After purchasing our first Mercedes from out of state we took it to Star Tech. My neighbor recommended this place. We are so pleased with the service, the recommendations of work needed to be done. The place very clean, pleasant and organized. Everyone is knowledgably and friendly. Sandor explained everything on the diagnostic report and done only the necessary repairs. He is very honest. Easy to make appointment with Maria who provides excellent customer service. This is the only place we will take our car in the future.

Chris demonstrated great expertise working on my '07 NCV3 Sprinter and solved a very challenging problem. Sandor provides top notch customer service that is unheard of in this industry. If you are in the Denver area and need Sprinter service look no further than Star Tech. ==> Happy customer that drove 2 1/2 hours to find these guys.

We took our Mercedes in for a large service and the experience was absolutely amazing. The service tech was straightforward about what was needed and the level of priority. They didn t try to upsell us on anything. The service tech was also extremely helpful in telling us what we could do to potentially avoid problems down the road. They performed all the services and the price came in under what they quoted. We will definitely continue to take both our Mercedes to them. Hands down the best car service experience I have ever had.

Sandor and his team at Star Tech were awesome to work with. This was my first time taking my car to them and they were incredibly thorough, patient, and professional. Star Tech will be my first phone call anytime I need to have my Mercedes repaired/serviced.I highly recommend them.

We were travelling in our RV which has a Sprinter 3500 chassis . Our check engine light came on and we stalled several times on the highway. We tried desperately to get an appointment at Mercedes but they would not see us and we re booked 1 month out. Mercedes of Denver referred us to this Angel. Sandor took me in the next day even though he was fully booked . Resolved all the codes and set us back on our way . The service was outstanding and he was inexpensive . If I lived in Denver without a doubt he would be my man. Thank you and bless you Sandor and your team.

Sandor, Maria and the Star Tech team did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the transmission on my 1994 w140. Great communication, fast service, very reasonably priced. I couldn t be more pleased. I live 100 miles away and will only take my vehicles to the Startech team from now on. I wish I would have found them sooner! Star Tach MB service is among the best. I had my GL 550 serviced here and I was able to get in and out in record time. I would had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment elsewhere. The mechanics are thorough and they explained the work in detail with pictures and videos. The work is excellent and pricing is fair. I Highly recommended for older and newer MB cars.

What ever Mr. Sandor Says, you Can rest assured Its The Best Thing For Your Car. He is A Wizard With Vintage Mercedes. He Cares for them like they are his. If someone tells you it can't be done, check with him. He saves my car, and makes it better.I believe he is Fair, because he always thinks about what it;s costing you, and makes you feel comfortable. I'm just glad that I found him. I will never take my 1994 sL 500 to anyone else.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Yesterday was my first visit to Startech Mercedes. It definitely won't be my last. I brought my wagon there for a brake pad change and, after confirming the pads needed replacing, got me in and out in less than three hours. They are reasonably priced, responsive and careful - frankly all the things I've never found at a dealership.

Took my 2016 Sprinter here for a simple 60K transmission fluid flush and filter replacement. When it was ready I asked about the condition of the fluid and filter. At this point they told me they didn't change the filter. They argued that somehow a fluid flush preempted the need for a filter replacement. Not according to Mercedes, or any reasonable mechanic. The owner said that if I wasn't happy then they would make it right. They called the next day with a new quote for additional work... and additional charges. This also cost me another trip to their shop and an additional 3 hours of waiting time. When they were done I looked underneath the van to see transmission fluid dripping from the pan and cross-members. Not sure yet if it's leaking or whether they just don't clean up after themselves, but I'm done dealing with them. There are a number of other red flags. They have a prominent sign in the lobby that states they only use OEM parts and materials, yet the filter, gasket, and fluids I received were all after-market. They cleaned the transmission pan with paper towels (not a best practice). They did not torque the fasteners on the transmission pan - which could be why it appears to leak. I expected better quality work and customer service given their high rating on Google. Probably most customers don't question what was done or inspect that it was done properly. When you have an experience with an independent shop that makes you wish you had gone to the dealer instead... that's not a good thing. I will not be coming back.

