I had the best service at South Denver Automotive. I called on Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for the next Monday. Before any work was started, I received a phone call with the needed repairs and the total cost. The repairs were completed that same day! My car stops so smoothly now after the brake job. In addition to the great work, great customer service and the efficiency of the guys, I was given a ride back home then picked up as well since there were no loaner cars available. When time is of the essence, Sean and Nathaniel made things happen. In addition to their exceptional service, they recommended me to another service that they do not perform at their garage. Will not hesitate to return to South Denver Automotive. Thanks guys!

Had an amazing experience with South Denver Automotive. Long story short, I rode on a flat thinking I was close enough home to make it and right front wheel ripped apart and ripped up all the wiring/parts in my right wheel well. Some of these parts aren't sold and were hard for them to get, but they were able to do it and they let me use a loaner car while doing all the work on my car. Very nice people, incredible work, and I can't recommend them enough!!!!

As always, they stood by their work. Had an issue with some previously done repairs that needed another trip back to the shop. Took longer than expected but they finished the job. All covered on warranty, I had to only pay for a part. Total & complete honestly. I cannot say one thing negative about this garage. Good people. Simple.

I had a great experience with these guys after being disappointed with the service at the Jeep dealership. Excellent communication about costs and timelines, easy to review their list of recommended services online before I called back to discuss, and photos provided to back up their service recommendations. Oh, and they're friendly and quick! Thank you guys!

I got my car towed here based on their availability. Was told an estimate of when my car would be done, and it was spot on. They just asked for an extra morning to properly test my car. (Which is always appreciated.The biggest plus was them getting me in a temporary car to assist in my busy work day. I call them countless times for updates, and always kind and helpful on the phone.Pricing is standard, but service was far above average!

I brought my jeep in for a tapping noise that I couldn t figure out! Turn out it was front prop shaft going bad, while having them fix was out of my budget I set for it, I did swap it out myself and the noise was gone! So thank you for diagnosing that very annoying problem

This shop is fantastic. I was looking for something that was close and had availability. It was a last-minute decision, but they fixed my car same day and charged me a very affordable price. They won t charge you for anything unnecessary. Very willing to help. We also took my boyfriend s car in the following week and they finished that car within 24 hours of the drop off for again a very affordable price and they even docked off a couple hundred dollars. Again very helpful, very efficient and reliable service.

I was stretched thin on time, only having one day to look at a few used cars before my son could buy one for college. Nathaniel squeezed in inspections on three cars so we could test drive them all in one afternoon, compare them, and make a decision. His team's attention to detail helped my son take off his rose color glasses for the ones he really wanted but was riddled with issues. We found a solid truck that fit his budget and had the confidence to move forward with the purchase. After driving back to Utah, my son realized how solid the truck he bought was and was grateful to have avoided the other two cars. South Denver Auto was super professional, technical, and concise in their pre-purchase inspections, not to mention reasonable on their fees.

I called to schedule an oil change, and they were able to get me in right away before the New Year weekend. I needed transportation back home as I had an appointment for work to be done at my home that morning. They paid for a Lyft for me and provided free return transportation to pick up my car. The two gentlemen at the front counter were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the kindness and accommodation this shop showed me, and it will be my go-to automotive repair shop going forward. South Denver Automotive's customer service is unmatched. In particular, I'd love to highlight Nathanael and Louis. When my Ford Escape began shooting error codes for the second time in 6 months, I was faced with a challenging decision - repair it again or cut my losses and trade it in.Not only did Nathanael always approach our phone conversations with empathy and kindness, but he also was willing to provide me with his personal opinion about what to do (which was to hold off on repairs until after getting it appraised). Any business willing to lose potential revenue for the sake of what's best for the client is top tier. Nathanael's candor and honesty is why South Denver Automotive is the only auto repair shop I depend on.Last, but certainly not least, I'm so appreciative of Louis for driving me too and from the shop. He always took the time to understand what car issues I was dealing with and offer encouragement. Having transportation covered while I was carless removed a huge stressor. I strongly recommend South Denver Automotive to anyone in the Denver area seeking support with their vehicle(s). Five stars!

