Standing at will call, employee is standing behind desk watching videos on her phone. Being completely ignored.

Most incompetent Wholesale glass company I have ever dealt with! You want to keep your customers happy? Don't use them. I can't expect them to be on time or believe what I'm being told from there call center. If the call center is not screwing up its the warehouse! The call center can't even get through to the warehouse. I have had multiple upset customers and lost jobs due to them. what they don't understand is when you schedule a job with you customer, and they don't show up it looks bad on your company. Horribly Managed!

Not much room for raises, advancement. Starting a battery delivery, no incentive, they bring in temps at a higher wage than employees. It used to be fun to work here, management issues.

Totally clueless when asked about OEM thickness glass. Most windshields are cheap paper thin junk that cracks in 6 months. Got the impression they didn't know the difference here.