Excellent service on my heavily modified Sprinter camper van. I took it in for an oil change and they found a sheared off bolt on the rear aftermarket suspension. It was not an easy fix, but they got it taken care of.Will highly recommend to everyone else in the Denver area for service on their Revel or Storyteller.

Very fast service. I was so thankful they squeezed me on the same day. I really felt comfortable with everything after they took the time to show me the problems. This was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had taking my car to a shop.

Wires got crossed and a service I had expected to be performed by 11AM the next day was not done. Maria and Star Tech made it right. Sometimes things happen in business that aren t to the satisfaction of the customer, I can tell you that Star Tech is an upstanding business who will do the right thing in that rare instance. I will continue to take my MB cars to Star Tech for as long as I own them. 5 stars.

Had an issue with my sprinter van. He was able to find that it was covered under a recall at no cost to me. He called a dealer and got everything setup for me. Great guy.

A friend of mine recommended this shop and said they were top-notch! The experience I had with them was absolutely awesome! After receiving a bad diagnosis from Mercedes of Denver, they were able to quickly identify the issue and fix it at a more than reasonable rate. I asked for an alignment, but they tested it and determined that it wasn't necessary, charging me less than the quoted price. That alone earned my continued business from now on.It's hard to find professionalism, honesty, speed, and reasonable pricing in any repair shop, let alone one that specializes in luxury brands.Service: Electrical repair

They operated on my 2017 C300 coupe and they did a wonderful job, The communication and explanation of the work was top notch. The cost was good but the service justified it. Sandor is very honest and friendly as well. I am so happy to find a Mercedes tech that would take care of my car. The dealership will try to rob you while star tech will save you money.Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection

Highly professional and a great service experience. They'll look at your car's service record and tell you what they recommend based on your entire service history, but they are friendly and flexible and won't force an upsell on you if you don't want it. In fact they will point out the things that come out in the diagnostic as recommended by Mercedes, but they think is not at all necessary. Overall feels like a very honest business at a fair cost. The lady at the front was very nice. Lee the service manager did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process with one on one communication. He was able to properly identify the trouble and get the parts the same day. Sandor is very professional and personable. Sandor and his staff will take care of your vehicle and provide detailed information about what will be done and the price. His prices are very reasonable. This place has been around for over 23 years. That does not happen by accident. It is a privately owned family run business that offers the highest of class in professional service. It is not often that you find a company in which the owner is the service manager and fully transparent in regards to all service. No surprise charges, no hard selling, no high pressure upselling. Just good old fashioned courtesy and relationship building. I am so glad to have found Star Tech and will be bringing my Mercedes here for all future scheduled maintenance. Sandor, Maria, and their staff are terrific. I've used Star Tech for years now, and never had a single problem. In fact, they go above and beyond with regard to customer service and satisfaction, and the pricing is excellent when compared to any Mercedes dealer. I've had a variety of Mercedes serviced there, including my SL600, my AMG sedan, a C300, and others. Never have had any complaint- - - they even accommodated my schedule when I mistakenly forgot my last appointment entirely, but were able to work me into the schedule so that my car was ready to roll out of Denver on a long trip, on time for me to leave. Sandor and Chris (specialized Sprinter mechanic) were absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond so often that I guess one realizes this is just how they do business at Star Tech! My 2006 ML350 auxiliary battery malfunction warning light came on. Found this strange as 700 miles ago a new starter battery was replaced by a local Mercedes dealership with a 140 point inspection.. Unfortunately that service technician didn't replace at the same time the auxiliary battery 16 yrs old, beyond it's yrs. Came to Star Tech to remedy the malfunction warning & an electrical issue. The service was done with professional communication & very detailed work as the starter battery wasn't properly locked in position with braces by the dealership. Sandor, the owner & staff gave me confidence that for an owner of 3 Mercedes, this is my new home for all needed services. Their honesty & integrity meant a great deal to me as someone who cares greatly about his autos. Without hesitation, I highly recommend you visit Star Tech and come home as happy as I am today.
