The temperature in Denver dipped to -10*F. My diesel filters froze up. I guess one of them separates the water from the diesel. You re supposed to change diesel filters at 25,000 miles but I didn t know till my truck gave me a low fuel pressure warning. I didn t even call this place I just showed up right when they opened and asked them if they could get me in. They got me in pretty quick. The guy told me to expect it to take 1.5 hours because I had them do an oil change and both diesel filter changes. He was done in an hour maybe a little less. Truck hasn t had light on since and it s been 4 days.

We were in need of warranty work while visiting Denver. Finding a trusted shop can be difficult when you are not local and are unfamiliar with options in the area. Keith, the Quick Lane service manager, handled our situation quickly and efficiently.

Quick lane change my transmission fluid and antifreeze and completed the task in less time that day said it would take. However, the issue I have is that for four or five days after the service I could smell burning oil or fluid like when you accidentally spilled some on the engine. I checked under the hood finally because it wasn t going away and discovered the quick lane left the transmission fluid dipstick sticking out two or 3 inches and this allowed some fluid to spray out and onto the engine resulting in the smell. This is the reason for the only three stars, I think in their hurry, they left that out, poor attention to detail.

If i could give it 0 stars i would.I had them do a simple oil change before a trip to New Mexico, on a 2022 Ford Transit, and it has to go in the shop for the third time, for mistakes they made.Issue 1:The rotated the tires but didn't balance them or adjust the PSI, so i had to take it to discount tire to get it fixed.Issue 2:After they changed the oil, the van lost power and my milage dropped by almost 4mpg, so I took it back to them and they checked it for codes and told me it was just bad gas.They had over filled the oil by at least 3 qts (drained 9qts out when i got back from New Mexico 1,500 miles later), which damaged the MAP sensors, spark plugs, and catalytic converters. I'm working with FordPro to get reimbursed for the damages but the dealership won't responded to FordPro.Issue 3:Just found out they also filled my windshield washer fluid with blue +32F fluid. In the recent cold snap it froze, i drained all the blue fluid out, but now my wipers keep going into Limp Mode.

Not bad. Not particularly fast. Typical high price for a shop affiliated with a dealership. You ll pay more for the Ford expertise, so I d recommend for an annual inspection and unknown issues. If you need repair on something you know, or routine maintenance, take it somewhere cheaper

STAY AWAY! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!Had a coupon for 49.95 oil change ended up paying 71.61. They ve said I needed an extra quart of oil, and they have replaced my drain plug. (Without asking, so just charged me for it!) On the bill it shows topping off fluids, starting the truck with no windshield washer. Also no sticker to show next oil change date or milage on the windshield.

Insisted that without a paper print out they would not honor the advertised discount price (QL site does offer a phone text option) and billboard-sized sign advertising offer made no mention of coupon. With persistence, manager eventually OKed discount ($49 vs $80).

Have to give a shout out to Matty in the Quick Lane service department. I came in needing some work done through an aftermarket warranty company. It was a literal battle getting the claim approved, but Matty was on the phone for hours fighting on my behalf and providing some of the best customer service by keeping be informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with them for your repairs!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Can t recommend this place enough. Ordered my Bronco through them and not only did they volunteer an MSRP agreement when I ordered the vehicle, but were happy to answer my questions and change my order along the way. Dustin was super helpful and had everything lined up for me when my vehicle did finally arrive, and the financing team fought to get me a great rate. Friendly, know their stuff, genuinely look out for their customer- can t beat that.

We purchased a Ford Bronco Sports here on Saturday and Shawn was amazing. They were closing when we came and he offered to stay late to help us with the purchase. It was the fastest car buying experience I ever had. I really felt he did what he could to meet my needs when it came to purchasing. Lee in finance was amazing as well. He made the process so quick and hastle free. If your looking to purchase a new car do it here, and ask for Shawn and Lee! You will be happy you did.

