Very unprofessional, it s hard to understand the staff and trust their judgment when it comes to what they recommend. I had a transmission alert on my car and they gave me no good recommendations, scanned the codes and weren t able to tell me anything that was wrong other then it should work after we do an oil change. *Buyer BEWARE* they told me they weren t confident about driving it when I just paid them 400 dollars to change my transmission fluid and do an oil change. I leave the lot and immediately have to pull over and call a tow. I ll NEVER do business with them again very unprofessional business practices and they don t give a bill of sale with everything they did to your vehicle

DON T GO HERE. Our catalytic converter was stolen and after calling around to a few shops, R&G quoted us $2000-$2200 to replace it. We had our car towed to them. Almost a week went by without hearing any updates, and when we finally got ahold of the shop, they informed us they had not done any work on the car and requoted us $3700 for the replacement. That s $1500 MORE than the original quote.This is the 2nd time we ve had our cat stolen and knew that it should cost in the low to mid $2000s to replace. We had to go through the immense hassle of having to re interview shops, pick up our car, and bring it to another. This is not an honest business and I would not trust them with anything.

Used to use them all the time for my tire needs. Won't go there again. Tire fell off before we even made it out of the drive.They didn't tighten the lug nuts, messed up the tire, the lug nuts. They put it back on and not even a day or to,was driving and the tire came off,it really messed it up. Fender got messed up, all kinds of things get messed up. Had to pay a wrecker to take it to our house. We fixed it but scared to drive it now.

Just get a hard quote or he will play with the facts. Doubled the price on me. I had explained the exact car and request for work and he confidently said "simple, $225", which was what another shop also quoted. Then he said $450. I wanted it done and done without any tricks on me and had a feeling he would get dicey so I agreed. Seems to be good work but I would never go there again and would tell friends to avoid this guy.

Just moved here from San Antonio where my cat converter was stolen. I hired a company there to fix it and they cut corners, engine light still on, it was a mess. I made it to Denver but knew I needed to find a reputable mechanic. I called R&G and I arrived within minutes. Raul and his guys had an open bay waiting for me. They immediately took my truck in and explained what was going on. I needed two cat converters, sensors, and more. I was back on the road with No check engine lights within 2 hours! I have been driving the truck without any issues! I m so happy with the work!Raul literally saved me! Thank you so much R&G! I highly recommend them!Service: Exhaust

Their welds are great (give them 2 stars because of their welds, rest was below no stars). Their price is horrible after service.I called to have a muffler welded on (maybe 15 minutes max) and the guy said $90-$150. I figured the $150 would be a crazy to get to and hard to reach.Well my friends vehicle is easy to get to and wide open. Guy finishes in 10 minutes and tells us $150.. we both laughed and told them not at all what we thought when you said $90-$150. This took 10 minutes. Blank stare. We knew we weren't going anywhere unless we paid. So we did just that and won't do business there or refer people.Sorry, but that was just not good service.

I will definitely return to this shop. They not only got me in on New Year's Eve but the mechanic was very thorough. I was having some major vibrations going on with my car and thought it only needed an alignment. He looked and the front struts were actually extremely loose. He tightened them up and did the alignment. The car was done vibrating and was a very smooth ride. It even fixed the slight braking issue I had.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Unbelievably fast and quality service. Dropped by as soon as they opened at 9:00 am with my Focus ST. Got a muffler delete, resonator delete and new exhaust tips for a good price and done in literally an hour. They centered the dual exhaust tips well and it ended up looking and sounding far better than I was expecting. car was ready and waiting when I got back!Service: Exhaust

Quoted me 80-100 to put on a muffler then ended up charging me $170 after it was done, and then the muffler they welded on had a exhaust leak,Iv used them in past before and were ok but wasn't happy or impressed this time, especially leaving a exhaust leak on something you just did!!

Someone stole the catalytic converter off my Toyota Prius. While they couldn't locate one for me they told me if I could find one they would install it for me. I bought a catalytic converter, a downstream oxygen sensor and a plate to reduce the possibility of it being stolen again. They fitted everything within 30 minutes and the charge was quite reasonable. I would definitely use them again. I'm delgihted.Service: Exhaust

Although I have been a long time customer of this shop - I can now say with confidence that I will not be back. Do not visit this shop unless you like to donate money to have your car stored in their parking lot. They say they repair things that they really don't - and charge you for it anyway. Not to mention is takes them forever to pull your vehicle into the shop. This shop is run by crooked mechanics that prey on people and their misfortunes. Do not trust these guys with your vehicle. You are better off researching your problem and fixing it yourself. Also - if they can't read an engine code on their fancy Snap-On code reader they claim their is no problem - even though it's obvious there is problem. DO NOT SUPPORT R&G MUFFLER.

I took my car for a tune up a month ago ($200). But now I'm curious about Laze E's picture. There is a bolt missing on top of your radiator. My upper radiator hose just broke. I changed it. But I noticed both of those same bolts missing on the top of my radiator. Is that what these guys do?????? I was just about to take my car there because my car is overheating.

These guys get it done. Had a alignment done and a downpipe put in my caddilac and the price was fair, these guys did it right the first time and i was out on the road again in 2 hours. I am going to bring my car back for exhaust work for sure

DO NOT USE THESE SCAM artists they qouted me a price I drove from boulder the doubled the price telling me I needed to cats when my van had one lol and they speak in Spanish to each other while laughing just don't use them they were another muffler shop on Colfax and they were closed not wounding whyService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Talked to these guys on the phone arranged a price for some pArts and said I was on my way to pick them up.. And they closed early . I made it there 10 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time to find the chains up and doors locked
