Paddock Imports is the best shop not just for German cars, but for any make of car. I bring my E32 1989 BMW V12, E36 1998 BMW Z3 M and Porsche Panamera Turbo to this shop.i ve had this experience multiple times now where I took my BMWs to other reputable BMW shops closer to where i live, to get a list of things to fix, all of which i would have happily agreed to.After a 2nd opinion from Paddock Imports, I get the straight answer, and each time the difference in the assessment is shocking.If you have a BMW, get a 1st shop to take a look then get the 2nd here with these guys to see for yourself what i mean.Same story with taking my Panamera to some of the highest rated Porsche shops in Denver.If you own a Porsche, don t even get the 1st opinion somewhere else, just take it here.If you want a reputable shop to fix random unnecessary things, there s lots of those anywhere.But if you re lucky enough to be in the Denver metro area and want it straight then go to Paddock Imports, no matter how far it is.

The best service I ve received in Denver! My Mini needed maintenance and Doug not only was honest with me on needed repairs but provided various options that could fit within my budget. My go-to place for BMW and Mini service needs!

Paddock always offers awesome service. Been bringing my 1987 BMW to them for a couple years now. Recently had the car towed in after a sudden failure, their team fit me into the schedule and got me back on the road quickly. Best BMW shop in Denver.

The team at Paddocks is top notch! They are total BMW experts! They are honest and way above bar reputable about what your vehicle needs. Plus way less expensive than ANY dealer will ever be. Nobody except Paddocks touches my 335d for service!!!

I ve been going to paddock for a little over a year now and they are the best. Doug and the team has worked some serious miracles on my car. Truly bringing it back from the dead. They are great people and have great service. I won t take my car anywhere else.

Paddock again displayed the utmost competence and integrity, the two attributes that matter when choosing an auto repair shop.. I had an oil change and needed a repair for a tailgate that would not open. The repair ended up being a simple reprogramming and I was not charged for it. Doug and his team are a true 5 star operation that have my complete trust for expert and trustworthy service

Took my car in for a brake repair and asked the garage to check the car for other things that needed to be repaired. They did a thorough assessment and gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed. When I was given the report I was told that my battery was "completely dead, and needed to be replaced (over $450 for battery and installation), and I would be lucky if I would make it home without a new battery." I picked the car up the following day. I Have been driving the car for over a month and the battery has been fine.My initial conversation with Doug (owner) was positive, so I have to wonder if this is a case of one rotten apple? Nevertheless, I sure don't like dishonesty.

Very detailed and organized. They always call and check before proceeding with any work. The guys at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. I can trust that they know what they are doing with my 9 year old Mini Cooper!

My experience communicating with this shop was rocky at best. HOWEVER, it isn't easy to find good, honest, down-to-Earth people these days. Pair that with deep experience and attention to detail and you get a top-notch place. I called a competitor to price check the quote and it was $300+ more elsewhere. The job was completed perfectly. Be proactive with the communication and I'm convinced you won't find a better shop!

Excellent service. The team is very knowledgeable and was quick to fix the issue on my BMW. Even went out of their way to follow up on a tuning question I had the next day after my service was complete. New favorite shop without question.

I could not be happier with my experience at Paddock Imports. They are trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable. My car was inspected and they fixed the issue. In addition to any repairs that arise in the future, I ll be taking my car to get regular maintenance at Paddock as well. Incredible business and service!

Cool team! Took care of my car. They are BMW enthusiasts, and very very smart people .. all around.They re also pretty honest, and don t mind chatting with you so you understand how your car works and what s going onThey re also quick - and deeply rooted in the community so that says to me they have a wide network to get what they need on time.Anyways, the car is driving well so far it s day 2 after they replaced the battery :) thanks guys .. can t wait to work together for my regular maintenance in the future!

Doug and the team took care of my car and all the needs. Everyone went above and beyond even though it was x-mas week, and they got my car back in a good time frame and everything was priced fairly. I told Doug and I will say it again, they won me as a customer for life and I feel AMAZING knowing I have a trustworthy shop to take my BMW to get serviced. 10/10

By far the best service I ve ever received. As a young woman, this is the first time in my life I ve ever felt unwavering trust in an automotive professional working on my car. But that s just what they are professionals. Taylor and Doug are kind, knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, and true salt of the earth people. They went above and beyond and treated me like family. I feel immense gratitude for the way they helped me in dealing with a horrible dealership situation. They performed a miracle on my vehicle and were able to repair what the dealership had screwed up. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I want to hang out all day at Paddock. Super fun conversations with the owner and staff, and they know how to work on a Mini Cooper! They treated me with respect and didn t try to pull one over on me like loads of other mechanics. I m so happy we found our Denver Mechanic!

