Very low quality job and customers support. This company replaced my window and the job was done awful. Window doesn t stick to the seal anymore, there s a gap there, water comes inside and I can hear wind blowing there. Also the job wasn t done clean at all. Glue is everywhere - on the glass and plastic. I called a few times and asked them to fix, and I only heard that they will call me back and every time no one called back. Would never recommend this company. I attached pictures of how their job and how it was originally there and you can compare and see what a mess they did

The first time I came here, I was impressed. The service was excellent, everything was done in a timely matter. The second time I came for another vehicle, total opposite. We were scheduled for 2pm and at 3pm our car hadn t even been taken back. No communication regarding the longer wait times. We ended up leaving and not getting any type of service, unfortunately, the person in front just stated they were busy. Most of the people waiting had already been there for at least a hour I know of, but were there before we were. It s poor service to schedule an appointment and be over a hour late for it. Especially with zero communication.

this place is very unprofessional. my dad called two days in advance asking for quotas and was given the price of $280. it s also important to mention we drove over an hour to get to the establishment. once we got there they gave us two different prices. one being $310 in cash and $330 if i were to pay with a card (this was never mentioned in my phone call). we communicated the fact that i was already given a $280 price. the lady said that was impossible because the price of my windshield is too expensive for that price. regardless if the piece is truly a more expensive price, that s not my fault. i was given a price from the get go which is why i drove over an hour to their establishment. the woman did not care and did not make an effort to solve the problem or come up with a solution where everyone was content. this was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.

These guys are OUTSTANDING! TOP SHELF auto glass service! An auto mechanic at Quality First refused to install the hinges for the hatch window in my SUV. After I called several auto glass places, I was told the same thing - to take my vehicle to an auto body place. After speaking with my friend, she suggested Tavos. I drove there, which is 2 blocks away from my home. I showed them what needed to be done. I had the parts, they took my vehicle into their bay, replaced the rotted hinges with the new ones. They did it in less than an hour and didn't break the glass. I hope all the auto glass places and Quality First read this post. It clearly shows how incapable and incompetent the other places are. TAVOS is the BEST auto glass place in the Denver area, and they have a comfortable and clean waiting area.

9.5/10 experience.they replaced my passenger window after someone broke into my car. what i liked the most is that they even cleaned up the broken glass that was there and hit me with a nice vacuum which i didn t expect.low cost, i will say they initially asked for a price a bit higher than quoted ( it was still the best price i was quoted after calling about 20 shops). but i reminded them so it was alright. just be sure to confirm your price at every step of the way

Really disappointed with the service. They changed my windshield and didn't put my moisture sensor back it's been 3 months and they still haven't resolved the issue

Received a $190 quote to replace windshield...was charged $250, which I refuted & provided proof of written $230 quote...receptionist said she'd correct amount to $238. Give them a rate of 1 star it's about having honest business practices. If you need to charge an additional $35-$50 to keep your business profitable then quote that up front, don't try to get my business with a low ball quote and then upcharge me after I'm committed!

Cheapest, quality job well done... Schedule an appointment & plan an hour. Also, take off the tape after 48hrs (they may not tell you).

Went in to replace a cracked windshield. I cut myself pretty bad thinking I was picking up lint on my floor in the back seat because I'm an uber driver. So I keep my car very clean. And ended up with glass in the tip of my finger. Took quite a while to stop the bleeding. And streaked up the windshield trying to clean it. Kind of disappointed.

Friendly and quick turnaround! We were able to get an appointment the next day. They quoted me an hour when I arrived and they finished within that hour. We have rust issues and we really needed a new windshield. They were helpful and price was affordable. Thank you!!

