5 star Service Shop! Briggs & his team take the time to thoroughly understand your issue & will keep you in the loop all the way though the process. They also call & ensure there's a full understanding of the issue, pricing, etc. before moving forward. They welcome call backs for further explanation on any issue. The Pro Care team takes all of the headache out of the maintenance process & of course do great work as well. My Jeep Compass is back to running smooth with all issues resolved. I recommend Briggs & the Pro Care team to anyone in the Denver area in need of an honest & diligent mechanic. I will be returning to them for all maintenance needs moving forward.

These guys have taken care of my car for 8 years, and I'll continue to trust them with any car I own in the future. The reason I'm finally leaving a review has to do with not only the quality of the work they do, but their fantastic customer service and kindness as human beings. Briggs in particular showed me extreme kindness, but I've only ever had good interactions with their entire staff.My car was recently stolen during an already difficult time, and they were able to waive some fees and get me a lower cost to repair my car, which I depend on for work and independent living. In addition to that, around 8 years ago they realized that some of the work they were doing would be covered by my car's warranty, saving me thousands back then. All the work they've done over the years was solid, good quality work that has lasted years. I will be a customer for life!

This review is long overdue, so that probably makes it a more valuable one. Pro Auto Care has been looking after my family for years and years now. They keep all of our cars safe; they take the time to explain repairs (and options, and what needs to be done or what can wait); I can always get an appointment quickly; every single person working there is polite and pleasant; and I rarely walk away from the service desk without having shared a laugh with them. Most recently, one of the service advisors went to bat for me with another company to help cover the cost of a new set of tires. It felt like I had an advocate. I appreciate the people at Pro Auto Care.

I would like to let people know that the integrity is lacking at this auto repair shop. Upon arriving, I spoke to a mechanic who had told me they were going to do a repair and they would allow me to take my vehicle before the approval was made for the work to be done. Shortly after, I requested to take that offer and was told they could not do that now because it would violate an agreement. I believe in having strong integrity. It was just one mechanic that lied to me; this does not mean it is not a good repair shop, but an individual does lack integrity.

I recently took my 2010 Mini to Pro Auto care for the first time and had a great experience! After receiving my quote, Briggs spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to discuss prioritizing repairs. Once I made a decision, they miraculously completed all of the repairs same-day. I would highly recommend Pro Auto to anyone looking for an approachable, high-quality repair shop in the Denver area.

I took my Audi Q5 in and had a great experience. In negative temperatures my heat went out and I needed to get in quickly. The shop was able to get my car in and fix it right away. They told me all the possible issues that could arise and luckily it ended up being cheaper than it could have been. The staff were friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. In the past I've gone to the dealership for repairs, but Pro Auto Care offered the same quality of work in a fraction of the time. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for services in the future!

Managed to diagnose and fix my car on the same day. Staff was extremely helpful and honest with the procedure. To add on to this they even helped me jump my car the very next day without a cost. World class service and speed and would definitely recommend to anyone look to maintain or repair their vehicle. 10/10

My new go-to shop! My car battery was draining quickly & multiple shops could not figure out the issue. Pro Auto Care diagnosed the problem areas & had everything fixed within a day. Briggs & the team walked me through each step honestly & educated me along the way. Awesome team, awesome prices, awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

I have used Pro Auto Care regarding maintenance on my vehicles for about the last 3 to 4 years. They have always been exceptional in regard to customer service, detail to work and most importantly being honest with the work being done on my car.Finding a place who you can trust with the care of your car can be difficult, but finding a place you would suggest to family and friends is also difficult.Pro Auto Care 100% has my trust regarding my vehicle, and also has my trust regarding my loved ones vehicles as well.Thank you for the outstanding service Pro Auto Care!!

I came to this shop because of the good reviews and sure enough, I get it. Everyone I interacted with seemed like they were having the time of their lives. They were super knowledgable, gave me every angle to consider in making my repairs, and provided clearly trust worthy advice since the advice was to take it to Toyota and get a warranty claim rather than have them knock it out. This is where I m getting everything done from here on out

Words cannot explain how amazing the people here are. As a woman in the car community, it s a struggle finding a shop that treats me normally and helps me with my car needs/wants. It s safe to say that this place is my new home for my Subaru! Very efficient, kind, and honest people and I love how they run their business. I HIGHLY recommend coming to them for any vehicle necessities you have.

I was traveling through when I noticed an issue with my vehicle. They fixed it promptly and also notified me about another issue that I had no idea about. Shout out to Thomas for being incredibly understanding about my situation. Not only did he make time for my vehicle to get looked at, but he was also thoroughly transparent with the options I had. I chose this place because of the reviews and they lived up to the hype.They were super honest with what I truly needed to fix and what are nice to haves based on budget.They had the best customer service (how often can you say that about an auto shop). I highly recommend!

You never like paying money to get a vehicle fixed but I have to share that Pro Auto went above and beyond trying to save me $$$ on my recent repairs. They made calls and evaluated warrentes for me without me even asking. Thier actions build my trust in them as a company.

I never leave bad reviews but after my most recent visit it is necessary. I have spent over $1.3k here in the last month for small issues that they told me were necessary . I had brought my car back because I was having an issue with a drive system malfunction . They charged me $150 to diagnose it and wanted almost $2500 to fix it. They also suggested a fuel injection that was almost $200. I declined these services and when I went to pick my car up it REAKED of gasoline ( which it did not when dropped off) . Instead of offering to give me some sort of refund because i had to deep clean the car they said they were " worried" and that i should bring the car in and they would check it out for free. well needless to say, i brought it to AUDI to get fixed and NOTHING was wrong with the fuel system . And they did not say I needed a fuel injection . Another ploy for them to make more money, do not trust pro auto care, I feel like I have gotten conned .

