Since the first time I came across Premium Auto Service I notice Staff is really professional and attentive. Dmitriy always takes good care of my vans always gave me an explanation of the problems and what I need exactly.Work has always been done in time. I would rate this company 10 stars if Google allowed it. After being quoted a ridiculous rate for the timing chains to be redone on my F150 from another shop, I searched around and came across Premium Auto Service. So glad that I did.Not only did he beat the other shops quote, he beat the time needed to do the job. 2 days for a complete job instead of 5. Unreal!Not only did he beat the time, he waited after hours on a Saturday for me, to be able to pick up my truck. When I made it in to pick up my truck, he also had video of the repair work he did showing me the problems, as well as the repairs he did.Perfect work, unbeatable pricing, and worked with me on time. What more can you ask for? My truck now runs amazing! I have certainly found my go to mechanic in the area without question.Thank you for an amazing job, and putting in the extra work to make my weekend a great one. I will be calling you to setup that appointment for my exhaust very soon!

Quality of work is really good. Prices are decent. This shop did several very large repairs for me with no further issues. Parking is absolutely terrible due to the neighboring businesses double and triple parking. The whole area is kind of sketchy.

Took my car to get a crankshaft position sensor changed. He only did the timing kit and didnt even change the sensor that it actually needed. Now my car has the check engine light back on needing the sensor replaced. Would not recommend.

Dmitriy is a skilled, honest and knowledgeable mechanic. He has now worked on my car twice and I'm very happy with his work. His rates are very fair for the work done. Highly recommended.

Dmitry was very quick to return my call, and he already had the parts when I arrived just 50min later. He was very thorough, showed me the breakage at the replaced alternator and pointed to small cracks in drive belt, which he also recommended to replace to prevent issues down the road. Less than two hours later I was back on the road! All in all, Dmitry's service was much faster and much more budget-friendly than the quote that I got from Honda dealership. Highly recommend!

The mechanic Dmitri finds the parts on the junk yard but charges you three times more than it's cost in the auto-shop. Never complete the repair in order too you come back for more repair. Gives you a fictitious invoices with inflamed charges. Accepts only cash but has never give you a receipt. Later, he continues to request more money because you don't have a receipt.Now he is holding the car to extort more money from the customer. Requesting the money for the repair he didn't complete at all but reflected this in the invoice.