I originally had an oil change and inspection for my VW Tiguan. It was quick and they notified me of various concerns that they found, by priority. Made a follow up appointment for service and all went well! I paid exactly what I was initially quoted, my entire experience was easy, and the whole team was cool and helpful. I m so glad to know and trust them for all my future car needs.

Came to Paddock Imports for a second opinion on a $4500 needed repair diagnosed by a VW dealer during a 50k service. Paddock diagnosed a $450 repair of the same issue and fixed it the same day. Was referred by a friend. Will be coming back as long as I own a German import. Thank you.

Talked to them in the phone to see if they could tune my Mini. They said they re fragile yet I ve ran better numbers on stock engines compared to Subarus. They don t seem knowledgeable especially once I quizzed them.

I've taken my BMW to this place twice, most recently about 1 year ago. I wrote up a review after I left but never published it, but I think my story should be told. The second time I was there, they gave me a quote for $2k. They promised me that the cost would not go above $2k. The next day I get a call and they told me that the cost was $2,800 so I asked for the owner to call me back and give me an itemized list of the cost. I got in an uber and started to make my way there. I get a call a few minutes later and the owner was extremely rude. He started to list off the items and I told him that I was given a lower quote. He rudely interrupted me and said that they put additionally and unneeded parts on the car and when they screened it after, they caught the error. So I asked him if the error was already discovered then why was I being charged for it. No joke, he yelled at me and told me to get my car and never come back. When I arrived at the shop, he made me feel so uncomfortable, he acted like a child. I really believe that they sabotaged my car after I put up a fuss about the extra parts being put on my car. I've never been treated like that from any type of customer service. I have no idea where these good reviews are from, my experience was awful.

I own a 15-year-old Audi S5 and needed a new battery. Years ago, I learned firsthand that you cannot just drop a new battery into an Audi, BMW, or similar performance car without possible issues. The car must be informed of specific info from the new battery and not all local auto shops are aware of this. Not wanting to go back to the dealer and pay that price (as well as hearing how I needed to flush or replace or repair things that were fine), I looked for a highly reviewed independent repair shop. That is how I found Paddock.I spoke with Doug and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and left my Audi with him. He called me back later that day to ask about a major coolant leak he saw. I said yes, I was informed by a dealer 50,000 miles and about 7 years ago (and just after my warranty expired) that he saw the evidence of a coolant leak (but no actual coolant leaking.) The dealer said that it would be about $1000 to fix. I said thanks, and when I actually see a leak or loss of coolant, I ll fix it. Fast forward to about 18 months ago when I first started to see an intermittent leak and loss of fluid that needed to be topped off every couple of months or so.I figured a few bucks every month for coolant would carry me through as opposed to what would easily be a $1,500 fix now. Over those 18 months, the frequency of added coolant increased to what was now about twice a month. I thought it was still cost efficient, if inconvenient.Doug informed me my early choices made sense. However, because of the nature of the part that was causing the leak, continued driving of the car at this stage was dangerous. I realized he was right. I couldn t keep going like this and it should be repaired.Paddock ordered the part and fixed the leak. Cost was even a little less than my 2017 dealer quote. When I picked up my Audi I was pleasantly surprised to find out that in replacing my battery they had used a memory saver to keep the car from losing all electronic presets and settings. Just one more thing to show me that I made the right choice with Paddock.

I've used Paddock before and, as in the past, they made a clear assessment of required work and identified items that did not need to be done, versus maximizing my bill. Very professional staff. If you own a M series you seriously need to have the Paddoxk special: Noelle Tune plus 485 rear muffler delete and new pipes. It is off the hook and you will be driving one of the fast cars on the road. Can t say enough on how Doug takes care of you. Customer of his for 20 years.

Appreciate Paddock s ability to think outside of the box and solve an issue that could have made our car not usable for 6 months until a back ordered part was available. They resolved the issue in about a week. Very impressive!
