Words cannot describe the graciousness and willingness to assist of Mark at Stu Ritter Mercedes. In terms of kindness and authenticity, he is truly a cut above the rest. Great service, great prices, and I strongly recommend him to anyone. Will be visiting again for sure.

You cannot beat Stu Ritter for service on a classic Mercedes. They know everything there is to know about them and somehow manages to provide service without breaking the bank. Every time I am there, I grab a handful of business cards as people will ask me where I get my car worked on in Denver. On time, totally fair prices, and completely knowledgeable about these beauties.

I've taken my last two Mercedes wagons to Mark for the last 10 years plus. He maintains them, fixes them and takes great pains to diagnose and repair unique problems. Mark is friendly, knowledgable, humble and the kind of person that helps reduce the anxiety and inconvenience associated with vehicle maintenance.

After taking my Mercedes to a dealship for service that I personally couldn't do and feeling ripped off, I decided to try an independent mechanic. I brought my car to Mark at Stu Ritter and was amazed at the honesty and integrity in the shop he owns/runs that I haven't even thought about venturing elsewhere in the last 6-7 years I have been taking my car to him. There have been several times he could have created a large bill for me and believed him, like "can you look at the brakes while you are at it? I can't remember the last time they were changed". I can say all of the times I asked him to check something out, it ended up not being needed. I say this as someone who usually works on my own car, but feel that Mark's very reasonable fees are worth paying him to do the work instead of dealing with the problem myself. I never thought I would say "I trust a mechanic", but I do Mark and stongly recommend him to anyone.

This man knows his stuff. He usually doesn't work on g wagons, but took on my om617 swap. Tune up and she is running great. First visit there, there was a gullwing, yes a gullwing. Second visit there was a 1956 300sl. If he is trusted with 4 million between 2 cars, he can be trusted with yours .
