Misty was great to work with, she's knowledgable and explained everything perfectly.Took the Subaru in with a bit of a laundry list of things needed done.They got me in the same day, had a video inspection sent to me within an hour. Called with pricing on all services and repairs, with estimates on how long it'd take. They stayed right within time window given, and received my vehicle back ready for the road.Glad to have a shop I'll always use!

Been a repeat customer of Strictly Automotive for many years. They are the most skilled and honest auto shop I have dealt with. We have always been satisfied with their customer service as well. Strictly Automotive has helped us keep a few different cars in tip top shape and we trust them so much we even bought two cars from them. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this shop and we highly recommend them to friends and family.

This place is outstanding! I will literally never take my care anywhere else. I had a complicated situation with insurance and Missy and the whole team were excellent at communicating, explaining my options, following up, and generally giving me better customer service than I ever thought possible from an auto shop. I've always had a hard time trusting other shops but they are just so transparent here and extremely helpful. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I've taken my cars here for the past decade, they are thorough, communicative, and do not upsell, in fact in one instance where a service bulletin might have gotten me a better deal on a part that has failed, they let me know and recommended I reach out to a dealership. Proud and pleased this is my neighborhood auto shop!

They are so efficient, thorough and have excellent customer service. They are very respectful of scheduling and time, always have my vehicle done when they estimate; they re like clockwork. I ve always had a positive experience here w my old Subaru and have been blown away the time they still manage to take with any concerns I have!

$1500 to replace a power steering pump. $90 down the drain for an inspection that I told them what needed fixed. I knew when they advised me to rotate my tires that have less than 50 miles on them they were out to rob me...they either didn't want to fix it or are just that much of a rip off. Yes $1500 for just the power steering pump. Over $800 to fix the radiator hoses and $239 for a $13 serpentine belt. Yeah no wonder they could get me right in.....but hey $40 for a pulley puller and $150 for a pump did it myself thanks Strictly!

I have had my vehicles serviced by Strictly Automotive for many years. They do a great job and also offer a warranty on many repairs. Misty is very knowledgeable and always keeps me updated when I m having repairs done. I trust the business and I have referred friends there.

Strictly automotive was able to get me in within 24 hours when all other repair shops I called had 1.5-2 week wait times! They re always so kind on the phone, upfront and very fair pricing and do quality work! Thanks for always being there for me and my car in times of need!

This shop is extremely good at scamming people. They gave me a diagnosis of my vehicle I brought in for a checkup with rather bogus stuff. For a shop that has been in business as long as they have I m surprised. They tried using clever emotional tactics to sway you in leaving your car with them so they can charge you more money. No quotes or prices were given after the initial diagnosis fyi which is standard practice at a reputable shop.I also have evidence they tampered with my vehicle to make it run poorly. Clearly they denied any wrongdoing.Long story short don t waste your time here. If you are a lawyer please feel free to reach out as I m considering litigation

Excellent auto shop! I ve been bringing my cars here for 15+ years. They are always extremely helpful, trustworthy and reliable. They helped me sort out some issues with my warranty and saved me a lot of money on a major repair.

Brought my car in for an oil leak - Misty was extremely helpful with my situation. It was a bad oil change from another shop and she facilitated with them and made sure no further damage was done. She clearly went out of her way to help me and was not wrongfully charged for anything. Refreshing to find an honest, genuine auto shop. 5 stars, bring your car here!

It is so nice knowing that SA is professional and trustworthy. We dropped our car off for repairs and had a personal emergency, but we re not stressed because we trusted SA. Can t say enough good things about the team.

The name is under my fianc� s name.Such a scammy shop with stupid people working in it. You will never regret avoiding this shop. Just listen to a person who been in this industry for +10 years. Telling people lies and untruthful things is very unfair because you re wasting out money. Worst experience ever.