Really bad . I give them my Vin numberAnd They installed a wrong windshield for my mazda 2018 It comes with sensors and display. Now I see doble numbers .They didn't want to change itIt's not worth it , don't come to this place

Horrible at scheduling and keeping to time. I had tried patiently multiple times to work with them around my work schedule and they couldn t accommodate. To each your own. It didn t work for me

They drive your car through a back lot that has huge pot holes they placed the window in such a way that you can't see the Vin anymore they also messed up the lock cylinder on my ignition they pulled key out when it was in accessory mode do not got to this ghetto place you will regret it in my eyes they owe me 500$ and a new window because it's not set correctly

This Company does not honor quotes for work, has no customer service skills and is unreliable. I must say I have used this company for years, nearly a decade for one reason, cheap prices. In fact, I order 3 to 9 windshields at a time. The trade off is they are very unreliable, they will blow off appointments, they are uncooperative and the work is barley acceptable. They break parts and say they will fix them but they don't. They forget to replace hardware, they put wipers on crooked and they stand on your newly detailed seats with dirty shoes. God Forbid if you have a warranty issue, good luck getting them to fix it. But you get cheap glass. Recently after blowing off three appointments in a row, carlos, a sales rep, told me one of my 6 windshields would be free due to the issues. They did not honor that agreement and when they showed up they billed me the full amount. After calling the manager because the installer spoke no English, she told me she could not honor what Carlos had promised. Then she threatened to remove the windshield. I had to ask them to leave before I called the police. Long story short I am not going to use the company ever again. I will pay the 10 or 20 dollars more from another respectable company. I would highly suggest you do the same.

Horrible sirvice today I got in my car and there was glass everywhere on my driver seat to the passenger seat, regardless I was upset the response I got from John the installer was un real guy says he's professional but yet can't finish a job! Yes my windshield was broke from the airbag on the passenger side there was not glass all over my car very unprofessional and I am not happy at all! He was already trying to cut corners saying my stock trim won't go back on and I refused I told him they where fine real professional man!

Very fair. I showed up at about 9:30A. The mechanic did a quick listen and determined I needed a new regulator for my window. I drove to Auto Zone to pick up the part and the gentleman had it completed by 11:15A. $80 for labor, $60 for the part. Definitely recommend these guys!

They don t even deserve one star. They replaced the windshield and they were supposed to also replace the seal on my 1985 GMC Sierra. They had to come out three times because they couldn t remember to bring the seal. The last time they were out they forgot it again but this time they thought they could clean up the 30 YEAR OLD seal and put it back on telling us it was the new one. IT STILL LEAKS! We called three times about it and sent pictures because they charged for the new seal. They keep telling us we will get a refund. It s been months now and I don t expect to see it. They were also late every time and even tried showing up at 11 pm when the appointment was at 6. As you can see from the pictures, the rust streaking on the seal is the original one and leaks from three spots. SAVE YOURSELF and go to a real business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The service and their work is excellent, they are very friendly and they gave me an AMAZING PRICE!They delay in arriving when it is home service, but that is reasonable (traffic, weather, etc...), they call to tell what time as the technician arrives (they also speak Spanish).By the way all the autoglass that I have bought are of first quality. EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECTS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Do not use this company. They refused to warranty a side glass that cracked from the Bolton after they installed it. This was the second time they had messed up an installation. We have been trying to schedule an appointment for them to replace our car window. The first time they reschedule it was because of bad weather (understandable) they said they will come Friday on that week. Friday came they never should up. I call seeing they haven t come. All I was told was we will calll you back in 5 minutes yet no call. So I called Saturday to see what happens they said they wanted to see if they can do an exception income on Saturday. They will give me a yeah they never did. Today June 26 i called again they said they will set up a schedule for Tuesday June 27 and they will give me a call. My last Call was done June 26th at 4pm to see what happened if they can come June 27. I was told that that under schedule I was penciled in for June 26 in the morning yeah I was home all day and nobody shut up. End short they have poor communication skills, and time management. You have better luck booking with someone else.

No show, they never showed up for my appointment. I called and contacted them through the chat at some foreign country phone answering service. No one cares, took off work, cost me money they finally called back three hours and 15 minutes past my appointment time and asked if I d like to reschedule, so many other people had similar problems with this company. They ll probably send out some generic excuse like most of them are.

I needed a windshield replaced for an upcoming road trip and Tavo's was able to fit me into their Saturday schedule and get me driving safely before my trip.
