I have used Jeffrey twice now to replace parts on my 2015 forester. He is quick, does a great job of explaining what needs to be fixed and why, and his prices cannot be beat! Very happy with his work.

Super easy to work with and excellent communication! Jeffrey was able to turn my Outback around in a day which we weren t even expecting. Very thankful to know someone so specialized who knows what he s doing! Reasonably priced but what s more important is the peace of mind knowing Subarus are his thing.

Jeffrey is the Subaru Guru, he changed the transmission oil in my 2010 legacy. He showed me things that would need some attention in the future and was spot on with a transmission solenoid diagnosis. I would recommend The Subie Fix to anyone within an hour and a half of the place. Very knowledgeable, fair price, and uses OEM parts.

Jeffrey was fantastic - he was able to recognize that I needed to fix my CVT transmission and then walked me through the process and cost of the fix. He was incredibly transparent on pricing and was very quick and communicative throughout the process.

After calling a bunch of other subie shops in the area who were all booked out at least a few days, Jeffrey was able to take a look at my forester 15 minutes after I called. He did a very thorough inspection of the front end of my car, and was super nice about answering all my questions. After taking my car to 4 other shops over the course of a few months, I FINALLY feel like I have a good understanding of the work that needs to be done. The price estimates he gave me were super reasonable and a couple hundred dollars less than other subie shops in the area. I highly recommend!

Wow oh wow! Jeffery with Subie Fix truly does know his way around a Subaru. He is honest, affordable, timely, and I wouldn t trust anyone else with our cars. If a light on the dashboard comes on, I know it will be taken care of that same week! Had a check engine pop up on Tuesday July 11th and gave Subie Fix a call. Explained what happened and Jeffrey was very cool with explaining everything to me and got me in on July 13th. When I arrived he was a super awesome guy! Explained why it happened and what it meant and really took care of me and helped me. Talked while he addressed the issue and he is VERY knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Everything he was doing/looking at, he would show me or take pictures. Anywhere else I tried calling it was going to take them about 2 weeks to get me in. With Subie Fix everything was quick and smooth. WILL DEFINITELY be going back to Subie Fix for anything I need related to the car. Very glad Jeffrey gave me a few business cards. Will definitely be handing them out to the people I know who own Subarus. Also, COULD NOT BEAT THE PRICE HE GAVE ME. Most places wanted to charge me way more just to find out what the issue itself was.Just overall a great experience and will be returning in the future.

My 2012 Subaru Forester was in need of some serious care and maintenance - my dashboard looked like pinball machine with all of the lights on. I had inspection reports from the dealership and other independent garages before I went to see Jeffrey. Not only did Jeffrey find and fix other issues that the other places did not see but he also properly fixed some issues that the other places misdiagnosed. It was a pleasure working with Jeffrey - he was super responsive and fully explained everything in terms of the work and cost before he did anything. I have already recommended Jeffrey to my other Subaru friends and I will use him for all of my future Subaru needs. Cannot recommend The Subie Fix enough. Jeffrey is super knowledgeable and straight forward. He has worked on my 98 Legacy multiple times and I will definitely be bringing it back whenever it needs work. My car has never run better. Just WOW, my first experience having my car fixed and I think I couldn t have fallen on a better person. Jeff is amazing at keeping you updated along the journey while also making a beginner (like me) actually understand the issues. On top of that a more than fair price, maybe the best prices in the area! Also it s just amazing to allow our locals work on our cars and not corporations, so this is the guy you want!

Jeffrey is the best Subaru specialist.My car had a very unique grinding (binding) sound when turning sharp corners, only when running after 15 minutes or longer drives.I had my 03 Forester MT diagnosed before with other general mechanic and said my wheel bearings where bad actually that had nothing to do with that noise, it was actually my center diff.Great to have someone like Jeffrey who avoided me of spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily and not fixing the actual issue.Finally my car is running great!Service: Transmission

On my seven hour drive to Denver my wrx threw a check engine light and started chugging through gas, I also experienced some power loss. I was only in town for the weekend and so I called the subie fix to see if I could get my issue diagnosed. Jeffery was able to squeeze me in on Monday before I left town. He not only diagnosed and fixed the cause of the check engine light but also pointed out other issues for me to look at when I got back to Kansas. Jeffery is very knowledgeable and quick with his work. If I ever break down in Denver again I know to call the subie fix!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Jeffrey is my new go-to Subie mechanic. I had previously taken my car in for a standard service at Schomp where they wanted to charge me nearly $200 to simply inspect a potential CVT issue as well as charge me close to $500 to replace my spark plugs.I called Jeffrey who squeezed me in the same day to do an inspection on my CVT and received a diagnosis within an hour and saved more than $150 from what Schomp would have charged me. We made a future appointment and I had my CVT fluid flushed, transmission pan resealed, and spark plugs replaced for over $200 less than Schomp was trying to charge me for just the spark plugs!Jeffrey is a flexible with scheduling, highly knowledgeable, personable, and a hard-working entrepreneur. He was happy to answer any questions that I had and did so in a clear and concise manner (and I had a lot of questions!)I will add that I did have to order my own parts, which was initially daunting since I don t know anything, however Jeffrey was quick to respond over text to specify which parts I needed as well as recommendations for businesses to order them from.All in all, it s an easy 5/5 stars for Jeffrey.

I got my first wrx about 3 years or so ago, wasn't a very lucky one if you know what I'm saying coming into the subie world but Jeffery was really cool and very helpful when I needed a trusting hand on it. Blew it up maybe a year into having the car, Jeffrey got me in quick and I got myself a built block, did all the work, turn around time was a lot quicker than I would expect from any big job as such. Shredded my heads and built block not too long after haha, silly mistakes lessons learned. Got me in, got freshly built block, he built my heads from scratch, and again turn around time was quick, car has ran like a champ since then making around 330hp on stock turbo and fuel, full bolt ons that he helped with as well. He has helped and also taught me a lot along the way with any issues I've ever had with the car. In all 100% honesty, I wouldn't let another soul touch my car but my brother man Jeffery. Would recommend him to anyone hands down. Big job or small job he'll get you taken care of forsure.

Highly recommended. He fit me in at the last minute, diagnosed the faulty wheel bearing, price checked parts and had everything done in less than 24 hours. Jeffrey is an absolute pro.

Sold Jeff a Subaru Outback years ago. He knew more about Subarus than I do about breaking cars and buddy that s a lot. When the motor in my Forrester failed I gave Jeff at the Subie Fix a call to install a replacement engine. I m telling you, you re done looking for your new Subaru mechanic.
