One of the employees had their vape out while they were all in a group up front helping absolutely no on. I went in to ask for help and they told me to look it up myself as if they ve never touched the computers up front to help anyone. The store was so filthy it was disgusting and the only person working was a poor girl. Lastly DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. The entire male staff upfront including the manager were saying horrible things about this young lady and acting as if it was funny when it was borderline sexual harassment. they were lucky i didn t record that conversation and put it online. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Store is operated by teens that have no idea what they are doing. Was told my battery was bad and needed a new one. Went in to check and was told it was good.

Went in to buy oil for my diesel. Employee said I needed 2 of the big gallons and 2 quarts, come to find out they only hold 4 quarts in each so in total was 8 quarts plus the 2 small ones were 10 quarts. My truck takes 12 quarts

Idk who is the manager in this store but you guys need to put some order here and hire profesional help .. came back because a girl with no car knowledge gave me the wrong part two hours later came back for an exchange and the kid there just tells me to go to Napa . While he s out there with his co-worker blasting the N word talking about being the drugs out save your time and don t come to this Oreilys will for sure have to contact their Headquarters this attitude is unacceptable.

Bought some breaks that had warranty and my money was supposed to be returned when i brought the old ones in and the guy on the counter returned it to a card i no longer have. Spoke to the manager to see if they could do something about it and i never got my money back. He was to lazy to call and told me he would call me back the next day but had the worst attitude like if he really didn t care.

I've been here several times but this morning I went in and I found the 2 guys at the counter to be completely unfriendly and they wouldn't communicate with me about what was going on with my battery? Just give me a price, an update. anything... they just spoke a little Spanish to each other and didn't even look my way! So much for customer service??? My battery ended having a 3 year warranty which I found out when I asked what the new battery was for on the counter because he didn't even tell me! Hello? Common sense??? Anyway, you guys need some training!!!

Went to the O'Reilly's on a Saturday at 8:00 and they were already closed when they are clearly advertised not closed until nine pm. I feel the false advertising and I wasted my time and gas money

So I went to the store and just to buy one item I was standing in line and there's only one new worker at the cashier. Shes going to the back area to get some help and there's like five guys that come out from the back. What kind of store and who's running the store that does this, you see a line a long line why don't the guys in the back come out and help the new person out and get on more registers to clear out the long lines.

I had my brake light go out on me and i was here from out of town visiting with my brother and My brother Told me that my brake light was out, For my BMW X3 it was already pretty late but raul at this location helped me out he even helped me change the bulbI have to drive a couple 1000 miles I'm really glad that he was able to help me out thanks raul I appreciate your help

Usually when you call an autoparts store they tend to be rude sounding. Ive called over 4 times and each time they were very helpful and got me what I needed. Deangelo, I believe was his name, is a stand up guy.

This place is a hit or miss the staff there are a bunch of kids and most of them don't know squat about anything other than having their hair dyed and eyebrows plucked. I miss the good old days when you had knowledgeable people who would help you in these auto parts shops, instead of these unprofessional kids. Now and then you get a good person who is serious, but for the most part you'll walk out disappointed.

There is a worker by the name of Adolfo who really stood out. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. That was a perfect example of going above and beyond. We need good customers service like that all over this town. Thank you for your excellent customer care!

I've purchased parts and supplies from here over the years and have never had a problem. I recently needed wiper blades for my car and a brake light and upon entering the store I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything by an employee named Ricardo.After quickly locating my parts and showing me options on wiper blades not only did he proceed to quickly check me out but offered and quickly installed the wiper blades as well. Top notch service!

Used the code reader,which gave me a couple codes but the associate erased one of them. Which he said it looked like the same thing. But it was a dif number I wish I could have seen it at the time. Then he tried to sell me a part that did not go with the code. When I googled the code it was a different part that I needed to troubleshoot. Maybe just clean the valve.

Sometimes the goods are in the wrong shelfs and when you take it to the counter, you get to know that its prices is not what was written there.I suggest, if possible, they should tag the price for each products and affix the tags to the product. I selected a floor mat, the price was $17 on the shelf, but when took it to the counter, the cashier said that it is $37. this is a little confusing and frustrating.

I had purchased LED brake lights and the sales associate promised me that if I had any problems with them whatsoever that I could get a refund for them. I went in a few days latter because I got pulled over because they weren't working. I went in to return them and the Assist Manager I think her name was Kim was immediately racist and talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I have managed stores in the past and that is not how you talk to a customer. If you promise a customer something than you uphold that promise. I won't be going back to O'Reilly Auto Parts5125 Chambers Rd, Denver, CO 80239 or any O'Reilly Auto Parts ever again. Save yourself time and money and go to Advanced Auto Parts or Pep Boys.

Last night me and my uncle went to the store to leave the battery to charger. They told us to come back tomorrow so we came back and showed our ticket and they told us that it wasn't there. They checked and told us they accidentally gave it to someone else. And they couldn't do nothing that it was lost. But my uncle told them he wanted to talk the manager and he wasnt going to leave without his battery but the manager never came out. Finally, they gave him a battery and told him to never come back! Shouldn't the store take responsibility of the materials/parts consumers leave?What a joke!!

I went this morning on 5125 Chamber rd. Francisco was on front counter, he took my order very fast and profecional an he took his time to help me with his tools from the store to fix my wipers, thanks for your help. So happy to see bilingual people in this store.thank again. Manuel

Tried to exchange two quarts of gear oil that I had bought from them a few months ago, and it was their store brand oil on top of that. I just wanted to exchange the oil I did not need anymore for motor oil that I definitely needed.They said no! What a joke.For just $10 in an oil exchange deal I will be buying ALL of my car parts and oils elsewhere now. Not good business to weight 10 dollars against hundreds or even thousands of dollars in sales over the next few years.I found out how much O reilly s respects their customers and I will not be back.They don t treat you as a person in that store.

Called in for.partsu love around the corner spoke with a person named Tommy he had to be as smarts as a box of rocks none helpful and didn't know any thing as they all didn't!I'd fire them all and start fresh they give mechanics a bad name smdh

You're better off going to a different O'Reillys. Reps won't bother looking up stuff for you. They say whatever they have on the shelf is all they ever have. If you want to get pissed off at someone, please go here!

Team is great, but, needs a "I just need to check out" line because it can be very slow to checkout when all staff are helping people look stuff up