I bought a new truck with Dustin. With the economy right now it took awhile for the truck to get in, but Dustin kept me informed throughout the process and worked to get me in the new vehicle as quickly as possible.I bought an F250 and being a woman not all car dealers treat me fairly or like I know anything. These guys and especially Dustin were fair, treated me with respect, and made buying this truck as easy as it could be.I will by buying my next truck with them. This business has integrity all around.

I needed a new car after my truck was totaled and planned on spending the day going to various dealerships. I always do my due diligence when making any significant purchase; I never just take the salespersons word for it and compare to other dealerships as far as pricing, fees, dealership inventory, etc. I bought the first car we looked at thanks to Jeff Q. He was sympathetic to our situation and actually steered us away from vehicles that would have skyrocketed his commission. Jeff and the finance manager gave us an okay offer as far as APR, warranty, gap coverage. I was about to sign and could of been a done deal, but they ended up finding better financing, lowered my monthly and APR with a better company. I have been burned by other dealers before, so I've learned the hard way, but these guys are exceptional with customer service. I took my vehicle to a mechanic to verify, and it's mechanically sound. Trust but verify type of deal. I will be coming back to buy aother car in the near future. 5/5 all day.

This is the best dealership I ve ever dealt with. From top to bottom they are great to work with. This is the second vehicle I ve purchased from them and Both times Ben and the whole team has been so easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and go see Ben and you ll be treated like a person not a paycheck.

I love them!! My favorite Ford in the country. Got my car broken into and my keys stolen and they helped me get it in to the shop immediately and re programmed. Never had a bad experience here, every worker is helpful on the phone, in person, and they keep you very informed. I ve been to about 10 other fords in my life and never to one that works as efficiently and cares about their customers as much. I was having a tough day when my car got broken into and everything stolen and each time I got on the phone with them it cheered me up hearing a helpful voice. Been going here for little things for my car for about a year now and never had an issue or long waits. They really do have exceptional customer service, quick operations, and I ve never seen someone leave without a smile on their face.

Had my transmission fluid and oil changed here, and brakes checked. They got the car in right at my appointment time, and worked very efficiently to get me out of there quickly. I can be pretty persnickety and they did an excellent job. Crazy enough, these two services were literally half the cost of my local auto shop. 100% will I start getting other work done here.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Oil change

These guys are absolutely amazing!! When I purchased my car up in Fort Collins last year, I was given a coupon booklet for maintenance. Since I moved down to Denver, I didn't want to drive an hour north just for an oil change. I called my dealership and was incorrectly told they partnered with Quick Lane at Barbee's Freeway. I arrived to get an oil change three days before my 17-hour drive to Michigan and was told that they didn't accept the coupons. However, they were still willing to give me a free oil change! Not only that, but they did a free front-to-rear inspection AND washed my car/vacuumed the inside!! The service was quick and the mechanics were friendly. I am now so loyal to this place! If you ever need work done on your car, I would highly suggest going here!

We came to look at a 2022 Ford Edge ST. Shawn Tuggle immediately met us by the car. He answered our questions and offered to let us test drive it. What a wonderful car! Without hesitation, we wanted to buy the car. And, we did buy it. Shawn was very professional, answering more questions, and walking us through the paperwork. The trade-in process was fair, too.

I had such a great experience today with Jeff. He was friendly, helpful and honestly went above and beyond to provide great service! Although there were a number of services needed done on my car they had it back to me in about an hour so I wasn't without my care for the weekend - quickest service ever. Will absolutely be returning for future services.

I bought a Ford Ranger from here and Jordan was very helpful. The owner came by to make sure I was happy with everything. It s hard to find a dealership right in the city that feels like a neighborhood business but that s Freeway Ford. And Jordan is awesome. Thanks guys, appreciate it!

I worked with Dustin over the phone to purchase a vehicle. I'm from out of state and flew in on a Friday afternoon. Dustin had the paperwork all ready to go and there was no surprises when I showed up. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to working with Dustin again.

Wow! Great customer service. I came in without an appointment because my breaks were making a grinding noise. They took a look at it quickly and gave me an estimate of the repairs. Called a Lyft to take me to work and one to bring me back once everything was finished. Great experience, thank you.
