I am a breakdown coordinator of a 150 truck company. contacted this company because I had a driver in denver that had hit something in the road and it broke the airline going to his trailer brake chamber. sent pics and all info needed through text as they asked. I asked them to contact my driver and to give me an eta to the driver as soon as possible so I could update the drivers dispatcher. After 45 mins of no response to me or the driver I tried calling the company back twice with no answer. I sent a text and canceled the road call and found someone else. Its my job to get someone out to my drivers quickly when they break down. My company can not afford to wait an hour for someone to commit to doing the repair. I see a lot of other reviews about having prompt service and great timing, I didn't have the same experience.

I've been driving trucks for a couple years and this mobile truck repair company is one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They were quick to respond to my texts and calls. We called them about road service. Truck broke down around the corner of his address. The guy said he will be there for 30 minutes.So he never come and don't answer phone calls and txt messages.We supposed looking for another service.
