. I understand needing some time to do your quote to a "high level" but several weeks to quote a simple service is insane. You could be the best shop ever but that doesn't matter at that point.

These guys are the best! I came in after getting a quote from a national chain that I wanted a second opinion on, and I'm SO glad I did. They did a complete vehicle inspection on my Forester and sat down with me to thoroughly explain their findings and answer my questions. Scheduling an appointment for my repairs was quick, the pricing is fair, and the guys even remembered my name when I came back in. Now that I've been here I won't go anywhere else!

Mechanical work seems good, but unnecessary surcharges feels dishonest.I just had my oil changed with a courtesy inspection ($127.93), and I was told that 5 bulbs needed replacement (LR Brake Light Bulb, Marker Bulbs, Headlight) as well as my cabin and engine air filters. I know how to replace my bulbs but I've never done the air filters, so I trusted them to do the work.Now here's what I found upsetting: a quick Google taught me how to replace the air filters myself in 5-10 minutes, and Subie Mechanic gave me a little smirk and a $71.40 service charge for what they said was 20 minutes of work ($214.20/hr?).I went home and checked the bulbs, and indeed the marker bulbs were out. But the others were working just fine. I just replaced the headlights recently.Subie Doctor had politely insisted that I get the brake bulbs and headlights swapped at risk of being pulled over.Here's what they wanted to charge:Replace LR Brake Light Bulb: $44.13 + taxReplace Marker Bulbs: $64.10 + taxReplace Driver's Side Headlight Bulb: $82.39 + taxNote that these bulbs costs $2-5 dollars each and only take a few minutes to swap.If you have plenty of money and don't want to spend a little time getting dirty, I can't say anything negative about The Subie Doctor's work. Maybe there is a dummy tax for agreeing to these add-ons, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return.

Took my WRX in for a transmission rebuild and to get my car back on the road. The subie doctor crew did an awesome job at getting my car back to me in a timely manner for the work completed. I brought my car down all the way from Fort Collins just to make sure it got the job done right. I Highly recommend this shop and their service!

So I have been back and forth with the dealership multiple times they where overpricing me on everything I called the subie doctor and they quoted me a price more than 1/3 cheaper.Not only was the quot wat more realistic and affordable and was willing to inform and teach me about my car answering all my questionsI can say that my trust in the dealerships are gone

Nice folks, professional level job. Great spot if you are looking for a Subaru specialist. The inspection they did was comprehensive and fair, gave me a nice little list of things to check off and get as many damn miles as I can out of the old Impreza. Also, they re really good and reasonable about explaining things in great detail if you want, but they don t patronize or condescend. Without doubt these guys can also handle fancy car things (rally car wrx type stuff. Fun to gawk at!), but for your average grocery getter, they ve got your back too. 10/10 I say!

The Subie Doctor is a great shop to bring your subaru in for any service or maintenance needs. I have been bringing in my wrx for a couple years now and Alex and the crew always take great care of it! They're professional, knowledgeable, and always pay attention to detail. Definitely recommend a visit, even if you just need a second opinion, they'll be honest with you and get you taken care of!

I grew up loving Subarus and couldn t wait until I got one for myself. Finally back in 2019 I bought a 2018 wrx and it was everything I wanted. UNTIL 3 weeks later it died for the first time. After that if I didn t drive it every 24 hours it was dead. Multiple Subaru dealerships couldn t figure it out as well as a couple performance shops. I finally got the time to bring it to the trusted subie doctor and after some digging they found the issue. Replaced the issue and got me back on the road and the happiest I ve been sense getting the car! It almost feels like I ve gotten a whole new car now that I don t dread having to jump it every time I want to drive it! 5/5 like always love the subie doc!

Subie Doctor is the only shop I trust with my car. I bought used 08 Outback LLBean Edition just over a year ago, and it needed a LOT of work. Not only did the necessary repairs cost less with Subie Doctor than the actual Subaru Dealership, they were upfront and honest with me about what NEEDED to be done vs. what COULD be done.I put Cygnus Performance Coilovers in a few months ago with Subie Doctor and the difference is completely night and day vs. stock 16 year old suspension. They also put new wheels and tires on with the coilovers. It looks exactly how I want and they made every step of the process easy. Not to mention they answered all of my questions, no matter how dumb they were.TLDR; If you drive a Subaru in Denver, go to Subie Doctor.

The men here at Subi Dr are amazing. My sons car got damaged by negligence from a shop in Westminster (they failed to put oil back in the car after oil change) and since I am not from Denver I had to go out on a limb again and trust thay the reviews of Subi Dr were correct so that my sons car could be fixed. They did an amazing job and were very helpful and informative. I am not completely clueless when it comes to cars, and these men definitely do not talk to you or treat you like they can pull one over on you and take you for your money. 10/10 recommend them for all your Subaru needs if and when you are in the Denver area.

I cannot speak higher of Alex, Paul and the team. I have been to the subie doctor 3-4 times in the last three years and have had nothing but the best experience. Always timely, notified of updates, clear explanation of what is needed and why, and a fair price. My only regret is I did not find out about them sooner as I m incredibly particular about who works on my bug eye.