Knowledgeable, fair and trustworthy!Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable with everything they do. Extremely fair with clients and help you figure out a plan to take care of you car from present issues that need to be handled immediately and help you plan for future maintenance and repairs to prolong the life of your car. I trust them tremendously and will not go anywhere but Strictly Automotive. Everyone knows what they are doing. Not one dummy in the bunch. If you don t use them you re at risk. Strickly Automotive is the way to go.A year later and I still love these guys. Excellent service! Knowledgeable staff! Friendly and professional. I recently had an issue with my front end so I took my Subaru to a Firestone store to get my tires balanced and rotated. The problem was not solved so after someone recommended this place I decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did! They told me that my tires were directional and that someone put them on backwards and the balance was off! After fixing that they test drove it but it still had a vibration at 60mph+ so they put it back on the lift and then did an alignment. After another test drive the problem was solved! I'm very impressed with their service and the quality of the mechanics!

I've been coming to Strictly Automotive for several years. It is convenient for me as I volunteer at Maxfund, right nearby. I can drop off my car early in the morning, do my volunteer gig, and pick up my car in about 5 hours. They have taken great care of my car every time. They communicate as what my car needs and when it will be ready. They are honest, professional, provide great service for my car, and always keep me informed as what my car needs in the future. The team is the best!! I have recommended them to so many people.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Bought my Subaru from them for a fair price. Spent about $4000 after I bought it with vehicle repairs at their shop. My last repair I was charged $900 for new spark plugs and to remove corrosion and spark plug "fluid". My vehicle broke down a block after I got it back to find out they did 0 work. The owner did nothing but offer to fix the same problem again for $800 instead of $900! They do not care about the customer. Go somewhere else

The ladies in the front office went above and beyond in helping us. Our car broke down on our last day of vacation, I called strictly automotive and they were able to help us out. They fought my warranty company tooth and nail to get my parts under warranty covered and us on the road as quickly as possible. They re amazing. I would recommend them to everyone. Once you find the right mechanic its hard to justify going anywhere else. I have been going here for some time now after jumping around from dishonest mechanic to dishonest mechanic. Strictly has been nothing but up front and honest with me from the get go. They take detailed notes and let you know exactly what is wrong with you car, from minor to major issues on every visit.Most recently I had been having misfire issues with my vehicle that no other place in town to diagnose, including the dealership. Once at strictly they ran extensive testing to find out the seal on my head gasket just needed to be resurfaced. They were fast, experienced and honest. They charge a little more than the other mechanics in town but if you care about your car, they do to and it is absolutely worth it.Another great note is they know how to present things to warranty company's. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect my warranty to pay for all this but the way they presented it made them.I cant rave enough about these folks and I recommend them to everyone. If you care about your car take them to the real mechanics over at Strictly. Amazing service! I called for a tire fix and they got me in the next day while everywhere else was giving me 4 days minimum wait time. They were able to fix and provide great care for my car. Plus, they have pretty good prices.

Nice enough people, but seriously over quoted me on service. Maintenance hours quoted for same job were less than half elsewhere. Maybe they thought I wasn t a car guy or just tend to over quote in general but not likely to return unless I break down out front.Lowering my rating after the rude reply here: I wasn t looking to get anything for free and ended up paying a higher hourly rate to have the work done because the other business was honest and upfront.The issue is that you quoted me twice as many hours as the job required and tried to add on unnecessary additional service. The other mechanic said there was absolutely no reason to replace the radiator hoses that you described as soft .

These folks are the best! I needed my car to get its winter tires put on in order to get out to the mountains to see my family for thanksgiving. I was working all day Wednesday and was bad at communicating so I missed my chance to let them know I needed an after hours pickup. After a brief panic, I was able to get in touch with Kate. Herself and another employee who was well into their drive home both turned around and reopened the shop so I could have my vehicle for the weekend and see my mom and dad for the holiday! Made my my mother s week, so grateful for such top notch customer service, truly above and beyond, I will absolutely be back with any other needs my truck has.Service: Tires

I have NEVER trusted an automotive company and I trust Strictly Automotive immensely. The PDF's they send over are thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. I think my car will last longer bc i take it here rather than other places.

