I spoke to Matt (manager) before heading to the dealership. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the hybrid Outlander and financing. We worked with Angel to lease an Outlander. He was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all, which is exactly what we wanted! Thanks to both of them!! We love our beautiful Outlander PHEV and all it's features!! This is our fourth Mitsubishi! We just gave our daughter our 18-year-old Mitsubishi Endeavor!! Great vehicles!

Came in with my husband for a new car but after being stereotyped, given blank stares at, looked up and down like we were at the wrong place Anthony came up to us, sold us a car and treated us great! So pleasant, easy going to work with as well as TJ in finances and Jordan. Thank you for making my visit, and purchasing another car great! Anthony, thank you for coming up to us when everyone else turned their backs and gave us dirty looks.

Angel and Jordan are fantabulous! I needed a car fast and they, along with the dealership worked with my poor credit and still got me financed! They literally stayed until 10pm when the deal was finalized and I had a ride. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Traded in my car at Skyline. Grandpa Dan was my sales Representative. Awesome guy. Great conversationalist. Very knowledgeable in Sales. He took the time to make sure I was informed on every step of the process. He and the team were able to work with my bad credit and give me finance options. I highly recommend seeing Dan and the team for your car needs. I'll definitely be going back in the future if I ever need to.

I would definitely recommend Skyline Mitsubishi. "Tommy" showed me where to park my car when I entered the parking lot. He was very courteous and friendly by shaking my hand and asked me how I was, he then offered to assist me with what I was looking for. I showed him a 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had found online. Tommy found the Jeep and we went for a test drive. When we returned I decided to see what we could negotiate to make a deal. Not only did he sell the Jeep he listened to me about what I wanted to accomplish! I brought the Jeep to surprise my younger son with his 1st vehicle so he would no longer have to share a vehicle with his brother or dad. My older son met me with his brother at Skyline Mitsubishi after I purchased the Jeep. Tommy went along with surprising my son by starting up the Jeep with the key fob while my boys were standing next to the vehicle. Thank you Tommy for sharing a special occasion in our lives and being a person who truly cares and loves their work by listening an making an honest sale.

The fastest more efficient car buying experience I ve ever had you know when you purchase a vehicle you re at the car lot all day that was not my experience with these guys. Alex and Dean were excellent. I stopped by to test drive a vehicle that I ve seen and ended up buying the vehicle. It took me less than three hours to walk into skyline, Mitsubishi and drive off the lot excellent service thank you all it was the most stressless car buying process I ve ever been through, and I would highly recommend you all to everyone that I know

I've been a customer of Skyline Mitsubishi for a few years. They have always had great customer service and taken good care of me and my car. I recently traded my 2018 Eclipse Cross in for the 2024 version. I LOVE this car! The 2018 was awesome (obviously since I bought another one!) and I'm very happy to now have the amazing 2024! Purchasing the car was quick and easy. My husband and I immensely enjoyed working with our salesperson Tommie and everyone else we encountered during the process was pleasant and helpful. Tommie was friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. He even assured me they would find a good home for my 2018 (I felt a bit guilty trading her in, like I was abandoning her. I've never felt like that trading in a car before?!! lol). I'm looking forward to many more years as a Skyline Mitsubishi customer... Thanks All!

For me, going to a dealership to buy a new car is about as fun as going to the dentist. That dread you feel, knowing you re going to spend half your day getting poked at and jerked around, and with varying results.This was not the case at Skyline Mitsubishi, especially working with Christoper Levasseur. Chris straightforwardness and knowledge of the car buying process was impressive and contributed to the best experience in my 30 years of purchasing vehicles.Timothy Mullin with Financing was also very detailed and friendly.I give Skyline Mitsubishi a well earned 5 Stars and will certainly keep them at the top of my list for my next vehicle as well as steer my friends their way for a great car buying experience!