Great quality of work at Pro Auto Care. They are very communicative and I appreciate their digital inspections process which is simple and easy to understand. They do high end work that I thought previously could only be done at a dealership, and their turnaround time is much faster.

I highly recommend Pro Auto Care. I came into Denver to visit friends in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and was about 0.5 miles from their home when I noticed smoke coming from the engine (YIKES!). I made it to their house w/no problem. I looked for the nearest Jeep dealer, which was 5.5 miles away (at 4p in Denver traffic) and I didn't feel good about driving that far not knowing what was going on w/the vehicle. My friends had one of their vehicles serviced by Pro Auto Care a few days earlier, and were very complimentary about the service and the professionalism of the shop, so I called and explained the situation. I dropped off the Jeep about 30 minutes later- right before they closed- so they could run a diagnostic test in the morning; and they would work on it before I left town! That in and of itself was amazing!The young man I spoke to on the phone listened well, was courteous and respectful and helped me to feel relaxed about the whole issue. When I walked in to the office, they were prepared and very efficient. Again, he listened very well, asking questions and taking notes. I requested to please stay in contact w/me so I wouldn't worry too much. They texted me the following morning asking me to look over the diagnostic results they sent and to call w/any questions or concerns, and w/the nod to move forward, if that were the case.The main issue at hand was water pump failure. Because the vehicle has just under 80,000 miles, the diagnostic showed maintenance of the transfer case, front and rear differential, and transmission were due. I really appreciated that, and since they had my vehicle and I didn't need it for 3 days, and I felt so good about the shop, and I prefer maintenance over crisis management, I had them move forward on the diagnostic results. A lot less expensive in the long run!They were diligent about staying in touch w/me, and explained the repairs they were making and why. They called in the middle of that fist day to inform me of their progress. They called close to the end of the day w/their progress and that they would have it ready the next morning. I wasn't in a hurry since I was in town for 3 days. They had everything taken care of and I had my Jeep back in less than 42 hours.I live over 200 miles from Denver, and plan to use this Pro Auto Care shop for my future maintenance and repairs, when feasible. This is the first time I have felt trusting and at ease w/the shop working on my vehicle. I didn't feel I was being sold a bag of goods. I felt like these were the sons of good friends that were watching out for my well-being and the functionality of my vehicle, all the while, promoting a sense of strong business ethics. Pro Auto Care did great work in a very timely manner- not to mention that they did it the day after I called them!Thank you all at Pro Auto Care for displaying a high standard of professionalism by providing great customer service and conscientiousness in your work. Your staff put me at ease very quickly, and followed through as they promised! I love supporting a business that takes good care of their clients and their staff by showing great moral aptitude. And the little cakes- delicious. Again, thank you!

Pro Auto Care was able to get me in quickly and had all of the parts needed/on hand for my VW (unlike Walmart). I was informed before they even started of the costs, due to it being a VW. After the service, everything that still needed worked on was prioritized and fully explained to me. I will be happy to continue taking my vehicles here for routine maintenance and more in depth repairs.

Warning! Scam shop! Don t bring your vehicle here if you are looking for honest work. I brought in my wife s car because it kept dumping coolant. They charged me a diagnostic fee and checked everything other than what I brought it in for. Luckily I m not dumb enough to pay for their services. Had they used that diagnostic time to actually look at the problem I was reporting they would have found the crack in the reservoir. Could have made more money with that repair. But instead they get their money from their lazy excuse of a diagnostic fee. The Littleton location is just as bad.

My husband took his Mitsubishi VR4 twin turbo 1995 in for maintenance, he truly treasures his car and very seldom trusts anyone to touch it. Pro Auto Care took great lengths to ensure that all updates needed were done correctly and professionally. They had the only Certified ASE Mitsubishi mechanic in Colorado to entrust working on his car. I highly recommend them, shop is clean, crew is professional and Gary was phenomenal.

Billy at caliber collison sent me here. I was greeted properly by smiling faces. They had a work station with chargers and multiple outlets. They have coffee with the best creamer on the market, Carmel Machiato my favorite. They have bottled water Hidden valley nature granola bars, one with protein. Billy showed up here to make sure u was okay and Chris, Ryan, Thomas, Alex, Dimitrius were very helpful, and Alex fixed my car. Awesome Fossum approved and the service is 7 stars.Service: Wheel alignment

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. They gave a very thorough diagnostic report, discussed it with me to help prioritize repairs, and have been very communicative throughout. They fixed a dangerous tie rod issue on my Chevy Cruze, and replaced a couple worn belts as a result of the diagnostic. They have met or exceeded deadlines, are conveniently located just off Evans Ave, and have a handy lockbox to retrieve keys after hours. I'm glad I stumbled upon this mechanic, and intend to use their shop in the future.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Pro Auto Care is the best in Denver. They got me in right away when I was having car problems and my engine light came on. I called to other places and no one could get me in and I even got responses like you ll never get an appointment with busy travel season . I called pro auto care up and they got me in next day. The people that work there are knowledgeable and honest. I ve taken my car in twice to pro auto care, since moving to Denver in April. Chris has been the biggest help with advice and helping me make some decisions about my car. I m a travel nurse and know absolutely nothing about cars. Chris explained everything, even was nice enough to chat with my parents on the phone, to help us make a decision on what needs to be done with my car. I am very grateful to have found such a great auto shop and while I m in Denver, will be going there for all my auto repair needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