I needed a new tire. South Denver Automotive had the new tire on in a couple of hours the same day I dropped the car off.The service was fast and friendly. They really are the BEST!!!

I felt truly taken care of at South Denver Automotive. All of my questions were not left unanswered and I really appreciated the coffee that morning and my ride home, too. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and anyone who cares to listen!

My truck broke down on the interstate, I called South Denver Automotive and the recommended a towing company to bring to to thier shop. They were able to diagnose the problem the next day, and have the repairs completed the following day. Overall the price was reasonable, and they got my truck back on the road just before a big snow storm.

Nathaniel helped me out for a fraction of the cost of anywhere else I called with help on my headlights. Very straightforward with what was going on and what things would actually cost. Very friendly staff, and they gave me a coffee so very pleased with the experience!

I just want to say I've never had a good experience with auto shops, and I've worked with many, but this was the best experience i've ever had and i'm so grateful for South Denver Automotive and Nathaniel for taking care of me and my car. I had to get it towed there the same day (because it was stuck somewhere it would've been towed otherwise) and they were able to take it immediately (I was told by other places they couldn't even let me tow it in for another week). The tow came within 20 minutes of me calling. I was denied by 3 other shops who wouldn't touch my Fiat, and Nathaniel was eager to say he'd be willing to try. They put in immense effort to diagnose my car's issues and kept me updated. I was able to get my car the very next day! As a woman who often feels manipulated and taken advantage of by mechanics, Nathaniel did not even so much as make me feel dumb for asking questions, which is a common female experience. He was polite, friendly, and not pushy in anyway. I can't speak on prices, because car's are always expensive and I don't have other shops to compare it to within Colorado, but I don't have any inclination that they were unfair. I plan to use this place going forward :)

Nice employees. Helpful. But seemed expensive? $1373 for a new alternator and battery. But it was on an emergency basis and they did get me in and out on the same day.

The team gave me fast service, was up front about pricing, and kept me informed through the entire repair process via both photos and text description of their findings and what repairs would be necessary. To top it all off, I was out of town for work when the repairs were complete, and they drove my truck to my address for me since I was gone. At first I thought I d found my new mechanic, but I was wrong. $500 wrong.I took my 2016 car in to get something specific replaced. Fine.To my great shock, when I went to pick it up, he told me the part didn t need to be replaced (for a long time), and that s why dealerships are bad.The ethical thing would ve been to call the customer when you discovered the part was fine!!It s infuriating to borrow money to get something done, think you re trusting a new mechanic, only to find they think it s more important to teach you that dealerships are bad instead of stopping the work, calling me, and asking if I wanted to continue.- At least I EXPECT dealerships to overcharge and be unscrupulous, that s literally why I went to a different mechanic. He just proved he s just as bad. It s still lack of integrity.Plus, when I first went there to see about getting this done, he went out to look at my car. But when I went to pick it up, and asked why they still replaced a working part, he said they couldn t see the part without performing a scope so what then was he looking at??Nathanial seemed quite knowledgeable about cars, so it wasn't for lack of knowledge. Definite mistake on his part.Lack of integrity is why I will not return.PS. So it s not all negative, I liked that they offered a Lyft home within 5 miles. And I d taken my other car there to get oil changes for the past 15 years. But now there are new owners

This shop provides amazing customer service and quality repairs. I brought my 2002 Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change and mechanical inspection. The service agent kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. They were happy to explain the necessary repairs they identified and to help me prioritize the order in which I had them performed. I am very happy with their level of service and the staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Moved to Denver in May of this year from out of state, and and so glad I have found an auto shop that I can trust for anything from oil changes to the unexpected. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my partner out when it comes to taking care of our cars. Top notch service all around!

I needed a bunch of work done to keep my older car up and running for a long as possible, and I m really glad that I chose South Denver Automotive. The experience was great, start to finish. They assessed the issues and gave me an itemized estimate, prioritized by what s most important to keep my Rav on the road. Nathaniel is awesome, super personable and helpful. Special shout out to Robert, who was really kind and fixed the chain on my bike that was supposed to get me home from the car drop off. You guys are fantastic, thank you so much for everything!