I purchased my vehicle there, I was planning on buying my next vehicle there. I have been taking my car there to be serviced since I bought it. I paid for the service package which includes tire rotation. I had a leak in my front passenger tire that I forgot to mention to them when i took my vehicle in to be serviced. A few days passed and my sensor went off telling me I still had a leak IN THE SAME TIRE! THEY DID NOT ROTATE MY TIRES! I called them and the response I received was " you didn't pay for it that day" just because I PREPAID for my service don't mean I shouldn't receive what I paid for. Now I question if they have ever rotated my tires or even done an oil change on my car at all? I asked to be transferred to his boss, he refused to. I tried calling back to speak with someone else and was hung up on. I NO LONGER WILL BE PURCHASING MY NEXT VEHICLE HERE

I found this vehicle on the Internet Saturday morning filled out all the papers and shortly Chris give me a call on the phone. Within 30 minutes it was all set up and the date was set up for me to pick it up. I drove just short of 600 miles, signed a whole bunch of papers and then signed another bunch of papers and was ready to go home. In the meantime, Chris was very good in answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with everything about the pickup. Everyone at the dealership was quite cordial and very helpful. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Skyline if the occasion ever arose.

Took my car there to have an ignition put in and to get two new spark plugs. They couldn t find the spark plus so as the car sat there it was damaged. The car was almost stolen and had stuff taken from the car. Grant the manager said gave me two sets of keys which neither went to the car and couldn t find my actual keys. I was then told to get the car towed asap or pay $100 per day (back logged to the original date) "since i was asking questions about the damage". Furthermore my car would get impounded and crushed if I kept asking questions. Why is your manager allowed to try and bully people? Worst customer service by far. Plus cost what $1500 worth of damage due to their negligence. They never even locked the car when it was on their lot!!! Never use this place if you like your car.

Everyone at Skyline was courteous and friendly! Grandpa Dan was amazing! He was helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. Brandon is great and TJ in finance was awesome with getting me the financing I needed. I have already been recommending Skyline to everyone I know and my son is planning on going there this summer to purchase his next vehicle! I can't say enough good things about everyone and the whole experience! Thank you all!!!!

Artur "Nickname R2" Muradyan was knowledgeable and very patient. No pressure just solid information. I really appreciated that he took time to explain all the bells and whistles on the car and the car has a lot of them! From 3rd row seating, skylight, to self charging engine and so much more.

I want to thank Bob Johnson and Jordan James and everyone at Skyline for Make this the Best and most seamless purchase I have ever made ! Bob went above and beyond to get me into a Brand new car when i thought no one could... and Jordan in the Finance Dept was Amazing! Awesome dealership!! I m from Utah and have wanted to buy a Telluride, but they are insanely overpriced in Utah. I ve looked all over the states and found them cheaper, but almost always in Florida where dealer fees are wild. In comes Skyline Mitsubishi with the best looking car I had found, and I was blown away at the price. I messaged them and got an immediate automated response letting me know the next steps. The next day Dean reached out to me and we started working together to make a deal and make arrangements. We had to fly in and pick it up, so he was awesome with getting paperwork ready, financing arranged and questions answered. He was super transparent on the process and communication was flawless. I was so stressed to do something so out of my norm, but it was the best car buying experience I ve had by far.It was such a fun weekend away, I might just keep a lookout on the site to see if another vehicle comes up in the future.

Had a great experience at Skyline when I went in to purchase a vehicle. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information necessary and to make the Purchase go as smooth as possible.My salesman, Dan, was also great to deal with and helped pick the vehicle that would work best for me. Super fast service, they stayed an hour late also to make sure everything was in order!!! After everything I d say the whole experience took about 1.5 hours. Christopher L. Was my sales person and they did a great job. I m So excited about my new Toyota!!

Stopped to look at a used Camaro SS, and was not allowed to test drive before talking and agreeing on numbers. Never had this happen in over 20 years of car buying. Omera Ford was more than happy to test a new Mustang GT, so just something toconsider before shopping here.

This dealership took great care of me. Angel Villa was my salesman and got me exactly what I wanted and more. Bought my first brand new car from here and they followed through with everything that was promised from the beginning and somehow still got me a better deal in the end. Dan on the team was also very knowledgeable and even answered the phone when I needed to know what kind of gas to put in the car outside of sales hours. They are just above and beyond!

Awesome experience:) This was our first time buying a hybrid vehicle and we had a lot of questions. Everyone at the dealership walked us through our concerns and answered our questions thoroughly. Jeff was very knowledgeable, and he worked with us to get the vehicle and the deal we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership.
