I brought my car to be fixed from a light hail damage. After 30 days they handed me back the car with a new rock chip damage on the hood. How do I know it was them? I took pictures of the car when I first dropped it off at their shop. No rock chip existed when I dropped it off.When I confronted them about the rock chip they refused to fix it. They called the police on me for asking them to fix the damage they caused. I will be taking them to court.Also, it is VERY VERY IMPORTANT to know that all of their positive reviews were published in the last 30 days.

I was going to forgive the fact that the work took the better part of a month and there was zero communication, as long as it was done and I got my car back.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!!They barely put the car back together, left all the clips and weather stripping off the hood and left the hood sitting on top of my engine. Which was overheating when I got it home and I'm lucky didn't catch fire. The new hood wasn't painted or clear coated on the under side. The new hood doesn't even fit my car and seal properly, there should not be a gap when fully closed. This shop literally does things as cheaply as possible so they can pocket more of the insurance money. I now have to put my car back together, and take it to a dealership to have the hood looked at.The salesmen are just that, salesmen who don't care about the work, only about making money.

It was so easy and friendly. I contacted The Hail Shop and worked all the way through questions, directions and dropping the car off.My contact was Heath Ballard. His great communication skills and knowledge made this so easy. He even helped me get to a rental car location.Great updates while they had our car. We had good updates on progress. Heath let me know ahead of time when it was going to be finished which helped in the logistics of picking the car up.Five Stars to the Hail Shop! Car looks amazing. Very happy with the entire process.Next hail storm, I'm contacting Heath. He gets a personal 5 Star.

My car had what I'd think of as mild hail damage: small dents, no broken glass. The rep was really good, explained everything, gave me a loaner car for the duration, communicated every few days. The repair took extra time due to under staffing as I understand it, but the car came back looking great!

I had the best experience with The Hail Shop. From the first time I spoke with Heath on the phone, to the time I picked up my car, I was a very happy customer! Everything was scheduled around what would work best for me, they provided a rental car, and even had my car completely cleaned inside and out. The Hail Shop, and Heath in particular, were great to work with. The work was done quickly and professionally. You d never know the car had hail damage. Heath made the process painless from filing the claim to setting up the rental car. I recommend the Hail Shop and especially Heath to all of my friends and family.

After the June 2023 hail storm blasted my truck I went into 3 different shops to get estimates. They all gave me the runaround- either we don t deal with your insurance company , or we don t have any techs qualified to work on aluminum .The Hail Shop left a cool looking flyer on my truck so I called and Heath answered. After a short conversation Heath had me bring my truck in that same morning. Within 45 minutes a toured the shop, met the techs, and Heath had my insurance company lined out and drove me to Enterprise to hop in my sweet rental mini van!! After about a week I got my truck back and it looks brand frickin new. Now joke. They even replaced my clear bra.Legitimately one of the BEST customer service experiences I ve ever had. These dudes know how to take care of a customer and most importantly they do beautiful work!Bravo fellas. Much appreciated

By far the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Heath is the man! From the initial phone call, to the actual repair, everything was done in such a quick and professional manner. They got my car in right away and took care of everything, including providing accommodations for a rental car while my car was being repaired. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Heath and the entire Hail Shop Crew. They are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience with Keith. He was punctual and determined to get my car in and out of the shop in a timely manor. He was able to get my insurance approved the same day I dropped the car off. They started working on the vehicle the next day. All in all took about a week in total. For reference most shops can take up to weeks if not months to get the same job done. I highly recommend using this shop as I will be returning if I have any future issues with hail.

So happy with my results! Took about a week but my car looks brand new and detailed too! Sean was amazing and went out of his way to take care of the damage to my car. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to The Hail Shop!

Heath was actually very outstanding in his craft and what he does. from vehicle accommodations to referral incentives . I was able to get my car in immediately and taken care of as soon as they were able to get everything in place. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to The Hail shop if you do get hail damage. Great experience, excellent service.

SO GLAD that I decided to go with The Hail Shop for my car! The process was seamless and easy from the 1st phone call until I had my car back. Heath stayed in communication with me often, which is always appreciated, and made what could be a very painful process into no big deal! Seriously! This was not only the best experience I've ever had with a body\automotive shop, it was one the top 5 experiences I've ever had with any business...PERIOD!! Sean handled my hail claim from beginning to end and it was flawless! So easy, so fast. The workmanship was the best anywhere in Colorado. Truly gifted craftsman! My 2013 Mustang GT looks absolutely perfect. My highest regards to The Hail Shop!

Half the battle of a big repair is finding a shop that you can trust.Heath conducted an on-site inspection of my car - at my doorstep - and offered a transparent overview of what to expect. He didn't just schedule a service appointment; he facilitated my journey to the car rental, ensuring a seamless drop-off experience. Through periodic text updates, he kept me in the loop about my car's 'healing process.'But wait, there s more! Just when I was ready to reunite with my car, Heath pulled a move that separates the good from the great- he called to report that he found a minor imperfection he wasn't content with. After getting it fixed up, he arranged to meet me to return my rental and shuttle me back to the shop to inspect the repairs. Bam - it looked great. Jeff walked up to me in my driveway, which I normally don't respond well to but I was in a good mood. So I talked to him and what a nice guy. Fantastic salesman. Knowledgeable, friendly. I go ahead and let them handle the entire claims process and it was easy. They drove me to the rental place. They covered the extra rental costs because my insurance didn't cover enough per day. I cannot say enough good things about these guys I was really impressed. And they fixed my hail damage it looks brand new. 100% would recommend and use again.

I took my truck to The Hail Shop for heavy hail damage and Eric (the owner) was very informative and professional. He explained what they would be doing. The company also provide me with a rental car at no cost to me. I dropped my truck off Monday morning and had my truck back by Thursday. I never imagined it would be done so fast. This company is highly recommended.

Got hail damages many shops already had a line until November. Even some of them don t have connections to my insurance. Pretty frustrating experience for me. Until I saw the card left on my truck. I thought it wouldn t hurt if I just checked it out. I talked with Sean and arranged it. All it took was two weeks and two days to work this out even with the line moving fast. I m very happy with the results. Go see Sean!

Never a great time having to deal with hail damage, but The Hail Shop were fantastic to work with! Hood and roof of my car looked brand spanking new! I did have a slight issue with my trunk lid, but Sean dropped everything to help get it sorted with a couple techs (sorry, I don't recall your names too). Seriously top-notch service!

Super great experience. Everything was handled very smoothly, communication was great. Sean came out to our place for the initial consult and we also got a free rental while the car was in the shop which only took a little more than a week! They worked directly with my insurance provider so i really didn't have to do anything. They fixed my car up and also gave her a wash before returning to me. Great experience would definitely recommend and use again!

Had received an assessment from both my car insurance company and another shop. The other shop had quoted way more than what insurance was going to pay. Heath was able to survey my car to assess if a supplemental was required and kept the process simple and efficient. Honestly, I was skeptical about getting my truck fixed after a storm. But Heath, literally took the stress out of my life and assured me of everything. I hated the thought of my vehicle getting fixed but Heath was literally one of the best human to work with. Totally understandable with my needs. Plus the work on my GMC was perfect. The dude was absolute with honesty delivery. Highly recommended

Heath and his AMAZING staff went above and beyond and THEN SOME to get both mine and my daughter s cars hail damage repaired. Both cars look SO awesome with no evidence there was ever any hail damage. You simply cannot choose a better hail damage repair shop. Please choose The Hail Shop for your hail repairs. You will not be sorry you did!!!