Excellent Shop, Know their stuff, and Back their Work!I ve been a customer at Strictly Automotive for almost three years and I am still impressed at how well everything is done there. The level of service and expertise is the best I have ever experienced.Misty and Shelby are superb in their jobs as service writers. They ask the right questions, listen to you, and I usually leave knowing more myself!I have a high mileage Ford F-150 that s a keeper, so I want solid, dependable care for it. Get second opinions on any work proposed. We have received multiple bogus recommendations from this shop. Also just discovered we now have ANOTHER cross-threaded lug nut from these guys. That makes 3. You're out! Summary- I don't recommend Strictly Automotive. Their prices are excessively expensive, which means their inspection/recommendations can only be described as "predatory". You will pay several times more than other shops would charge for services you probably don't need. They will create problems that didn't exist before. Shop around, find someone honest.Details- I was in Denver on a short vacation. The first night in the city my rear brakes started grinding. I chose Strictly Automotive based on proximity combined with positive Google reviews, which was a mistake. It was $800+ for rotors and brakes on a single axle (more than 3X what I expected). I was on vacation and had no time to shop around/do the work myself, so I had them do the work.They recommended that I replace the serpentine belt stating that it was worn/cracked. The belt looked fine in the picture they sent me, probably because this belt had been replaced under two years prior when the timing belt/water pump was replaced. I couldn't risk being stuck on the road so I had them do the work and was severely overcharged again ($150+).They stuck my car hood prop DOWN INTO THE ENGINE. If I had driven more than a mile or so before stopping to check their work, it might have damaged my radiator fans. This alone would be enough to make sure I never take my vehicle there again.They recommended that I rotate my tires and wanted to charge $47. They had the wheels off already for the inspection. Most other shops would have rotated the tires as a courtesy. I declined.They recommended that I replace a burnt out brake bulb and wanted to charge $47. This part costs a few dollars and takes less than five minutes to replace. I declined.They recommended that I replace my air filter. By this time the rep had likely realized that I wasn't interested in overpaying for unnecessary services, so I never received a price for this service. The picture they sent me showed that my filter definitely needed to be replaced. I declined and replaced it myself for a fraction of whatever they would have charged me. It's worth noting that whoever reassembled my airbox tightened three of the bolts down so hard that the phillips head threads stripped when trying to use a screwdriver to loosen them. I had to use a socket to loosen three of the bolts, but one of them was already completely loose... they just hadn't bothered to tighten it at all. I'm not sure if they were being malicious or were just incompetent, but it was unacceptable either way.They recommended that I replace my radiator because they found "blue calcium" on top. The shop had no way of knowing that I had replaced the OEM radiator when I purchased the vehicle. I knew for a fact that the "blue calcium" was just coolant that had been spilled during the replacement and I never bothered to clean it off. The rep INSISTED that my radiator was leaking, that I needed to replace it. She said that it "was empty" when they looked at it, which was an outright lie. The invoice states that they topped off my overflow tank. I decided it was worth keeping an eye on it, just in case... I'm glad I did because they overfilled my overflow tank. Who knows what sort of insane price they would have put on replacing the radiator, but it would have been 100% unnecessary. I highly doubt that the coolant they put in my overflow was the proprietary blue Honda coolant, so I'm going to flush the system soon. Thanks for creating a problem where there wasn't one before!The inspection also included a photo of one of my front shocks/struts, which was dirty, and stated that they were "weeping a lot". The inspection also noted that my vehicle was riding well. I never received a recommendation for my shocks/struts, but I guess it's really hard to recommend replacement of shocks/struts when the vehicle rides comfortably.Again, take your vehicle somewhere else to save yourself a lot of money and prevent the issues they might create for you.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes
